Clean store, friendly staff. Some stuff is priced a little high. Most prices are comparable to Walmart. Definitely above average for a grocery store around here and not near the hassle of having to go to Walmart

Don't follow Google Map's directions to this place. Google took us to a back alley which did not go through to the parking lot. The store itself was clean, well-organized and had everything we wanted.

This location is currently stocking and putting out for customer purchase rotten outdated food meats dairy lunch meats I mean come on it's disgusting you're supposed to be a good store and you're not I will be taking my business elsewhere because I cannot afford to pay for outdated food so I can come back in and buy it again tomorrow absolutely disgraceful

There to expensive on a lot of stuff and certain workers breathe down your neck and don't speak while checking out not everybody are thieves there's a camera everywhere why steal they seriously need to stop that before somebody knocks the hell out of them keep distance from the customer unless they need help they will ask

Every time I go in Brookshires, they always have live human checkers working along with employees (including even the store director) that will place your items into sacks and carry them to your vehicle, unlike some other stores that often times almost forces customers to use the self-checkout.

I reguarly buy groceries here. Produce is infinitely higher quality than elsewhere in town, specifically strawberries and blueberries. Atmosphere is relaxed, usually not too many in there at the evenings I go, so I can take my time and not feel the pressure of crowds. Some sales happen on regular items of mine (2 for 1 type mostly), and I like that. The self-checkout is not for grocery trips for the family, as the checkouts are, kinda picky on having all items in the bagging area. It's fine if you're getting up to 4 bags worth, though. A Brookshires card pays off big time if you go here regularly, so look into that if you've just moved to town and plan to shop here.

Great store. The staff is amazing & helpful. Produce section is large with a variety of different fruits and vegetables. Also, they can help you save quite a bit on the grocery bill. Highly recommended!

We live in Little Rock and when We come home to Arkadelphia on the weekends Brookshires is our first stop. I love to shop for the low prices, bargains and fresh meats and produce. The team members are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile and a HELLO! I tell all my family and friends about my favorite small town Grocery store-Brookshires!!

Wonderful staff and the store is clean and great local produce. They bag and deliver the goods to your car and load it for you as well. I am 31 years old and yes I am a tech guy but this is one of the best things about this place. Also no self check outs which it is not needed because the checker and bagger person is just as fast or faster than the self check outs. You don't have to worry about the computer crashing or standing their to wait for someone come over and make sure your not taking things or what ever to get you going again. The meat department has a on staff butcher and man the meat is great and price very well as well. They will re cut any meat you want trim it they have specialty meats as well fresh to a tea. Parking lot is great sometimes get a little busy but that is normal at times. They have a bakery and fresh bread is amazing deli is wonderful as well. They also have a flower shop for buying different flower arrangements which is nice and they are made very well as well. Also they have a pharmacy as well with highly trained staff as well as knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this as your local shopping place for all your needs

The customer service booth is rude does not care about customers. The tellers are all about talking with friends while trying to ring up the order. Still talking with friend hands me the receipt. I stopped going to this store cause they chase you out of the store to get the shopping cart. The card got me points in another town. The store here has either bad management or they hire careless none careing people. In any case, points never seem to add up and overall I just got sick of poor customer service.

I recently made the mistake of buying produce at this store. The tangerines I bought were so old they were dry and shriveled. The on sale mangos were rotten and black inside, inedible. Whomever is taking care of this department should have thrown this produce out long ago. With prices going up everyday, at least we should be able to expect decent fresh food.Will not return.

3rd week in a row have gone in for their ad specials and everything that I wanted was "sold out " with the smallest shelf space ...this used to be called bait and switch and wasn't legal...the only reason I gave 2 stars is the staff are stellar.. unfortunately I am not shopping for staff....I will shop at Walmart or Hot Springs from now on.

That is pure laziness!!!! Going to start shopping in Hot Springs. I try to shop local but....

"If you don't want to shop at Walmart, this is your only option here. Thankfully they have a pretty fair selection for their size, their people are where they shine though. Their employees are all awesome, helpful and smiling. Literally they offer to take your groceries to the car for you and load them. Where are you going to find that kind of service anywhere in this day and age?? " I wrote this review about 2 years ago when I first moved here, they have since upgraded the store, While the selection is still somewhat limited due to their size, prices are great, they always have a lot of good specials going, and their bakery makes really good breads and KILLER croissants! Staff is still amazing, although I've since fallen out of love with their pharmacy. seriously, DO NOT get a prescription sent here If you don't have several hours to wait for it to get filled. Obviously it must be much harder than I could ever imagine to put 30 pills in a bottle. Just today it took over an hour to get a bottle of eye drops. Other than that though, could not love this shop more!

Charming small town grocery store of average size - sign up for the store loyalty card.PROS:Great produce (quality and selection);Ready-to-eat now lunch items;Excellent deals on family size packaged meat;Good quality meat products;Carried my groceries to the truck for me at each visit (so cool!);All the staff is personable and likes to chat;Easy to search for items;Excellent variety of items;All store sections were clean and well kept.CONS:Older store could easily benefit from a remodel (but it was quaint).Definitely shop here over the big box store down the road! The older double-decker style shopping carts made me smile. Good experience all around!

Undergoing major renovations while staying open. Some things are moved and some isles not yet fully labeled. If you need assistance, ask. They are very helpful, knowledgeable. Was already a better store than Walmart for general supermarket-type stores; and when finished will be a stellar shopping experience! Also, Brookshire's has the freshest produce in town.

I told her how sorry I was but I had to run out to my car . she was so kind and told me it was not a problem. I ran out came right back in.she was so sweet!! I appreciated it i felt so bad.

The staff is wonderful. Produce and meat very fresh and good quality. Pharmacy is so helpful and pleasant. They take your groceries out for you. They ask if you found everything and if you need assistance with reaching or finding anything. I highly recommend Brookshires. My mom lives in Texas and manager made call to assist my mom due to her handicap and ill husband. I've never had anyone do that before.
