Employees are always pretty kind & know where the products are. Usually the staff in the Cafe are quite grouchy but this trip they were so much better. One newer convenient feature in the Cafe is you can order ahead & have it ready when you finish shopping, instead of waiting in the long line. Instructions are on the glass counter in the café but basically you just open the Sam's app, go to Scan n go, scroll down to Cafe and add your order. An employee was showing customers how to do it. Please be sure to check the instructions at the Cafe as well

Our favorite Sam’s whether in food or gas. Friendly staff especially the demo ladies excellent customer service by Jane and Julie very knowledgeable about the product, pleasing personality.

Oh my! 45 minutes in line just at customer service. Let's not forget when you go there you will most likely become an unpaid employee using their now majority of self checkout!I never did find the milk and eggs and good luck finding an actual paid employee to help you out. Now I am beginning to remember why I haven't been a member for 5 years now back when I was just a customer and not an unpaid employee.

Lines insane and major bunching up at register. Some products not scanning and that causes even more backup. Checking ID for wine way to long.Backup at exit not acceptable.Where the hell are all the managers?

Thanks to employee Jesus for going and getting a mattress cart and for loading a queen size bed on the cart and for taking it up to the front of the store for me. Excellent customer service. Excellent prices. Excellent selection.

I’ve saved hundreds of dollars. Appliances, furniture, groceries, and most of all kitchen appliances. Christmas was easy. I’ve even bought Easter lilies and Easter baskets. Thank you Sam’s.

This is what's I expected in a Sam's club. New pumps, no lines, easy in and out using scan and go app. Nice Sam's club that I enjoyed going into.

Same as other places in Arizona, I was surprised that they have 1 person checking receipts and make us wait a long time to do so for every customer.I say, if you make me check out myself you should let me walk out with that on my conscience. I guess it makes sense financially to hire 1 “receipt checker” and let the customers pay to be a member, pay to use the checkout machine and still get verification at the end of the process. I am seriously thinking of no longer renewing my membership.

I am a member. Slow tire leak. Tried to phone tire shop. - yah good luck!!! Go a call center although used Web #. Asked for Yuma tire shop - call never forwarded. Gave up called Big O.

The guy at the food court was so high he was playing basketball with the moon, the bathrooms were so dirty they look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. All of the stalls had a thick layer of dirt and other goobers. I’ve been to other Sam’s clubs and they didn’t look like this.I also didn't like the scan and go feature. I scanned everything in my cart. paid for it. Receipt in hand. and they scan every single item of mine at the door at the exit. what’s the point. Just seems like extra work for nothing.

Clean, well stocked, and staff is very helpful. Excellent selection of wines, fresh fruit, and baked goods. UPDATE: A current offering (April 2024) is a most delicious Member's Mark soup -- Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Fairly priced for a package of two 2-lb. containers. Do not know how long that product will be on the shelves, however.

Love shopping there and all they offer. But upon checkout, you will have a good bit of delays when they scan your receipt and check cart when leaving. Never enough help, I do not care how fast checkout goes, you will get held up when trying to leave due to cramped line and lack of enough help performing this last scan of your items purchased! This needs to improve!!

Had a recent issue at the Cafe snack bar. I ordered and paid for a "hot dog combo". Was advised that no sodas available due to no CO2 that day. I was charged the full price for a combo. Why wasn't another beverage substituted or only charged for just the hot dog?Also, why can't you carry Ca. King size sheets, etc.?

I recently visited this place and I must say it's a really nice spot. The ambiance is open and inviting, and the overall experience was very easy to use. What I particularly loved about this place is their checkout application which made the process so seamless and hassle-free. It's no wonder I keep going back there every single time! If you're looking for a cool spot to hang out and enjoy a good time, this place is definitely worth checking out.It's Sam's Club. They have intentionally kept their lunch food cheap all these years because the owner said he would never increase the price.

This location has one of the best settings I have ever seen. First loads of parking and most of it is covered with solar panels. There is a large fuel station outside that is easy to access and very cost effective for members. Then inside the rows are documented with what is found inside, (way better than Costco!) They also have samples of their products, of course they have gummies and chips, but they also have bottles of whiskey! Not Joking! This is the bomb.

Love Sam's Club. Long time member I'm always asked if they're better than the competition. Answer is yes and no as they often carry what I can't t get somewhere else. And prices are very competitive.

I had a great time shopping with my family Sam’s Club I love the products and low prices it’s our store to be honest! Not to mention the Sushi 🍣 🍱 delicious and one of my favorites in town I have to say I always buy it I recommend the store to anyone to have a shopping experience at Sam’s Club so they can know what they are about and what I’m talking about!!❤️💯👏🏼👏🏼🎉

One of the things I most like from Sam's Club is the app. Today, Sunday, I went to the store, and it was packed. I got the items that I wanted to buy and did the checkout from the app, and baam, the next thing I know is I was out of the store after showing the associate the proof of purchase.

I just went for vaccines. They have the newest Covid vaccine, as of yesterday. Pharmacy staff is very nice. There was no wait.

This hand washing station.It is in the front as you come in. It says please wash your hands. There is also a sign from the president of Sam's Club about what they are doing to keep us safe. I tried to wash my hands. There was no water. There was no soap. There were no wipes to wipe down the carts. So I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. That was the first time I had been in Sam's Club since the quarantine. I don't think I'm going back.
