Brought some merchandise to the counter and said I would still be looking for more, but asked where I could find a restroom. The 2 women were totally into their phones and replied to go to the visitor center. They were rude when I asked how to get there. I left and tried to find it but ended up using a restroom in a nearby restaurant. It turns out the visitor center was a few blocks away. I did not return to buy my items or continue browsing. You would think they would have let me use a restroom in the store - after all I did have 6 items on the counter to purchase. I didn’t consider this to be good customer service.

It is nicely organized and the prices are pretty decent. I went to the store and I bought a original trolls doll for $12. 12.00 is the price that the trolls dolls around and this is a great place for collectors and people that love knick knacks.

Sold me a, "sterling," bracelet. It was not, was told, "It was just marked 925 so we go along with the marking." Was refunded, but they've been around since at least 03', so, either; in two decades, no one wanted to invest the $25 & 10 minutes it take to become proficient in testing silver, and still decided to sell things "based off of markings," which would be negligent, OR, just plain old scamming, not too thrilled about either. Be warned.

I love going down to look at everything they’ve got in the store. At least two or three times every season. It’s clean and well organized. Totally recommend ❤️

Racist. Came in looking for something cool. Noticed a Mexican man kept coming to the counter checking prices of things. The two old ladies at the front were extremely rude every time that he asked a price. The man left and mumbled under his breath something about the prices being too high, to which one of the ladies yelled “ he needs to learn English!!!!” Left without buying anything and won’t be returning.

Called to sell antique art. Was told she is only selling furniture and other pieces. I had to sell art and other pieces buy photo only. Being a senior I am not going to do that. If they are not willing to come and see they can continue to sell from people that are dead and capitalize. I'll leave it to charity. She is not right. My charity will prevail.

I was so excited to go here and when we walked in I liked what I saw. The prices were high but it is really the only one in the area so makes sense. They have no where for anyone to sit and wait while you shop. They also have no public restroom so you will be ablaze to shop longer and they do not accept cards ONLY CASH! Phoenix and Tucson have a great Antique culture so just wait till you get there to shop ;)

I love Timeless Elegance! We were just there today!! My grandson loves the vintage items. Beautiful shop with just about anything you could want. My favorite part of Old Town Yuma!!

The owner is hard working, cares, very knowledgable and has been in business for years. Timeless Elegance is very clean and well organized. There is so much to look at. If your looking for something you collect..you'll find it here. Mom had items on consignment and when she died, Tecia did the estate sale. Her attention to detail is impressive. At such a difficult time for me it was nice to be able to trust her to take care of my moms precious treasures.

This place is amazing! They have almost anything you can imagine and the ownership is top notch. I was able to find some Lincoln logs and other collectable toys that I never would have found elsewhere. A+

this place is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable and a great store to spend hours strolling down memory lane.to the man who called about stamps--- you question was answered and you were thanked for calling. what was the problem again?? you had another question? then speak up, but don't slam the business

This store does not take debit or credit cards. They instruct you to use the ATM machine inside their store for which you are charged a $3 fee. I told the owner I had never been in a retail store that charged the customer in order to make a purchase. She became snippy and told me that the bank gets the ATM fee not her. I then asked her if the bank pays her for having the machine inside the store. She got upset at my questioning but did admit that she receives a percentage of the $3 ATM fee. Quite the scam.

Have been going to this store for years. They keep their prices low because there is no debit or credit cards taken. HUGE discounts compared to most antique stores. Must visit.
