This dollar tree is the cleanest I've ever seen and the ladies upfront are kind and I heard them say they put out over 1400 boxes of stuff out so that means they keep everyone well prepared..kudos ladies👍

Very disappointed. Possibly new employees or managers? Not professional, helpful or trained.. I had to wait in line while they checked themselves out for items they were purchasing for themselves...still can't believe it.Never acknowledged customers. They were more interested in the conversations between themselves.Store is unorganized, dirty and constant beeping from the smoke alarm. This store has definitely taken a turn for the worse. Very sad indeed.

I went in today and had a bad experience for the first time.. the older woman stocking frozen refused to move so I could get to the freezer and stood and stared at me like I was an inconvenience. The cashier was sighing the whole time and when I said thank you when she handed me the receipt she rolled her eyes and sighed again. I understand they are working harder than normal with the circumstances, but you dont have to be so rude to someone just trying to feed their family. But what can you really expect from dollar tree?

The Arkadelphia store has changed their format from the 1.25 per item to the some items are 3 or 5 dollars per item. Many aren't clearly marked so you can get a surprise at checkout if you aren't careful. Some of the dependable $1 items I bought regularly are no longer carried even at the 1.25 price, probably to encourage you to buy their $3 items. I find myself going to the store less.

I stopped in the Arkadelphia, AR Dollar Tree around 8:20 pm Friday night looking for a foam pool noodle. Every employee helped look, and found a foam wave board?, that was perfect for my project. I was just looking for something to cushion the back of my kayak seat for Saturday's float trip. The previous weekend trip left bruises on my family's back. I couldn't be happier. I picked up some snacks for the trip also. The level of service I received for a $1 pool noodle was unbelievable.'

The worst Dollar Store i have ever been. I live in Ypsilanti Michigan. In Arkansas visiting family. The cashier is very rude and manager thought the way her customer sevice was a joke.I will not be returning as long while im in town. The Dollar Tree in Arkadelphia, AR needs a good cleaning and tidying up from the floor all the way to management. I've encountered moody, slow, opinionated cashiers several times at this location. Today, I was given a hassle about my signature, because the cashier couldn't read it. I sign my signature a certain way on purpose. Ask any doctor and they will explain the importance of this. She never checked my I.D., which shows the lack of training. I find it very suspicious that she was studying my signature so hard. A cashier at this location was recently arrested for credit card theft. Be careful if you shop here.

Good location for accessibility to all manner & mode of transportation. Well stocked merchandise & cheerful staff. For the value shoppers there is no better place to shop in Arkadelphia.

So I called all of the Dollartree Store's in my area... Benton, Malvern, and Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Malvern and Benton were so nice! They helped me with my questions and we're so nice and polite. But on Thursday at 5 o'clock I call Arkadelphia Dollartree and the lady informs me the she is "TO BUSY TO ME SS WITH ME" really??? How rude can anyone be? I will not spend another dime in that store! I will go to Malvern and Benton where they do have time for me and the only reason I gave their store two stars instead of one is because I do appreciate the kindness of the others that work there that have been polite.

The cashier was AWFUL my 2 year old son brought a toy dinosaur in with him and even after us offering to show her the receipt from Walmart where we bought it she continued to accuse us of stealing and was extremely rude
