PetSmart came through with Abby's haircut this time. They were fast which is what we need with Abby because she is 18 yrs old! I don't know her name but this gal was wonderful with Abby. And very professional. She asked all the right questions and was friendly. We loved the cut.

I took my Yorky to Petsmart to have her very first professional haircut. I even brought a picture for them to follow for the cut that I was wanting.When I picked up my puppy, they had cut all of her hair off. It was nothing like the picture and now I have to start all over again for her hair to grow back outI will never take her back to Petsmart again.

Excellent selection of everything you need for your dog. Took my samoyed in for bath and grooming and she came out like a show dog! I get treats and toys regularly because they always have sales and specials on.

This place is a really good Petsmart. I’ve been to lots of Petsmart around the country I really like this one. Particularly we adopted an animal from here and they were really great getting a set up. I was back in the store every day for three or four days and they gave me extra coupons and really help me get going with my new adoption. Welcome home Marley.

Greetings and Salutations,I would like to submit a review for Pet Smart #1231 I am from California and spend a lot of time in the beautiful state of Arizona, Yuma to be exact my nephew Jacob his Mom and myself stopped in to Pet Smart #1231 approximately three and a half weeks ago and purchased two containers of the Wormville Nightcrawlers which have 12 live Canadian Nightcrawlers well today is April 16 th 2024 and much to my surprise the worm's are still alive and we have caught four Catfish today... this is the best bait ever and thank you for providing us with the best night crawlers fishing was great and from now on I'm going to be buying all my night crawlers from PetSmart #1231.Again thank you for a job well done and I give you 10 thumbs up.Michael Rodriguez a very satisfied customer.

I booked my almost 13 year old golden retriever for a cut, shampoo and spa treatment. I received a call asking me to pick him up 3 hours earlier than scheduled. Unfortunately my pup had enough after the cut. He wouldn’t get in the bath after his cut. The groomer was very apologetic about not completing his groom. We were happy with the cut as that was the third groomer we had gone to since January15, that actually cut his hair the length we asked for.We were very pleased with the groom and the bonus was we were not charged because the service could not be completed. I just can’t say how impressed l am with this company. It so rare. Thank you so much!

Not only was the clerk wearing an awesome costume for Halloween but they knew most of the things I was purchasing were in a discount book and helped me save a ton of money. They didn't have to do it but I really appreciated it. This store is always very helpful.

Had my little girl Chloe in to get groomed Since moving to Arizona hasn’t been to a new groomer in years tried pet smart in Yuma Az she does have Health issues and they took very good care of her when I picked her up she had no Stress or problems at all Highly recommend Petsmart in Yuma definitely will be back Steve

Very helpful people and great quality products at first it seems that they want to help but I found out that they will not try to help me with the hardness of my puppy black German shepherd that it wasn't what I thought it would leasted longer for me to keep buying things for him and the toys for dogs are not good quality that leasted longer for him to play with. Be sure to get some kind of stuff in the other places but not there 😕.

My boyfriend got me a betta fish for my birthday and we just adore him! His name is Benji. He’s super active and greets us when we come to the tank!We didn’t know too much about betta fish but we bought a tank, water conditioner, a thermometer, a tank heater, flaky food (Benji liked this more 😉🐟), some plants, a bridge (or something for them to hide in), and a betta floating log!!The betta floating log is probably the top favorite! Our betta really enjoys it. He spends a lot of time swimming in and out of the log! I would highly suggest getting one of these! When we went to pick out our betta, the lady who was restocking the betta fish was helping us by showing us all the different varieties and so on! She was very helpful!!All of the employees were helpful, really!Masks are required 😷

Wow!! I have been coming here for seven years now and normally no problem but today, not the case, and I never have to bring anything back. I just had the worst experience ever in here. I went in stood in line forever and they had some toys on the end cap and was a great price so I bought a few of them. Paid and when I got to my car looked at receipt and they were double the price. I went in and took them back and the manager said no they weren't there. Now I get it maybe someone put them (employee) on the wrong shelf or even labeled them wrong. But I had to pay the return price so I lost money because of their mistake. Lesson learned. I'll just stick to the chewy app.

Love PetSmart. They have a large selection of dog food and fish tank decorations. We have bought around 40 to 50 fish over the last 7 years. We only had 1 of them die in the first 2 weeks. They let us exchange no questions just proof of purchase. We have got many animals from them all of which where healthy. Snake hamster fish cat.

The people there are really nice and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. We did doggie training there and it was really good. Our dogs learned so much is such a little time and the teacher really took her time to teach us everything and make sure we understood. They are extremely helpful. Best pet smart I’ve been to.
