Almost 1 hour holding to talk to anyone in the pharmacy. There has been 1 person ahead of me for over 45 minutes: Y’all are rude and need a better call system. Ridiculous!! and the girl name Kaitlyn or whatever her name is is absolutely rude. If you don’t like your job leave girl you don’t talk to customers that way.

AWFUL service. It is always an ordeal any time I need to fill a prescription here. I had 2 prescriptions called in at 10 am and called the pharmacy to get an update. I waited for 30 minutes (only 2 callers ahead of me) just for the pharmacy tech to say it will be another hour. I will have waited a total of 5 hours for two prescriptions by the time they “will” be ready. Pharmacy tech was rude and didn’t seem to care about the wait times.Last time I ever use Walgreens.

Don't go to Alma AR Walgreens pharmacy if you can help it. When you call them expect to be on the phone for at least a half an hour if you're lucky. Their web has glitches, could not get the date I wanted for my shot. When I got a hold of someone I was told what I had to do, would not fix it for me. Went to their store and was told what to do again and was not helped at all. Figured out the web and got the appointment cancelled finally. Desided to go somewhere else. Called and found out I can walk in and get my shot with out an appointment. WOW. From start to finish the phone call to another Walgreens was 5 minutes. A month ago got COVID shot an had to wait an hour, 45 minutes after my original appointment time so much for going in early. While I was waiting someone came in to get their shot, after a 15 minute wait had to reschedule their appointment since she had to get back to work. Don't know how their customers can stand it. Would not recommend this place at all. Wish someone would fix the problems they have, they have lost their humanity.

Great customer service and normally have no problem but 2 times now I have went there and they were closed when the website says they are open, mind you it wasn’t a holiday or anything special. Very aggravating when you drive more then 5 miles to get there.

I’m only giving this a 3 because they are closed on the weekends and when you call, you have to hold for long periods of time. Lately their refills have been taking longer than usual which could be bad for someone that absolutely needs their medications within a day or two.

Pharmacy hours are terrible. Have to wait in line half hour each time I go there. When you call pharmacy after waiting on hold for a half hour the call disconnects. They have lost several prescription. Staff is nice.

Wouldn't give them 1 star. Husband just called to fill his prescription and they got an attitude and said he has to wait until Monday because "THEY ARE TOO BUSY" terrible service don't use this pharmacy or store.

This place is crazy! I was visiting family & came down with the flu. Didn’t have my syringe with me for my weekly injection I take. Tried to get one from these guys and the guy gave some lame state law thing that I could only get it at the Walgreens my script is at.....REALLY! You do not need a prescription for syringes! Only if you want your insurance to pay! So I guess we are just left to die! Crazy!

Pharmacy is laughable. I just moved from Rogers and enjoyed true customer care from CVS pharmacy. Unfortunately, Walgreens does not care if they have my business or not. I will drive the extra 15 miles to the next town to continue with CVS pharmacy. Thank you.

This pharmacy NEVER has my prescription on time. I have to go without my medicine for one to two days at a time EVERY time I get it refilled. I've been getting it filled here for months and still the same. They have no learning curve whatsoever.

Pharmacy takes like 3 days to put 10 pills in a bottle and slap a sticker in it.. If you need a prescription filled this year, just go to another location..

THE WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED THE PAST FEW MONTHS,THERE'S A SO-CALLED PHARMACIST THAT ACTUALLY TOLDME HE WAS A DR.,LOL WELL HE MESSED UP MY DAUGHTER'S PRESCRIPTION THAT SHE NEEDED THAT NIGHT AND BECAUSE HE MADE "A BIG MISTAKE", SO THEREFORE MY DAUGHTER HAD TO SUFFER THROUGH THE WHOLE NIGHT,HE FOUND OUT HIS MISTAKE AFTER I CALLED MY INSURANCE CO.THIS GUY "CRAIG" DELETED MY HUSBAND'S REFILLS ON ONE OF HIS MEDS.BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I DIDNT NEED IT RIGHT THEN AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY FILLED IT N CHARGED MY INSURANCE $370,WHEN I GOT HOME I FOUND IT IN THE BAG N ASKED TO RETURN IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT(MIND YOU IT DIDN'T COST ME ANYTHING), HE TOLD ME NO, ANOTHER TIME HE INFORMED ME THAT THE QNTY OF MY PRESCRIPTION WAS 10% OVER WHAT THEY ALLOWED (PER HIS N THE STORE MANAGERS) NEW RULE, AND THAT I NEEDED TO ASK MY DRTO LOWER IT,LOL I ASKED HIM "R U MY DR. N DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME?" HE INFORMED ME, THAT HE IS A DR.,HE WAS VERY LOUD TALKING TO ME SO OTHER CUSTOMERS COULD HEAR HIM,THAT WAS SO EMBARRASSING. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE HIPPA BOARD IN L.R. !I'M SWITCHING TO THE VANBUREN WALGREENS,THEY R VERY NICE N HELPFUL N FRIENDLY THERE. THANK YOU N HAVE A BLESSED DAY!😊
