Would NOT recommend this location for ANY pharmaceutical services!!!HERE IT IS Day #3 and the prescriptions called in by hospital STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED.They should have been ready before leaving hospital, since it is heart medication!!!!Worst stocked Pharmacy in my life.Hopefully, you don't die waiting for your medication to show up.

Read whole review....The only way to give a review was to give 1 star. Went to Dr, I'm sicker than a dog and went to Walgreens to get prescription filled, waited in line 40min just to be told to come back in 2hrs. Waited 2 1/2 hr went back and waited in drive-thru for 50 min just to be told to go inside and my prescription would be ready. Took another 15-20min. Don't know how many people that I infected.

Based on my experience here, the store seemed clean and organized. The cashier was friendly and provided good customer service. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.

I have been enduring this pharmacy for over 3 years, sense I moved out to this end of town. The pharmacist is very rude and treats you like your business does not matter. I am having all my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy. I can not endure this anymore. When I told them I was leaving they said quote: "do what ya gotta do". The rest of the store is nice. Beware of the pharmacy, I have heard this has happened to many other customers. Hopefully Walgreens gets smart and gets rid of the pharmacist.Update, they did get a new pharmacist. Much better service.

Waiting in line at the pharmacy again I think I'm going to get my husband transferred over to Walmart like I did this is ridiculous long line in store extremely long line outside at the drive up window been in line 20 minutes already five cars ahead of me hasn't moved ridiculous.

I had to ship a title fedex and Walgreens was the closest option. The employee told me they do not sell envelopes. I was able to quickly find an entire section where they sold envelopes. I returned ready to ship but did not have tape and the employee said due to new policy they do not let customers use tape. Overall unpleasant experience.

I paid over a $130 for a new medication that apparently needed to be refrigerated immediately.Not once did anyone mention that this medication needs to be refrigerated upon handing it to me. Went home, left it on the counter—only realized when I went to take it that it can’t be stored at room temperature.Seems like an important part of a pharmacists job was missed here. Now not only do I not have the medication I need—I’m out 130$. I called them, was on hold for over fifteen minutes and then was told by the pharmacist that it was my fault for not asking to speak with a pharmacist.So disappointed.

Worse Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Wont answer the phone and long lines when you go in. People usually dont know what is going on with your prescription. My prescription is being reviewed for over 5 days.Will have to go back to Wallmart.

I don’t like leaving reviews, especially negative ones - but something isn’t right about this place. I’ve had to come to the pharmacy three times and I’ve had a wait to be seen of 1 hr+ and two times at 30+ minutes just to pick up prescriptions. On one occurrence they hadn’t filled my prescription which was sent to them 5 days prior. Now I am back in line and no cars have moved in 15+ minutes - I don’t know the inner workings, but if you can choose a different pharmacy you should.

I have an infection. Dr prescribed 2 antibiotics. After nearly 4 1/2 hrs, it was still not ready 10 minutes to closing. Need to wait til next day to start meds. Good thing this isn't life threatening. Walgreens has no sense of urgency or even caring. Won't go there again

EDIT Sep 2022: I had to come here recently to fill prescriptions. The staff over the phone was helpful in getting them filled that day. When I went over there, only a couple people were ahead of me, and once it was my turn the transaction went rather quickly. Based on my previous experiences here, the insane wait times are likely due to the “winter visitors”, while that problem is alleviated during summer months. Either way, if you don’t need prescriptions asap, I highly recommend getting them shipped to your door since it saves so much time and it’s free! Changing rating to 4 stars.EDIT: Just went back to get my prescriptions today at 7 PM. There were 5 cars in the drive thru, so I parked, went in, and saw about 7 people in line. I went around the store to get other things I needed (took about 10 minutes), then went back to the pharmacy. Only one person had been helped, and I saw 2 more people had joined the line. Outside, there were still 5 cars. Needless to say, I was unable to pick up my prescriptions. This is unacceptable, especially when the pharmacy closes at 8 PM and that many people still need to be helped. Bumping my 3 stars down to 1 star until this unbridled chaos is fixed.Decent location overall with equally decent customer service. Warning: Do not ever come here during the busy times (that is, middle of the day). The pharmacy lines get absolutely insane like people say in other reviews. I’m sure it’s a mix of some pharmacists being incompetent or swamped with prescriptions, as well as customers not having their insurance properly set up nor making sure their prescription is actually ready. When I come here late at night with no cars in line, I am in and out in less than a minute.

I waited in line at CVS and couldn't get any help, so we came to this Walgreens and the employees went above and beyond. Not only did they take the time to help me find what I was searching for, but when the checkout line got very long, an employee shopping at the store stopped what she was doing and clocked in to help out. My cashier took the time to make sure I used my rewards and was very friendly. I can't imagine the pressure they are under with staffing shortages, so it was so impressive to experience the caring and professionalism. The store was clean and well stocked.

Edit: in hold now for 20 min, I’m changing us over to CVS.I am currently still on hold as I’m typing this. My husband tried calling the pharmacy three times, and all three times he was hung up on. He then tried contacting the supervisor, he was on hold for over 10 min before he gave up. I have been trying to get through to someone for 12 minutes now. This happens ALL the time. It’s sad. We get hung up on, or just stuck on hold until with give up. I understand that they may be understaffed, but a simple “hey we’re really busy, let me put you on hold really quick” would be SO much better than hanging up on us all together. So so sick of never being able to talk to anyone at this store.

I'm planning my Moms 100th birthday party, no pressure there...😁. And in making my online invitations I discovered that, after it was printed, it didn't look right. In a panic, I went into the Foothills store, and I was fortunate enough to receive assistance from "KAT". Crisis averted, Kat assisted me in straightening everything out. Good job Walgreens for having an associate like KAT representing your store!!!!

Extremely & unnecessarily rude pharmacist techs. I attempted to pickup my prescription & when the card readers were not working, she had a very rude attitude & proceeded to tell me in a condescending manner that there was a “huge sign at the door” stating the services were down. In addition, she never apologized for the inconvenience or even showed any emotion besides the snarky attitude she held from the start. Horrible customer service. Do not come here.

This store is the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I called our perception in, was told it would be ready the next day. Went to pick it up and it was over 24 hours later and it was not ready. Was told they would get it ready for me and just wait, thirty minutes later no medicine. This is not the worst that I observed, a gentleman was there before I sat down and was not feeling very well. I finally went up to ask if his medicine was ready. It had been ready for some time and he (as sick as he was) was not informed. Shame on the crew! Will try to find another Walgreens to get my medicine from

Getting a prescription filled through them requires a minimum of three phone calls with 25 minute waits. I’ve waited a week for a prescription just to find out they never started filling it. I was running out and panicking calling every pharmacy in town.

Having prescriptions transferred here for them to come up with excuses and refer me back to my doctor... transferred back to original location and no issues. This place is horrible! Dont try cvs across the street, they seem to operate the same, saying you need to be "established with them and have multiple prescriptions with them" and then they will work with you and try to get them filled. I've never had issues with other locations. Seems most places in the foothills fail at life.

My wife's prescriptions were called in on Monday the 15th went to get them in the evening, no prescriptions ready she has heart problems, said to come back after 2 on Tues, went in no prescriptions, be ready on Wednesday after 2, no apology or anything, hope my wife doesn't die, as if they care, Ridiculous!!!, won't be using them any more

I’m sitting at the wall greens pharmacy drive-through as I write this and have been for the last 30 minutes. The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescription is messed up every single month plus I get a different story from the different employees. The quantity and co-pay for my medication changes every single month. I have called my insurance company and Dr. numerous times to make sure it’s not something wrong at that end and I was assured that everything was fine. I really wish they would get their s%#=t together!

We were in a real bind because we chose the wrong COVID test and a day and a half after the test we were not even in the lab system. We were desperate to get the right test because we were travelling the next day. The customer service person at the drive through made a suggestion, we went in and spoke to the pharmacist and he came up with a solution. They were excellent. Saw the bind we were in and solved the problem. It was our own doing and they could have pretty much told us that but they did everything they could to help us. Will support this pharmacy totally

I love this Walgreens! They honor every deal and never give a hassle, I always use the pharmacy! The employees are friendly and awesome both in the store and at the pharmacy! The store is very cleaned and well maintained, the shelves are never empty, if they are out of a product the shelf is stocked immediately. Every time I need help someone assists me right away! Keep up the great work Walgreens!! From a very loyal and satisfied customer!

Husband has compression fracture and ER called in 5 presp. We stopped to get these on the way home which is 30 miles away. They didn’t have them ready. The next day by 5 pm, still no prescription and on hold for 30 min., then 20 min. Can’t get through to anyone or talk to anyone. They promised they would call when it was ready!

It is a zoo! Wait times for prescriptions are unreasonable!!!! Need a few things? You'd be better off writing to Santa. The cashier up front is on the intercom begging for help to no avail as the line to her register attempts to wrap around the Interior of the store in somewhat social distancing attempts. I have no idea what it is about Walgreens and Yuma but they have no idea how to run a store. This has been going on for over 3 years and it's not just the snow birds causing this because it is year round!!!

Had a 4:45 Covid test appointment. Waited in line for 20 minutes and not a single car moved. At 5:10 someone finally picked up the phone when I called and informed me that since it’s after 5, they won’t be able to give me the results with the 24 hours. This place is a joke and a nightmare. Go somewhere else. Anywhere. Complete waste of time.

I really regret trying to get a prescription filled at this location. They filled it incorrectly, said is was my doctors fault, after talking directly my doctor that was not the case, said they would get it refilled, my doctor resent the prescription, they said it would need to be re verified, then I got a phone call saying it was ready, it was the wrong one again. The staff does not seem competent or seem to really care. They are all very short and like they have better things to do. I recommend getting whatever you need filled at a different location
