Who ever the person that say it's the manager needs to go to school to learn how to be one all I know she is not helpful don't wear dollar general outfit has long blackish brown hair ugly as sin inside and out with her mouth and smokes cigarettes more than she cares to help others... She doesn't care about the store either its nasty. I walk with a cane and barely get around in some isles.. The District manager needs a new assistant manager at this place she is Horrible I won't shop at this place anymore...

So thankful for Manager Rita who went above and beyond to help me complete a Tax Exempt order (could not be completed through the app and I was too sick to enter the store) when I most needed it. Her actions helped keep her customers and employees safe. Employees like Rita are what keeps businesses running. She is always so friendly and helpful every time I shop at this location. Thank you so much Rita!

The manager is extremely rude and can’t run her store. Constant lines, she smokes every 5 seconds and just leaves employees when they need help.

Every time I leave this particular store I get either pulled over by Crawford county sheriffs or surrounded by Alma cops for being drunk or speeding. I am a single parent and work in the heat all day? Like who he the snitch in dollar general. Ps I have not drank in 15 years

Avoid the self checkout machines if you want to pay cash.They had a good product selection and good prices, however self checkout did not work well. It took coins, but did not register that it took them - I had to use another dollar bill for $0.14, when I had already put $0.19 in. It did give my change in coins, for the amount I paid in dollar bills, not recognizing that I had put any coins in.

I think the employees are very courteous and the prices are great. Would shop here more often, but the isles are always cluttered with boxes every where. Hard to get around and even could be a safety concern. Can’t reach merchandise because stuff is so cluttered. Shopping carts? Where are they? Full of stuff waiting to be put on shelve too. . Might be able to find one In parking lot if your lucky. I hope they hire more employees to stock so alma customers can have open clean isles and well stocked shelf.

Nice people but it should be quicker if both registers were open. The cashier gets bombarded all at once, and some customers blame them. Simply isn't their fault DG won't pay 2 people to work at the same time!

Love dollar general always, but this store is extremely high traffic and two small for the huge amount of people. Updating is needed and its under staffed. I do recommend Dollar General in Mountainburg. New location, well stocked and great staff. I'm not saying the staff is at fault in any way at the Alma location. They are rock stars and work hard. The owners need to build a new store or expand so these workers can do the workers have all they need to perform.

Desperate need of cleaning - saw three bugs in three different location within the few minutes I was in there - staff is friendly and helpful - good place to grab last second items but not somewhere I would recommend shopping on a regular basis and definitely not somewhere I would buy any edibles.

Wow, haven't been in this location in a while because it was cluttered and unorganised. So suprised today to see how they have upgraded it. Only thing I could see wrong was the floors need done but I am impressed! Wtg DG!

This is a great store for your quick shopping needs. I ran in for one item and ended up purchasing a several because their prices were great. They have a little bit of everything.

This store is always packed with people and only one register open most times. Their inventory is always stacked in the floor in every aisle where you can hardly get your cart through.

Manager is so rude workers are so rude... Bathrooms are nasty, stuff all over isle you have to move the stuff in the floor to find what your looking for. Like the shelfs they need to be stocked... I'd rather drive to Van buren..

I love the fact that I can get in and out of Dollar General in just a few minutes. I can get name brand items for about the same price as Walmart but I'm in and out 10 times faster.

It is much better since they updated it to be uniform with the other Dollar Generals in the area. Beforehand, it was too crowded up front and frankly just a hot mess.
