I was on the phone with Allie (? spelling) about an order for blinds we placed in January. She went more than the extra mile to help find our order that has not been received yet as of March 7th 2024. She contacted the supplier and was able to find out that a label was made for the shipment but FedEx may not have picked it up yet. We will hopefully get our purchase before March 15th, but if not She was trying to have them shipped to our home. Excellent job so far, thank you for the courteous treatment!! 👍Debbie Hunter

Love Home Depot. Typical setup as all other Home Depot's I have been to. Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for but staff person (wasn't even his department, plumbing was his) took the time to help me brain storm a solution for what I was needing. BIG shout out to him. TBI brain, cannot remember his name.

Can't get any help here either. Ask any employees to open so I can get a tool out of a lock box. Waited for 10 minutes. Finally, the manager shows up. Grab the keys from the lady. I was just talking to he. Opens the case. I said she had the keys the whole time. He said she can only hold the keys.

I really like this store. I always find what I need at a very competitive price. If I need to make a return they are always very accommodating. This store is usually jammed so try and get there early.

Offer curbside pickup. Order online and get it delivered to your car!!Friendly employees. Employees are masked 😷Self checkout stations cleaned after every use. Safe and socially distanced.Wasn’t able to find everything I needed but found most of it!Love this garden center. Nice selection of house plants!

Sadly the store has gone down hill for the last two years. I don’t think they ever recovered from COVID. Staff is unfriendly, store is always bare, unorganized, and cluttered.These were taken at the opening of the store. Empty boxes with full boxes behind them. Displays placed in front of screws. No carts to be found but all piled up around the store.Meh. If you’re in a hurry it will do in a pinch.

Don assisted me with buying my first Drill and Drill Bit Kit. Shannon, the lead cashier saw my purchases and directed me to a brand new promotion they were putting up at that time. I was able to get a variety of upgraded drill items for an incredible bundle price! Many many thanks! I’m rebuilding wooden side gates after storm damage! I feel prepared!

I've been coming here for years and usually get my plants here.Lowes is also a good place to get plants. Both stores have certain plants and building materials that differ from each other. I shop and both regularly.

For now two stars. Special ordered items and they assured us they opened and inspected our products. Nope, got all the way home and the cover for the smoker was a lamp!! Really? Nice inspections people. We will still shop there but come on. Might raise stars on review if things improve. Last number of visits have been much better. Increased two stars to 4.

NEEDED a part for my sander and ordered it on 11/2 to be delivered "next day" 11/3 from the website within the time allowed. The order was confirmed received and shipped. Per the tracker it is still "shipped" but not out for delivery yet at 6:10PM on 11/3. I would have picked it up myself if I had known HD's promise of "next day delivery" was an empty promise. Now the order will be cancelled and I'll purchase the item elsewhere. I rarely shop HD because they frequently do not have stock of the items I need. Going back to Lowes where I usually do all my business anyway.

Decent for a Home Depot, but they will often close down entire aisles during inconvenient times (maybe I'm just lucky). Also, if you want to get keys made plan on waiting a while.

I went to get a spare key made for my house,, & when I got home to try it,, it got stuck really bad ,, couldn't get it out at all,, I called Home Depot spoke to manager Jose,, in minutes he send David to my house,, which he could not take the key out.. so he replaced my door knob,, I really really appreciate how they handled the whole situation,, very professional!! Yuma.Az.

The floor personnel at this store does not pay attention to customers when it's obvious assistance is needed. They just walk on by as if the customer doesn't exist. I don't like to chase down associates. For that reason, I shop elsewhere.

I have been there numerous times, only because I have gift cards I go back. The Isles are so full of junk there is a literal traffic jam of shopping carts trying to go through the store. After you navigate that catastrophic event, you have to checkout. To the new standard one checkstand with a person and the rest I have to check myself out ...i have never received a paycheck from homedepot .

I feel like I come here too much, and what I can tell you is that my only complaint is that the cash registeres are all the way on the fat side of the building so when you park, park on the far side. Not near the garden area. Also they have respectable prices and people willing to help you. The guys who cut wood are very nice and helpful as well. They will never do you wrong and have a ton of patience. On the garden area I love talking about what plants are best or look nicest with employees. Honestly its a good community for all your home needs and projects.

I usually love shopping at Home Depot but this time was disappointed somewhat. I purchased a new battery for a lawn tractor. Though I brought the old one to avoid paying a deposit, rather than simply not charging a deposit, I was charged anyway, then had to go through another line to get the deposit refunded. Of course, my credit card charges me now and the credit process considerably later. Why they simply don't just accept the old battery in lieu of the deposit like most other stores is a mystery.

Really disappointed at how employees are treated and how management lacks intervention in taking care of their employees when being harassed by a customer. Two weeks ago I witnessed a man verbally abusing 3 female workers to the point where I thought he was going to hit one of them. I hope these girls are okay and Home Depot takes care of those poorly trained managers that were involved. I’d hate to keep shopping at a place where mistreatment of employees by customers is tolerated.
