We were exceptionally happy with our salesperson Theresa, she was easy to work with and made our experience enjoyable. However, Roy was extremely demeaning to other staff members and loud in front of us. I would rate Roy a "1" star employee with how he treats others.

There was a nice selection of different price points for the same kind of furniture. Also,Jonathan and Chekotah worked well together, quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and polite, including the various sales people.Unfortunately, the store has also quickly raised its prices as everybody else has.

I went shopping for a recliner and they had a large selection at good prices. The salesman who was there was helpful without being pushy. Everything was taken care of quickly and they sent me a place to pick up the chair and load it in the back of my pickup. I was very pleased.Supplement: I had a problem with my chair 3 months later. Nobody at all was helpful. People said they would call me back and never did. One of braces gave away obviously a defect.no help.

They charge me over one hundred dollars on a twin bed, the price was 248 but they sold it to me on separate parts footboard 73.00, headboard 151.00 and rails 128.00 😒

Nice Big store, and lots to choose from. It's a shame their prices on certain things are excessive. Some of the employees are friendly, others are well not so friendly. Oh also make sure you pay attention to your tag price, because it may be different when you get to the check out, however if you bring it to their attention they will correct it.

So much to see! A to Z has a wide variety and some excellent deals. The staff was very helpful but only when we needed them. We'll be back!

Very bad customer service, changing prices when they know you are coming in to buy certain item. He says they just changed it this morning, well yes, it was this morning when I sent them the picture of the item with the original price on it that I had taken week before. He said he would honor the price that was on it but if I didn't want it that was fine with him. Attitude beyond belief. Have text from him saying just that. Will send to anyone who wants to see it.

Honestly two separate occasions I have been there they were rude. Just asking basic questions gets a sarcastic remark. The loaders are much more friendly. A lot of different stuff but normal prices at any furniture store with probably friendlier people. I won't be back to this one.

Great place to shop - for anything. You will find great prices and good selection. All of the stores are different. The sporting goods store is more like a traditional store - clean, well laid out, and great selection. Come on Saturday mornings and you will be treated to live music from the Frog Bayou Boys. The experience really cannot be duplicated anywhere.The tool store - not so much. Chaotic, not so clean, and some food that has outdated expiration dates, but then what would you expect from buying food in a tool store?!The other attraction of this place - again, mostly the tool store - is the assortment of characters that shop there and work at the store. Just come and you will understand what I am talking about.

We drove over an hour to look at furniture to buy that matched what we had already bought. Well after 40 minutes in the store we found what we were looking for. But nobody offered to help us so I pulled tags and moved pieces of furniture to door myself. The lady at the check out was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Had someone offered to help me I would had known that they would pull furniture from back for me. They might wanna find someone better to deal with customers at the checkout or she might wanna retire!

Great selection of sofas & recliners. The other areas such as dining, bedroom, & flooring were good but not exhaustive choices. Friendly (but not hovering) staff &easonable prices. We'll definitely be back!

Found the perfect farmhouse style bedframe and dining set that I have envisioned in my head. Roy was an absolute pleasure and the staff were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend A to Z Furniture for their incredible selection of furniture!!

Very nice staff. Very wide selection. Lots to choose from for every room. They have Franklin brand recliners.Didn't really see a huge difference in price compared to other stores.

Unfortunately not the store it used to be. Lots of furniture here but variety is extremely limited. Mostly rustic heavy styles. Mostly dark woods and fabrics, I didn't see any driftwoods, greys, or lighter modern styles
