I just say they need to work on their eight-year-old women or young girls clothing so that way you can find things for a little kids as far as girls boys clothing. They got plenty of other than that if you want to shop for household goods, those are good too, so, good store. Overall employees are great.

Always very stocked, if you don't like long lines go before 1pm and after 6pm. Sadly many roos customers are very irresponsible and messy often stuff crowds the hallways and people just leave clothing items hanging ALL OVER THE STORE. I love Ross prices that's why I put up with those type people

3/17/17This has got to be one of the most messiest places I have ever walked into! The pictures you see below are just a small sample of what the entire store looked like! The dressing rooms in the bathrooms were just the same. And out of the entire trip I only saw 3 employees, and two of them were at the registers!They may have decent prices for name brand products, but I would not like to buy an item that has been trampled over many times. This establishment seriously needs to hire a lot more help to maintain a cleanly store!

Visited today(October 5, 2023). The clothing in the ladies dept was very crammed together as were the aisles and somewhat disorganized. The house wears / home goods dept were better. All in all a typical Ross

I use to rate this Ross 4 stars, but in the past 2 years it's been a trash store to shop for clothes. Today (7/1/2023) I went to buy some clothes for work and I just had a couple of questions and the so called manager shunned me like if I insignificant compared to her. I understand that we all have difficult times but that is not the way you treat a customer I will never return to this. Ross ever again..... Marshalls here I come.

Great prices. The store.can get busy so it can take time for them to help you. Please note if the help button on the hand bags does not work you should go to the jewelry area near the cashiers area. I waited almost 10 minutes waiting in the bag area but the button did bot work. Then I pushed the jewelry call button and waited more than 20 additional minutes waiting.The loss dept person helped remind the cashier I had been there close to 30 minutes. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Son looking for cargo shorts. Found three pair in varied patterns/colors. Great quality, price and overall look. Just before Christmas. The checkout line circled the perimeter of the store. Left without making a purchase.Had an early appt the next day. Son revisited the store about 8:45am. Bought three pair and waited in a 3 person line. Was 😁.

Ross is a place where you're always going to be able to find SOMETHING to take home. I'd say the prices are usually reasonable and you can always find some nice to wear/buy. The only downside would be the long, long, long line you have to make to check out. Although it goes by fairly quick. Definitely a place worth checking out if you're looking for a new outfit.

Love this store! If we had this store in Canada, I would shop there all the time. We have Marshall's Winners, Home Sense, they have some of the same types of merchandise but not like Ross's, lots of plus size ladies clothes!

Hit or miss on the selection but when you do find something it's a great deal! Downside is that the isles are very crowded and not all shoppers are courteous to that fact and the lines are usually rather long. Not fun when shopping with little kids.

It's Ross, can't expect much but I do expect at least good customer service. The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there, she was about to let me walk out with some pillows but I asked her to scan those as well, which seemed to upset her even more. Maybe she needed a Snickers.

My heart goes out to thier employees!!! This place is a complete madhouse!!! I am going to assume they must have some great deals because it's the absolute busiest store in Yuma that have ever attempted to shop in. Thats on the very few occasions I have. The other day I was looking for "ugly sweaters" for christmas and I could barely walk thru the whole store it was so packed. We ultimately left and went elsewhere. The employees were super nice and said hello when we came in, but honestly the way the customers were just grabbing things and putting things where they dont belong, and the lines to check out wrapped around the store....it was like a living breathing black friday nightmare but NOT on a crazy sale day. Those employees are some serious troopers working there🙌🙌🙌 I genuinely hope Ross recognizes thier hard work❤💪❤

Great deals, the stock is a little low on anything but clothes but they are working on that. The dressing rooms and restrooms are closed but cleanup is done very often as well as the social distance reminders.Edit, back to stock, some great deals on clothes.

I quit shopping at Ross's because everything I bought seem to wear out a lot quicker plus they don't have enough workers or lines go forever long. So I've decided to not shop there anymore I'm not happy with their customer service.

For the quantity of merchandise and variety, I give 5 stars. However, aisles were crowded, merchandise on floors in many aisles, and a serious lack of check-out lanes caused a checkout line to be all the way to the back wall. I left my cart in an aisle and walked out.

In the past this store was always blown up... meaning items were all over the floor and over racks, but for at least the last year or more its beeen real nice, clean an organized. They have good prices and quite a few named brand items, I enjoy shopping here. Give it a try you will like also.
