Located on I-49 not too far north from the intersection with I-40, this Love's was handy this morning as the coffee kicked in. And then I needed a new cup.Clean pump area and I was able to scan my Love's app for a bonus 10 cents off per gallon. While the gas was going, the long stick squeegee was great for reaching the top of the windshield to get the bugs off.Inside, clean and stocked restroom. Coffee station was also tidy and ready for making a perfect cup with just a little bit of ice and then a few pots of creamer. Ah, that's the stuff! And then I scanned the Love's app again at the register to earn my way towards that free cup of coffee!

There's the usual love's store setup which was clean and well maintained.🛎️ ServiceThe store staff was very professional and friendly, very quick to get a coffee issue resolved which is very important first thing in the morning.There's a service shop in the back if you need tires or an oil change.🚿 ShowerThere's only three showers but they are large with good water pressure and lots of hot water.🅿️ ParkingTypical Love's and only has spots for 55 trucks but with the shop in the back there is plenty of room to maneuver.

Just stay outside and get gas here. I recommend if you want to go inside and browse for food or items, that you go on the opposite side of the interstate to workman's. I say that because I come to Love's at least three times a week to get gas and a very seldom go inside because the last two times I've been inside there were employees complaining about the working conditions there. And I've had one employee out at the pumps talking to another person about how bad it is to work there. And along with this morning hearing that the area where the coffee syrups are located, that countertop was disgusting. It does not look like it had been cleaned in a day. And the time of the day that I was there, I was the only person in the store at that particular moment. I do understand when you get really busy it's hard to keep up with stuff, but I've never thought the whole drink area was that clean to start with even in the past. They do have a nice little variety inside, but like I said, honestly, when I need something inside the truck stop, I go across the interstate to the other one. But I buy my gas here at Love's every time I possibly can because I use the app.

This 3rd shift truck stop manager is Awesome. The only two buckets that were empty were on either side of my truck.This manager got me some soap for the buckets so I could get the bugs off my windshield and keep my wife happy. My wife drives truck with me and she likes a clean windshield. This guy got the soap, refilled the buckets and didn't even ask one of the other staff to do it, which I probably would have if I had one arm.What a great guy, and what great customer service. That man is a leader and he will go far.All the staff were friendly and fast, but that kind of customer service is rare these days and I really appreciate it.

This loves is ok for the most part , except for the girl that works in the front of the store on the car fuel deskOn Monday April 22nd at 915 pm I went in andShe was a complete a -hole towards me when I spoke to her acting like she couldn’t hear meAfter I repeated myself she started acting like she was a sign language patientI then proceeded to check out after entering in the wrong pin on my card she started giggling in a Wierd creepy wayI grabbed my card then she proceeded to say have a good day in a smirky mannerI came back in and noticed she was talking to customers along with her coworkersI checked out with her again and said I thought you were speaking sign language but you really was just purposely being rudeShe then goes a whole story about she has bad anxiety and her granny told her to act a certain way to block off people “blah blah blahIf your anxiety is that bad then why in the hell would you chose a people friendly job like be a cashierSome people are weirdosShe made my whole Loves experience terrible and trashy

The morning shift guy told me air dryer filter price $95 and he left his shift is over the second shift she charge me Labor $161.58 part which is $95 but she charge me $164.99. Tkt #8005776. My friend was surprised when I told them how much it cost me.Don’t change air dryer filter here.

Nice truck stop, loves always seems to be cheaper on gas, especially if you download their app and use it, you get .10 cents per gallon off! You're welcome! 😉 They've also got a very nice pet play yard here that's chain linked around so you can let your dogs 🐕 have a break from the car and the leash and run to work off some energy! This is a absolute highly recommended place for anyone to come by. Friendly face and a clean place. The night crew that worked on 1/28/23 was awesome to me. Making me feel comfortable and appreciated. Greeted me by saying “Welcome to Love’s” wow ! Also, over in Subway a girl named “Constance” was great too serving me. Lol She was constantly serving me with a smile and knew what she was doing. Keep it up Store 635!

They have plenty of parking and fuel pumps for both cars and semis. The restrooms are always spotless. They have a great selection of snacks and dry goods. The associates are always helpful and friendly. There is also a Subway sandwich shop in the mainstream building.

Jacob in the shop is a top hand!!! He took great care of my polished wheels an took the time to wipe the wheels back down when he was done to get finger prints off!!! Great worker!!

I really appreciated the quite atmosphere. My room was near the back, very peaceful. If I had to complain about anything, it would be, that it takes approximately 20 minutes to get hot water for the shower. No bathtubs at all...really that is my only complaint. I mentioned it at the front desk to the young lady working on my second ....

The Dr pepper fountain was out and asked a worker about all in 5 minutes had my Dr pepper drink. So very good customer service... And on fountain drinks the workers doesn't know when it's empty. It was a very clean place.

My 2015 Freightliner was having issues so since I was stuck in this area waiting for my next load, I brought it into this Shop to get it checked out. ....OMG, This Loves Travel Shop is one of THE BEST truck stops I've ever been to for Maintenance Service! The Customer Service is too good to be true almost! Like, you just don't come across people who are just genuinely good hearted, Kind and treat their customers right too often! They actually take pride in their jobs and they're absolutely great at what they do! Especially the night shift maintenance/service shop. They actually verbally breakdown whatever is going on with your truck in the best way possible for you to understand. Come up with the best solutions out of the options that is at hand in the moment. They're not going to Procrastinate the process just to run up your bill like so many other shops do! They get it in and they get it done and get it Done RIGHT! And If it's something they can't do only due to the rules and regulations of Federal guidelines and that only Freightliner are able to do or only have the parts for, they make sure you leave with knowing everything you need to know and give the best advice on how to proceed with getting your issues fixed with having to go elsewhere! I truly appreciate the young man (Dustin) and young lady (Christen) that serviced me for my truck issues. When I tell y'all that the southern hospitality is real, and I received just that at this loves truck stop! It was a beautiful thing to experience in real life. What I experienced today I've Only seen on TV or in Movies ! Thanks again!

Usually love's are well stocked. However, this location must have a problem getting their merchandise. Low selection of bottled drinks and didn't have any corndogs. But it was clean and the lady at the register was friendly! I'm pretty sure this is a temporary issue.

Loves travel stop is always awesome and has everything you need. Good bathroom, gas pumps, all my favorite drinks. Random expensive electronics and woodworkings. Whatever you want. Good stuff. 👍 I like the roller grill items
