The absolute Worst Walgreens ever!!. The Pharmacist on duty was very Flippin and uncaring about filing my heart med with a generic. He rudely told me he can change me med without asking if I agreed to the switch!. He was unhelpful in helping me get the prescription as written somewhere else. The pharmacy assistant was the only one helpful in calling CVS. The the Pharmacist billed my insurance for the generic and blocked CVS from being able to fill the prescription. I have moved by business from Walgreens after 10YRS and will never return!!!

Customer service at the pharmacy is sloooooooow. The indoor window is closed so we are obligated to use the drive through. On a good day, cars are lined up. Today, we're wrapped around the building 😡🤬😡 and barely moving.Oh, and why isn't there a sign at the front door? No! You have to go through the store, to the pharmacy and they have sign there advising you to use the drive through.

Horrible service (Pharmacy) called 6 days ago to get a much needed medication transfered for my baby. Ladies on the phone said I'd have it 3 days ago. Called today and they said they were working on it and they need to call to get the transfer. That should be done on day 1. My baby is thanking you for her intestinal issues, acid reflux, and pain. Oh yeah, they have a horrible attitude. If you don't like your job just quit. Go to CVS

Like it cuz it's convenient you get a better deal if you have a card, I have to many cards to scroll through but I did get a few things he needed. He got his 2nd moderna booster shot & I got my flue shot, ready for the season:) I think 🤔

I have dumped this Walgreens...with their pharmacy manager Mr. Robert, twice went out of stock for at least three months of my medications!

It’s sad to say but their pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! Very poor customer service... I’ve been giving them a variety of chances but I’ve had it. Representatives are so rude, they will not do anything to help you out unless you demand for them to do it or try to escalate the problem. Even after speaking to my insurance, the insurance made several attempts to clear the problem with them but it was so hard to get them to cooperate. Now saying that a prescription was picked up when it was NEVER picked up, that’s totally not acceptable.

Where's Walgreens ever been to. Customer service totally SUCKS. Me and my grandfather were just plain and simple ignored. We just needed a walker for him.
