This is our go to store... The prices are excellent, there's always sales . First of all we get all our animals food and supplies. Chicken scratch, pellets, wild bird food, cat food and supplies, dog food and supplies, everything needed for horses etc... there are cowboy boots, Western clothing... My husband is able to buy needed equipment for Ranch. We LOVE 💕 this place 😃. I Highly Recommend this place!

I came here looking for a gun safe. I met Sarina. I found out afterwards. That she was a manager. I ended up buying an 81 gun safe from her. She was very knowledgeable in the product. Even helped me with transportation plans. She went above and beyond in my purchase. I am beyond happy with my new 81 gun safe. Give this girl a raise! Wish we had more employees like this in Yuma! Thank you for everything Sarina!

I love this store. They always have exactly what I need and if they don’t they will order it in for me. Employees are always welcoming and helpful and the Manager makes sure the store is clean and well stocked!! Out of the two in town this is the one to go to!!!

Awesome store. But like most places no help. Went for dog food saw it in the back but they would not get it. Lazy folks. I was traveling threw so couldn't wait to the next day or so.

Called and ask the price of propane and was told by an employee $3.79 a gallon. Arrived within the hour and I was charged $3.89 a gallon.

Had to pick up something I ordered. I needed other stuff besides the order. The associate that helped me, Bryanna (I think) knew right where everything was & even knew what a drip thingy (drip line) was. 6 or 7 non related items. Then she was on the forklift to load my order. Fantastic service all around

I prefer to buy my propane here. Vals ripped me off for $20 buying propane. They were also incredibly rude and unhelpful. Tractor Supply has been quick, polite and just all round a pleasant experience. I have also bought animal litter here and even a generator. Quite frankly I have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. TS in general, wherever I go to in the country, is helpful and can actually have some bargains occasionally. Yuma is particularly good.

So I went to buy a shot for porvo for my dog and I went in to buy it and got home the bottle was almost empty drove 25 Miles to get this shot when I asked them about how to use it they said just watch a youtube video that in my book is horrible customer service. They should know what they are selling I will never buy anything threw this store other than take back the bottle that they sold me.I like the tractor supply company in the foothills thats where I went first would of bought it there but they where out. They had amazing customer service. Also when I am talking english they should not talk over you in spanish to other employees.

Used the app to order propane. Took over 5mins before an associate came out. It was $3.99/gal for Propane - Ouch. Saw $3.10/gal off if 32nd st headed towards WalMart. We like the convenience of the app which is why our first choice is Tractor Supply, unless we know we can get it cheaper somewhere else and in most cases, you can.

I had a terrible experience here. I was there shopping for baby chickens when I witnessed a manager yelling and humiliate a worker. she yelled at him in front of customers and employees. She was extremely unprofessional. She spoke down to him publicly about being away from the register while there were two other young ladies tending to them. I personally felt offended from the altercation seeing as I was the one who pulled the young man from the register to get help with the baby chickens. So i went up to the lady that yelled and disrespected him, i assume she is the manager. (Terrible managing by the way) & I explained to her how Carlos was so helpful and a great employee. I told her he was kind and just overall awesome. She began to joking about being nicer to him and how she over works him. She found this to be funny. She literally admits to having to be nicer to him next time, acknowledging herself that she was rude and disrespectful to him. I don't find it funny to yell and disrespect hard working people. What really broke my heart was that carlos still continued to be respectful to her. Saying yes ma'am, sorry about that. But the lady ignored him and didnt acknowledge anything he said. Carlos the young man that helped me was absolutely amazing. Kind, respectful and informative. He and no one else should be treated this way. That lady is a bully and has let her authority dictate her actions negatively. Do better tractor supply.

Clean and organized. Had the non slip rubber boot i was looking for. I sort of had to help myself because the associate did not seem interested in helping me find the product. They did not have the right size at first but after a few visits i found exactly what i needed. Excellent store. Service could use a little improvement. It seemed like i was alone in the store without much assistance.

A great old fashioned farming supply store. Great assortment of chicks, ducks, animal feed, fertilizer, etc. I stopped there today. Staff is always very helpful. It's kind of like a country store in the city. You can get tools, work clothes, and sundry items, too.

LOVE this place & the prices are affordable. They always have sales going on. I got 2 XL dog kennels for the price of 1. Not too mention that they were out of my cat litter on the floor but had just got their shipment in only it was buried so they gave me a really awesome deal on the same litter but only bigger boxes & more litter.

I worked here for two months and let me tell you it was a pretty bad experience. I chose to leave due to the lack of respect from upper management. Marnie and “nino” are very unprofessional, condescending, rude and disrespectful. Within the short time I was there my scheduled hours were taken away because I couldn’t stay longer on a certain day for the reason being I had a scheduled appointment right after work. That didn’t sit well with nino so he cut my hours from 24 to 9 hours then to 4 hours. Nino will speak to you as if you’re lower then him, he’ll command you like a soldier and speak to you as if you’re 5 years old. Marnie will never communicate with you directly about any issues she may have with you personally. But she’ll go tell everyone else in the store what she feels about you. Both marnie and nino will threaten to send you home or threaten you to get another job. Management at this location gossips a lot and if you aren’t a member of management don’t expect to be treated with a certain type of respect. All in all I love tractor supply as a company but this store needs new management if they want a better looking organized store with employees who are committed to their job other then just work performance.

Great store for getting dog food for our labs. They also have started carrying decorative items for the home that are really nice and priced very affordability. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Arrived at 8:24pm. Well before 9pm when they close. Get to the door and there's a handwritten note says WE ARE CLOSED. As we were parking I saw people exiting the store walking into the parking lot. And now they are closed. I will not shop there again.

They have a wide variety of things from shoes, t-shirts, animal feed. They give pretty low cost vaccines for cats and dogs every Saturday check the times. They have garden equipment. It's just fun to go in and browse around.

Someone needs to tell Marnie that there is a way to do crowd control without being rude or condescending. We also understand your need to drag metal shelves across the floor at your busiest time while there are people in line for your vet clinic, including a sleeping baby, but common courtesy would be to warn one of the parents so they can take a quick walk so you don't wake them up.

Waited over 30 minutes outside yo buy propane, so I left and went to Vals where the service was quick and friendly. I feel they should quit selling propane, the employees seem to hate it. The shortest wait I’ve had here wax 10 minutes. They’ve lost all my business

I was convinced by one of the good associated to register so I don’t need to show recipes anymore if I need to return or exchange something. Today I was unfortunate to meet an impatient/incompetent associate ( Susan) for the second time in a row. She doesn’t have intelligence or patience with customers, or may be only With those in aprons or look like handymen . Anyway the first time I asked about the open box or returned items, she didn’t have any idea about the policy or conditions for these items and obviously no interest. Second time she couldn’t log on with my phone number to exchange some stuff, and jumped right away to the unpopular phrase “ suit O an aggressor we can not return or exchange there without a receipt “ fortunately I some how found the receipt in my phone cover. I decided to come to this store only when I don’t find stuff in other stores in town like Home Depot , Lowes, C A L Ranch only.

I will not be coming back to this store as long as "Marnie" is working here. She is RUDE, arrogant, & lacks any customer service skills. I read through several reviews and I found many complaints about "Marnie". She treats her employees horrible too. Im not the only one to witness her mistreatment and unprofessionalism. The last 3 times I visited this place I left feeling disgusted. Her attitude is straight out ugly towards customers and the employees. Normally, Tractor Supply would be my 1st choice over Cal Ranch but not anymore. The 6 chick minimum is very annoying also.

another great well-stocked location. Unfortunately, they were not as knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Chickens! Right now they have chicks and stock but, I'm not sure how long they will be carrying them. I've heard that it's usually until October. At the East location in Yuma, they have very knowledgeable staff but, there one guy that knows chickens well was not in today at the West location, this location. That being said, they called him at home and tried to help me as much as they could. So, A+ for effort!

The store itself is good for supplies and the staff I've met are friendly. But unfortunately nobody really knowledgeable about chicks when I went in there to purchase. Also I know this a company policy, but a 6 chick minimum? I know youre trying to detract "pet buyers", but your also detracting buyers who only want a small flock or maybe people like myself who don't want 6 of the ONE variety you got in. Disappointed in that aspect.
