We were there for a pet adoption event. It was fun and we adopted a puppy name Miley.The store staff was extremely helpful when it came to picking out the available free items that came as gift for adopting a pet.20% off toys, collars, leashes and other items in the store that day.The staff was extremely busy helping customers that adopted a pet from the local rescue.This made is a little difficult to also help customers who were trying to check out.There were two long lines,But, everyone was happy and talkative.The store has a huge selection of pet food, toys, and all the things a pet could need.

My wife and I are never really in the Foothills area but we noticed this pet store and decided to take a look. As soon as we entered we noticed the quality of the store and cleanliness. Tiffany has some of the best customer service skills I've encountered, she was great with us. They have the best quality pet food and the price is very reasonable. We will definitely return soon!

This place is so unique, I'm so accustomed to going to PetSmart or Walmart, but this place does it better. And there's a cute Kitty at the entrance waiting to say hello. Highly recommended this place

This place is AWESOME!! I only wish there was one near my house in Phoenix. I went in looking for some food for one of my aunt's cats who is young & needs special care. The woman was kind enough to give me free samples for the kitty to try. She even recommended a small cat toy for her. The prices were great & selection for everything was better than the chain stores. I HIGHLY recommend Paws & Tails for anyone who loves their fur babies. A HUGE PLUS for locals, they deliver!! I will be going back to get supplies for my kitty at home. 😁😁

There are so many wonderful and healthy brands sold in this locally/veteran owned business. The store is clean and very well organized. The staff are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They offer military/first responder discounts with ID proof and will do their best to special order things if they don’t have what you are looking for. It’s no surprise this pet supply store has won Yuma’s Best pet supply store two years in a row!

The owner, Brandy, is always so pleasant and we are happy to help keep her shop windows sparkling. There is always wonderful doggie treats at the counter that look good enough to eat! We always see loads of happy custys here and the shop has something for every pet owners needs. Paws and tails pet supply is really a good place to go to find different foods for my pet. I have a cat and she likes raw. Well I feed a RAW food you know so it’s all good it’s much better than some of the places where you only find the popular brands .

A bit on the pricey side, but not many other options in town. The customer service here is always excellent. I appreciate that they are open late (7pm) & open on weekends. They will happily place special orders if you need it.

I’m so grateful to have found a pet supply store that offers better quality, discounts, and variety than PetSmart. The resident cat is a sweetheart and their customer service is unmatched in Yuma. We brought our pup in with us and he sat in the shopping cart getting spoiled with treats the entire time we shopped. 15/10 I won’t shop anywhere else for my pets. They even sent us on our way with extra free treats!

This is a great pet store. They have a variety of things for your pet care needs. When Mike and Lora opened this pet store in Yuma, in my opinion the quality of pet care improved immensely in this town. Before this place opened our options were much more limited. I'm so glad I have this place to shop at. It's always a good shopping experience. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful also. I enjoy them all. The house cat is pretty sweet also.😊💖

Love this store. Huge inventory and very helpful and knowledgable people working there. Very clean and pets are welcomed with a treat if you give permission. Prices are about the same as other pet stores. We needed several things for a puppy. And found a fabulous puzzle toy that our pup loves.

I need some K9 HotSpot Rx in a pinch. Im a professional petsitter with @TrustedHousesitters. Owners knew doghie had a hotspot on her leg and advised pet went to vet prior to their vacation. I wasnt really sure what a hotspot was actually.Nonetheless on my wsy to Walmart i saw their sign across from a veterinarian. The store associate knew exactly what I was looking for and recommended 3 products, both looked effective. I chose the remedy with lidocain in it.This is a handy pet supply store chocked full of merchandise and knowledgeable friendly staff. Im glad they are here and also put a sign out directing me to their locally owned store.Thanks for the free dog treats too!

Outstanding service. Employee/soon to be owner went above and beyond in the customer service department, by calling me back after I had called in to inquire about baby bird food of some sort. She found something that would work and called me back to let me know. The price was great and the doggies ended up with treats too. Definitely recommend stopping in if you need something for your fury friends!

Very nice pet store with a very big variety of pet food and treats for your four legged family members. They also have toys and leashes and collars and a engraving machine for personalized dog tags. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful.
