I feel so bad for the employees... they're holding this store together the best they can. Very friendly and seem to know just about everyone that comes through their doors. This is a new, larger location than the one they had across the street, but the out-of-stock items pretty much erase the benefits of having a larger store. It's hard for them to do any stocking with only one or two employees working, and it can be very hard to shop there with empty shelves and carts full of merchandise blocking the aisles.I still come here regularly because it's by far the closest store to our neighborhood, but man this location would be making so much more money if they could give even a few more hours to employees in order to stock and clean up the aisles and parking lot. I appreciate everything they do and their kindness, and I hope they get the support they need from the higher-ups!

This store always looks like a tornado went through it. Selves are never stocked and most of the time can't get a buggy down any of the isles. I was needing something that wasn't on the selves but it was on the cart to get stocked and I asked one of the employees about it all they said to me was it hasn't been stocked yet and one of the other employees was kind enough to go back there and get off the cart for me. This store is the most unorganized store I have seen.

Management makes a difference. This store is always clean and well stocked, aisles clear and swept and clerks cheerful and knowledgeable. Very wide selection of last minute items and quick snacks, along with basic necessities, many in store and nationwide brands. Not my choice for weekly purchases, but I go in often for small or quick buying trips.

1. Parking lot had trash; 2. Way too many empty merchandise spots; 3. 1 cashier working while the other had her back to at least 10 customers waiting in line. This is unfortunately ongoing at this location. Nice, new store but lacking good management apparently.

They are normally great but today and yesterday an employee was required to be there and had tested positive for COVID-19. He was told that it was a home test and unreliable...so to just come in. Not only is this extremely illegal... But it's also a violation of the trust of both the employees and the customers.

Great service from friendly staff. I miss Kim she kept the old store running like a machine. The new store is so much nicer and bigger still well run.

Never seen so many Dollar Generals in my life until I came to Arkansas very impressed with the variety of food items that they have. However the prices are inflated tremendously above the Kroger Food Stores or other grocery stores. Lots of employees hard at work in the stores ,relatively clean and fast service

They usually have what we need and the store is usually clean. I like the self checkout especially when the lines are so long. I love that they have refrigerated almond milk. I do wish the Arkansas stores had produce in them though. Only bad thing About this store is that all of the staff aren't update with all of the rules of stuff. One will say one thing and then another will say something else. They should all be in one accord w the rules of the store or one would think that those rules or protocols are only for certain customers.

Never stocked and there are always boxes blocking some of the aisles towards the back, you literally cant get down those aisles. I'm sure what's in those boxes is what's missing on the shelves, staff just seems too lazy to do anything about it. Several times the cashiers were too busy talking to each other to check me out. Definitely the worst dollar general I've been to

This has been my neighborhood store for 15 years. It recently went thru a manager change and everything about it is in decline. The shelves aren’t regularly stocked. The manager is unfriendly and not helpful. The atmosphere of the store has completely changed except for Deanna, who’s still just as wonderful. Sad that the new store being built will have the same manager.

This store is close to me but if not I would drive out of my way to go there. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you find things. Shopping is made easy st this store. Must be the reason it is so busy.

If i could give my own rate it would be -5 ! this store is really BOLD ! honey i literally just left from down there me and my aunt arrived at this store 10 mins before close but clearly the doors had been locked for a while because another customer was trying to get in as well waiting in her car, i don’t know the employee name but she literally looked at me shook her head and continued what she was doing ! I’ve never been so angry in my life since when did dollar general start closing 10-15 mins early ? I’ve worked at a dollar general before and we didn’t lock doors until the last customer was out after closing .. the fact the she looked at me and didn’t open the door had me shook, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a problem with this lady, it was also another man in there but I’ve only seen him a couple of times so he’s fairly new but better believe i WILL be calling corporate bright and early at 8am

I have unfortunately been forced to use this sad excuse for a dollar General several times the cashiers are a joke and dont do their jobs and the store itself is always in disarray several aisles have been blocked for months with boxes and I'm certain its items that should be on the shelves. I have spent up to 20 minutes in line before and the lone cashier would be overwhelmed while the other employees were walking around ignoring them seriously someone needs to step in and fix this terrible store

This particular Dollar General is terrible. Never adequately stocked, candy melted, and overcrowded. I know they can't help the overcrowded part...until the line is to the back of the store and employees are just wandering around like they don't notice it.

My family been her awhile and im sorry to say this store has really gone done hill the manager and staff are very unprofessional I was ID after a white male was not. me being hispanic was i.d and then said they coupdnt sell to me cause they thought I didnt have a id because im Hispanic I question then on this and they ask me too leave the store that they know him then said he flash his I'd. I stood there watch everything never did he nor did she ask to see it they discriminate against people of color show Arkansas still has things to fix in there state

Checking our is always slow. They do not know how to open a second register to get people in and out you usually never see more than one person at the check out. If there is mimo than 3cars in the parking lot I go on by because I know waiting at the check out is going to be a long wait.

Recently remodeled..now is DG MarketFresh...carries fresh meat, steaks, pork chops etc as well as fresh fruits & vegetables!!!Great prices on these items as well!!!

Great place to find simple and inexpensive options for setting up a house, but tonight's trip lacked speed that I associate with DG, 1 register open and the line more than halfway to the back of the store!

It was so messy and things we just thrown everywhere. Couldn't tell How much things were because it was just anywhere. The lady up front wasn't helpful at all and the guy didn't act like he know what he was doing.

They have so much more than you would expect from a small store front, and they're the closest thing to several neighborhoods right up the road. The staff are friendly and they keep long hours, which is really helpful.

Dollar General usually has everything I need for those "emergencies" and their hours are awesome, you don"t have to rush to get there. Customer service is always wonderful.

This store is over crowded with merchandise and people. I suppose on one hand that's not necessarily a bad thing but it is like a maze you have to maneuver inside of.

The place is great! They are in The process of relocating ,which caused them to have limited supplies . Looking forward to the opening of the new Building!
