Every time I come to this Walmart in particular, the receipt police is out. I email myself receipts. You asked me for my receipt when I am leaving and I have bought one tiny plant $19.99 A pressure cooker for $90. I went to the self check out and I chose the email receipt option. I don’t have a receipt for you to check. You asked me to pull it up on my smart phone early in the morning and the answer that is no. You have got to do better with your set merchant policy. I will never show you guys my receipt ever never it’s a Crap policy in my opinion. I’m 50 years old. I’m not gonna do your loss prevention for you.

We ordered merchandise online. We PAID for it using our credit card. To date, the merchandise has not been delivered. We have gone to the local Walmart TWICE trying to resolve this and they seem to have zero ability to help us.

It's Walmart, very well stocked. A lot of new workers. Found one worker in a bread aisle taking bread that was in the wrong location and sending it flipping and flying down the aisle into a near location where it should be located. I yelled at him and told him to take pride and what he's doing. Stop destroying the innocent bagels and loaves of bread. No managers found to report to.

I like this location on Pacific because it often seems to be less crowded than Ave B or 8 E. Of course now in June there isn’t the overload from the winter visitors so that’s a huge plus.

We visited this Walmart while traveling through. This Walmart had a ton of self checkouts and just a few regular checkouts. One thing I did notice is that not everything is locked in a cabinet. The only disappointment I had is the price of my item to not match the price it was on the tag. And then even when the employee scanned it with the Walmart app on the Walmart device the price then came out even different from there. However they would not honor that price. White girl with glasses in fitting room is rude we asked for a discounted tag on a 6 pack of tanks that was ripped and only had 4 tanks inside because it was damaged and she goes "it's not damaged people just keep taking the shirts out". Lol so basically you mean damaged right? Contradicted herself with that one

I can't believe living in the lettuce capital that Walmart is completely out of iceberg lettuce. I've checked both stores in Yuma. They only have the tiny organic lettuce for $2.77. I'm not gonna count on Walmart for my produce in the future.

I have to say the checkout process has gotten very good, almost pleasant. I know back east I would just leave my stuff and walk out due to long waiting time in line

Assistance was good. Employee took the time to help me find the curtain rod pole socket set. Thank you Kaycee.TLE employee, Mark was excellent in helping me bundle up services to save money. I got more services done and saved 20%.

I called and need lost and found. I did not get anyone to answer the phone. Very poor service. When I go to wal mart it is always a upsetting experience. Our Target is much cleaner.

We go to this particular WalMart because they always have e what we need for our cat. The WalMart in the foothills never has the food or litter we use. This is the main reason we come here. Obviously groceries are cheaper and we will pick up things we need there for ourselves as well.

Enjoyed my shopping at this place. I usually don't like to shop at this Walmart. The employees like to follow me while I shop. I am very terrified of shopping by myself. Usually I have to have my husband with me.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU! To Nicole in the Vision Center. The lens fell out of my glasses and I couldn’t see it well enough to fix it myself. When I told Nicole what I needed, she got right to work on it ~ with a smile! She had it fixed in a very short time! What a wonderful way to start my day! Thank you so much, Nicole, you’re an angel!

Multiple items I was shopping for were out of stock which is very frustrating. Also, I asked 2 different employees about an item I was looking for and niether of them seem to know what product I was talking about nor did they attempt to locate the item. They both literally walked away from me. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Absolutely horrible!!! Tons of dead fish in their tanks. When I asked for help it took them 30 minutes to find someone only for me to be told that's not my department I can't help you. The only reason I care is because there were literally piles of dead fish. That is not only unsanitary but it will kill the living fish if not taken care of.

In Yuma there are 3 supercenters I know of.The best is the one on Pacific Ave.I actually drive by one to get to it.Not all Walmart's are as organized as this one.

I only used the pharmacy today. There was a line, with like 5 of us in line. 2 cashiers but 1 was clearly on a mission to close the unused registers & most likely she was the what-ever manager. She completely ignored us as the cashier who was working her butt off went to get something for the customer she was at the time waiting on. Until one of the guys in line actually said, "you're really going to continue to ignore us 10 minutes before you guys close?" She said she wasn't actually ignoring us, she was doing her closing routine. Then she opened up her register. She was so rude to everyone. The cashier looked so embarrassed!
