I haven't been here in a long time and was excited to bring some out of town family here, but... with that said, it was soooo hot in this store. Not only that, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. I found several item's that you had for sale had tags from The Dollar General, & you guys had them priced the same? I thought considering their condition, they should have been cheaper than The Dollar General because I can literally go to Dollar General right now and buy them brand new. Then, there were other items that I knew Dollar Tree carries right now for $1.25 and you store had them priced at $1.75? I even purchased a pair of earrings for $3.99, but the first time I took one off the cardboard packaging, it literally broke? (I enclosed a picture)I live quite aways from A to Z, so no, I am not very happy at all. I also purchased a necklace with an H on it that was clearly marked $1.50, yet on my receipt, I was charged $ 3.99? When we got to the front to check out we got in line & the cashier started checking out my sister, then after a few minutes, she told my aunt and I that she was closing her register and that we needed to go to another register? My aunt told her, we are all together and we were already in line before she decided to close her register. I admit, I agreed with my aunt, we were in fact in line for some time BEFORE she decided to close? She said she had to go help other customers, so I'm guessing customers in line to checkout are suddenly NOT CUSTOMERS?? She didn't care & closed her register to run off. We had to go get in a long line now, while my sister & her granddaughter had to stand there and wait after she checked them out? Finally, my aunt goes to check out and asked for her Military discount & the guy at the register said he needed the number, so she tried to give him the number & he said he needed to see the card, so she showed him the card on her phone, then he said he had to see her driver's license to make sure of the name as if she is a liar? Then he had to call another lady over to approve the military discount & then she said, she has to see it in person?! There was so much disrespect. My aunt asked where the policy is written down because it was sketchy seeing how different people who work there have different thoughts on your actual policy. All I could think is for a lousy 10% discount, Veterans & their Family members have to be questioned, treated like a liars, talked down to while the "policy" changes according to WHO you talk to? Especially since your business is jacking up cost higher than they are brand new elsewhere and the overcharging along with items literally breaking as soon as you try to take it out of the package? I stood baffled... Then I went to check out, hoping for the best, but... seriously, I should have known better.. All my items got rung up & the total was $63.00 or so, then I added 4 bottles of water at $1.00 each. How the guy put in the price & now my bill was suddenly $401.00ish?I was like, NOPE!! He realized he goofed and tried to fix it, so then it went up to like $466.00ish?! He did not know how to fix it, so he called another lady & her attempt to fix it just made it worse too?? Finally, the lady used a calculator so we could get out of our 20+ minute nightmare. By this time, my sister & her granddaughter were totally aggrevated at having to wait for so long because the previous cashier was hell bent on not helping. There were other people waiting behind us in line & they were getting ticked off too. It seems like there is a little more training that needs to be done here, some policy learned & customer service skills desperately needed. I would like to say for anyone shopping here, WATCH the prices when they ring you up & allow plenty of time to check out. I would like to add, it was a little disturbing that my aunt found a very small child scared and running around & she found a worker to help assist, but it was disturbing that someone would allow such a small child to get away from them & not be FREAKED OUT?! I won't even talk about the Easter Bunny!

We spent more money here on cheap BUT DECENT things. Watch the food some is expired but we bought all kinds of gifts, Christmas decor, and furniture. We could have spent hours in all locations but spent a good 1-2 hours here. We don’t shop so this was a big deal for us and the furniture selections was out of this world!

I found a very cute, affordable rug for my spare room yesterday, all employees encountered were pleasant & helpful, & it warmed my heart to witness a cashier go out of her way to be extremely generous, patient, & thoughtful to an elderly gentleman who was in need of a beverage but had some difficulty, while literally being called by 3 other employees in different directions for a variety of requests. Though I could see on her face that she was overwhelmed in the moment, her response to her colleagues was very professional & patient as well.

It seems like they have everything you could want in 4 stores. I've bought plant stuff, kitchen stuff, carpets, furniture and lots more!! Great place to kill a few hours

Not a local. We stop in maybe once every other year. Fun place to shop. You can find some deals here and there. Lots of off brand stuff, nothing wrong with that, just don't expect name brand stuff. But good selection of stuff. Kinda like Harbor Frieght. Would recommend. We always find something we need.

Lots of things, but it's almost like there is too much stuff jammed together. It takes a lot of time just to go through one building, but that is because there is so much to look through. They have home decor, food items, lots of arts and crafts items especially artificial plants and flowers, and tons of other stuff from rugs to some pet supplies.

Expect to find various items throughout the stores there but also keep in mind that if you're looking for specific things you may not find those specifically, prices are typically reasonable and staff are friendly. I'd definitely go again just for the exploration aspect to see what I can find.

Wow! This place is huge. There are like 6 discount stores all here, together. Most of them are huge. Some deals can be found. Plan to invest some time.

Wow this place is huge! They have amazing prices on flowers/ craft items. All of my wedding flowers and many other decorations to make out big day perfect came from THIS location! They have clothing, tools, food, rugs, furniture, crafts, home decor and more! I enjoy looking at everything and finding great bargains! I recommend you check this place out!

This place is great when needing flowers for a wedding. They have a huge selection to choose from. Some of the items are still cheaper at Walmart or dollar tree, but they do have a great selection

I was there in May right around Mother's Day so I found some fab yard decor for my parents house. I swear, I need like a week just to walk around there to see EVERYTHING they have on offer on their ginormous campus. In fact, I don't think I'd see everything in a week. Anywho, it's an amazing place. BTW, it's my parents' favorite place to visit.

Been wanting to stop here for many years when we pass through Alma traveling to visit family. I was shocked by how expensive things were. Metal Christmas yard stake decor +$30 some $100 for what you could get very similarly at Hobby Lobby for $10-30.

Great place to kill several hours looking at beautiful crafting supplies. Some items are slightly damaged so check to be sure of quality. Some prices are not as cheap as other craft stores when they have sales. But overall you can find wreaths and lots of other things there.

Love shopping here. When I need beads or any other craft supplies. A-Z is where I go. Everyone one should stop in here. You will be amazed at everything they have to sale. I highly recommend this store.

An interesting stop. Have some good stuff for great prices and some not so great stuff for sorta high prices. Found a great deal on something I'd been looking for tho. If you have an good eye you can get some really great deals. And you can find a large selection of stuff in one place.

They have so much in these buildings, go early, you will need the extra time! Bargains everywhere and great selections!! We bought artificial flowers for wedding arrangements. The type and colors of the flowers is almost overwhelming.

I love to shop A to Z!! Will never forget the kindness of floral designer making an awesome headstone floral for my parents grave. I was in A to Z when I got a call my mother was in a serious vehicle crash that took her life. I told the designer the story of her death. I believe she went beyond call of duty to make the floral arrangements. Thank you!! I always drive from Rogers to buy our flowers for cemetery!
