I thought I would try their pickup because I needed a few items quickly. I tried twice & both times my order was delayed. The 2nd time it was cancelled. I'm done with them. I really needed tape to finish up my gifts and they caused me a major headache. Not a reliable store.

Very disappointed. Consistently rude employees with obvious racial disparities. Openly discussing personal problems while checking customers out. Management is rude, unprofessional and hateful. She was more concerned with getting her own supplies ready for closing than attending to customers.Walked around on her phone while one cashier tried to take care of everyone. Never spoke, never seemed interested in respecting herself, the company or customers. Very very distasteful.

Great place to recieve a $5.00 off coupon to be used Saturday....Only catch is the location has a new system that is not allowing them to accept the coupon they are giving out.Cashier was stuck on: We have a new system that wont accept the coupon...FUBAR

There is always open box cutters left laying all around all the time. Never is stocked. Very dirty like it doesn't get cleaned. Cups of drink left on shelves on aisles. Usually only 1 person working with very long lines. Prices are never right like they are marked. A couple of workers are very rude and bring kids to work with them. There is mice in store.

Yesterday when I just came in a black woman at the register poked her nose way into my business asking me if I had a waiver. It sounded like she was being discriminative towards disabled folks. I shop where I please thank you very much I don't have to have wavier with me . They are here just to transport me around nothing more or nothing else. Yesterday the woman at the register text an undercover cop to come to the store and messing with someone that is disabled and in a governmental program is like messing with the government

It's ok. They usually always have my usual products that I like. It is clean enough I guess. However, they have a problem with removing out of date items on time. Oh and something is missing but I can't put my finger on it exactly. Oh, it's the over-all feel to it. Feels like depression and medicaid. No lively music playing on the system, no eye grabbing sales and the service (depending on who it is) is not smiling. The employees are depressed and I guarantee you that we the customers notice it.

This is one of my favorite Dollar General stores I've regularly shopped at. You can actually walk around the aisles freely without unstocked merchandise in the way. In my experience, the employees have been extremely friendly, though that may be a product of our awesome town more so than the company. Either way, it doesn't suck to shop there, which I rarely say about DG

I went Into this location today and grabbed an item that was clearly labeled at $2.50 when it rang up at $4.50, I questioned the price. She walked right to the ilse I grabbed the item from and looked for the pice tag I told her right where I grabbed it from,she then read the lane and told it was for the wrong size and she would not honor that price, there were still 5 bags sitting there of the miss labeled items and that is where she left the tag. I then asked for a manager and she replied with I'm her. Tay was her name and will also be the reason I no longer enter the doors of dollar general. Poor management hireing and poor set up of stores is apparent at this location. Oh yeah and I went right next door and paid twice as much for the same item that was clearly marked.

I love Dollar General. The store is convenient to me. The employees are lacking. You cannot find them any where. Someone is always sitting in that small office doing nothing. Today she was on her phone

Good store, near our place and is our go to for quick shopping trips. The store is always clean and shelves stocked. The staff there is always friendly and helpful! Great place for quick trips!

A big Dollar general. Better than the other one in Arkadelphia. Maps will take you to the wrong place though. It's literally the same building as Atwood's.
