The folks that own and manage this place are absolutely delightful, kind, caring. We have boarded both our dog and our cat with them four years now. Always feel confident, leaving our beloved, pets with them.

I initially had to board my baby Nala due to a family emergency. As this was my first time ever leaving her, I was nervous, but as soon as we walked in and I saw my usually hesitant girl relaxed and happy, I knew she was in good hands. The owners are amazing and have worked with me when I needed to unexpectedly extend. Not needing to worry about my baby during difficult times has been a true blessing.

7 hour wait for grooming. I was the 2nd person to arrive at 7am ended up being 4th on the list. Hadn't received a call for pickup 6 hours later, drove down, was told, person ahead of me wanted a scissor cut and she rolled her eyes and said 30 minutes. My little 5 lb. Doggy still had not had his nails trimmed or a haircut. Waited another 30 minutes after a rush job, my dogs nails were cut unevenly and were not grinded as usual. Very disappointed.

They Really take care of your dog during boarding, they pay attention to the dogs and their behavior and call you if is any questions as well to let you know how the dogs is doing, love this place

Once again Smokey Joe had a spa day. He was treated well. His grooming was excellent.People commented on how well he looked.Next appointment is already scheduled.Smokey Joe gives a top 5 paws rating for his grooming.

My 2 girls (Labs) came out of the doggie beauty shop looking like Beauty Queens!Fabulous job!I would highly recommend this place!They are very caring and sensitive to the individual needs of each baby!Update December 23 2020I took my 3 year old Neapolitan Mastiff, Grizzly into Wagging West Kennels & Groomers today. It was his 1st time. He came out smelling like a 🌹 Rose!He looked so handsome! I couldn't believe it was the same Dog! Merry Christmas!I will definately be taking him again!

My grouchy old lady of a doggy was refused by so many groomers! Therefore her nails were very long. I tried so many places and cutting them myself but it would not work or I was refused because the dog would wiggle and cry. I called to see if they would take her on a Tuesday was seen on a Thursday the same week! The groomers were so friendly! I didn’t even have time to sit in the car for five minutes and they were already done! They were very kind and did a great job! Definitely recommend! Excellent doggo service as well as human!

They have ticks. My dogs came home covered in ticks. I’ve had dogs in my home for 23 years and I’ve never seen a tick until my dogs spent a weekend there. It was a hassle to have my home sprayed and my dogs dipped and to coordinate it so my dogs wouldn’t come home till the house had been sprayed. I called to tell them but they just denied and dismissed. My dogs also acted like they hadn’t been let out the entire weekend. My friend also had the same experience. Don’t recommend.Responding to owner…. You can’t find me because I’m using an alias. When I called to let you guys know, the lady who answered said that you guys don’t have ticks and that no other customer had complaints about ticks. I had to pay to have my dogs dipped and my home serviced by pest control. I wrote this review for a couple of reasons. For one, maybe your employee handled this issue poorly, you should be aware of that. Two, you can avoid this happening to another customer. Not only did I not get the service I expected and paid for but I had more out of pocket expenses. Had your business offered to rectify the problem, do you really think I wouldn’t have taken that offer gladly? This happened a while back so I’m not looking for any compensation. The takeaway for you should be that you’re now aware of a customer’s experience.

My dogs love coming tho Waggin West. Now, they are older dogs with medical needs. They re eived their medications as ordered. I was very pleased. Only that they forgot were one dogs dietary needs. Thank you.

I called to see of they accept walk-ins or if they have appointments available for tomorrow. I was also gonna see if they have maybe other appointments available. But the person who answered had a rude way of answering the phone and telling me No we don't do grooming ,We don't do grooming anymore. Ok I understand that's not a problem. but please don't be rude over the phone to maybe future or potentially new customers please.This is why I gave them 1 star not because of my furbabies but because of the customer service over the phone.Thank you !

We kenneled our fur baby here for a couple of days. The staff is super friendly and took great care of her. She is usually apprehensive at first but she warned up to them quickly. We will definitely board our pupper here next time we are in town!

My Deuce loves coming here, he is an 80lb Blue nose Pit. The owners know how to make him feel at home when I need to go out of town. I so love that.I've heard they are the best groomers too, book in advance, since they are very busy.

We had our 3 dogs boarded over Thanksgiving. After the two previous places we had them stay we were very worried about leaving them. I will say this...our dogs were happy when we picked them up and they were not stressed out. If I could give this business more stars I would. Great place, great people and your animals will be well taken care of here. I highly recommend!

Wow what amazing and kind people there. My two dogs Buddy and Simon stayed here on two separate days. My dogs were nervous of course but were in really good hands. Very affordable. Absolutely recommend this business for boarding.

Best place for pets, my Husky who doesn't like strangers went immediately with Mike. Emergency boarding many times when husband rushed to hospital....saved my sanity. Grooming is top notch, Husky a difficult job but each time he looks terrific. Takes a special person (s) to handle all types of dogs. Highly recommend.....

Our dogs love the grooming and the boarding. They are always happy, both getting dropped off and getting picked up. The dogs are perfectly groomed and smell so good. It is great that the dogs are as happy, as we are! We started using Wagging West 5 years ago. We highly recommend!

The staff,(owners) are very nice. The place is very clean, too. The girl (Stephanie) who shampoos and trims our dog does a great job. I would recommend her any day.

For anyone that has never been to Waggin West I happily invite you anytime to walk in and see what we do. We always have a open door policy and want customers to know that their animals are safe and well cared for.. I love the business my parents worked so hard for so many years, and what we do there. I've been grooming for 39 years and do a lot of free grooming to help the Humane's society and other rescues. We have such a caring staff and I promise you, it will continue. Please feel free to come in and ask questions, we want you to feel good when you leave your pet with us.

Very unhappy with the care of my 2 dogs. They were there for 18 days thinking they were alright. When we picked them up they were covered in feces, their pillow had feces on it as well. For the next 8 hours our dogs continued having diarrhea and vomiting to the point we took them to the emergency dog hospital in fear they could die. I will post the results of the exam once we return from the vet.

Our dog got a fantastic cut and bath for a great price. The staff is excellent, and Bud the Cockatiel is very friendly!
