Did not want to eat McDonald's. I wanted a real hamburger that tasted like hamburger. So I went to Braum's.They have a special that is double jalapeno and it was very good. I was surprised that for $9 I got a double burger fries and a malt shake.

The manager Casey messed up my order I came to the drive-through asking for a large root beer float with the root beer in a different cup. They try to charge me for a small root beer which the lady at the first window took off. She said that was stupid so thank you to her.. I pull up to the second window. They have the root beer and the ice cream in the same cup. I said I need it without the root beer and I need the root beer and a separate cup. The employee is telling the manager who is making my order well, this is what he wants and tell her to make another large vanilla and a cup. She comes back with soft, serve ice cream, which you do not put in a large root beer float then the manager Casey then comes over and has two tiny scoops of ice cream in a small pink cup and says this is a large root beer float and if any of her employees have been doing it any other way they’re wrong well I’ve been going to Brahms longer than she’s probably even been alive and I know for a fact this is not a large root beer float the way she talk to me Especially the way she talk to me in front of her employees unprofessional. She was rude and should not be a manager. I expect an apology if this ever gets looked at and fixed from her, which I doubt will ever happen.. terrible terrible. Terrible management. What are you doing Braums?!?? In the first picture, I put my hand soap for reference. Also found out from an employee that currently works there that there are maggots in between the ice cream machines up front . Definitely calling the health department!

I went around 407 pm. At 4:35 pm I finally got to the food window in the drive through. I had to wait more for a milkshake. I was willing to wait, but then I ate a French fry. I asked them to take them back and give me some fresh fries. I really thought it was taking so long because they were cooking fresh food, so I was disappointed. I finally left at 4:45. The milkshake was very good though.

A family favorite, Braums always delivers fresh, non greasy burgers with thick sliced cheese and crinkle cut French fries! Their ice cream is light outs! The market is limited but is always clean and stocked! This 4/5 star rating is for a fast food burger establishment.

It was a nice and clean establishment, the food and ice cream was super delicious and wonderful! My only qualm about this particular experience was that a couple workers seemed very depressed and void of any joy (understandably so considering you're working at braums) and didn't try to hide it at all, but atleast faking it better would be optimal and less awkward for both parties involved, motivated and positive customer service, even in a fake way, goes a long way.

Loved the food, the ice cream, and most importantly, Ms. Deanna. She was so kind and patient (our first time there and we couldn’t decide what to get), and she made the whole experience very special, checking up on us and chatting with us about the history of Braum’s and how the owner wanted to get the milk to consumers within a day. She was so incredibly sweet, that we HAD to leave a review just so we could give her some recognition. Wish there was a Braum’s and a sweet Ms. Deanna in Memphis.

Braums! 😭 Help this location! I have been coming to it for years while traveling. It is so convenient to our route it’s hard not to want to use it! Great location! But the management and team needs SERIOUS training! I counted 8-9 workers behind the counter and it was utter chaos. All the while people waiting to be served. Workers running back and forth, getting orders wrong, literally bumping into each other, carry food and handing it off to another! It was almost comical if it hadn’t been so sad. “The new kid” obviously had NO CLUE and did not know who to ask. I watched in horror at the negligent way utensils were handled and used, the dining room is always filthy. NO ONE seems in charge! Our order was wrong, of course, fries soggy and unsalted, hamburger made exactly the opposite of what I asked. Unfortunately, it has been like this for years and seems to be getting worse. Help them Braums. They have needed attention for a long time.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes for yogurt. Then, when we were next in line, the yogurt machine broke. I get it. Bad things happen and things break... but the employees apparently thought it was funny as they were laughing as they checked the machine while commenting, "it's broke! Haha!" So, my family and I got out of line and left. I've never had this problem at the Van Buren location. Plus, the VB location is bigger and the layout doesn't look like a kindergartener's dream of what an ice cream and dairy store layout should be. I'll probably never go back to the Alma location.

I always enjoy their hamburgers, fries and the milkshakes. You just can not compare a McDonalds or Burger King to Braums. Braums has real and tasty ice cream, their burgers seem homemade, not assembly line.The store has great milk and dairy products. While a bit pricey, the quality is definetly there and worth it!

Normally don't like posting this low of a review but this is the 2nd time I have thrown my food and money away. I bit into my burger to find a paper wax material attached to my lettace on my first bite. I returned my sandwich to the counter and told the lady this sandwich was not edible and left. Didn't ask for a refund or for another sandwich, this was not an attempt for a free meal, resolution would be nice. Have a attached a receipt if management would like to look into this.

We were traveling for work and stumbled upon this ice cream store mini mart. Could not believe how inexpensive the ice cream was, how rich and flavorful their product was. Definitely worth a trip there.

The food was great and inexpensive. We had a bag of 5 burritos and a bag of 5 sausage biscuits for $14.45. It fed 4 of us. BUT, they were understaffed, and the poor cashier was running ragged, doing multiple tasks.

They poured half my drink on me in the drive thru. When I asked for napkins, I received the smallest stack of napkins ever! Plus she didn't fill up my drink. The wait time is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I had to ask for straws, they didn't give us spoons and the size of a chicken strip has turned into the size a a nugget.

When we finally got the food it was okay, but to me the way that we were treated made this place totally not worth it. We went inside and stood in line forever before anyone would even acknowledge our existence and then it took forever to get our food and everything was put together so messy that no it absolutely was not worth coming here and I will never come here againOur experience two years later was totally the opposite of before. Things went smoothly and quickly and the food was delicious
