Very clean and spacious. Fully stocked shelves. Sales associate tried to help but wasn’t super knowledgeable. That’s ok, she at least got me to the right area so I could do my own research. Very friendly people.

This store is almost always well stocked, and the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Any gaps in product are understandable, as supply issues have definitely been an issue just about everywhere the last couple of years. My only real issue is that the app has an issue that makes it difficult to know if a product is instore, but that isn't an issue with the employees or anything they can fix, so I can't hold it against them.

The store is big, clean, very well organized.Very few staff on shift.The ones that were there were encouraging everyone to use the self serve.

I enjoy shopping in this store at this location. However, on the 10th of this month at 16:45 the young man was not a good cashier at all. He tried to Jam my glass Christmas ornaments in the bag with my boxes of Christmas lights. I said will you please bag them separately. He seemed bothered by that. The young lady who was working next to him said thank you have a nice day. I replied thank you and thank you for at least saying that unlike him who said nothing. People like that young man is part of the reason lots of stores are shutting down and people have to shop online. The next time I shop there, I will NOT allow him to ring me up. P.s, I could complain more about him. I think that would be useless because people are NOT accountable for their actions, sad.

I had such a good visit today. I came in not expecting to buy anything but found a few Halloween projects. When I went to the register, the cashier was super helpful in guiding me around the website to find the coupon section.

Tons and tons of sales and sign up for emails where you get great discounts. Wouldve paid almost $90 but with sales and coupons I spent $35.. And in the mall now! Awesome location! Wouldve paid $41 full price, got this for 18.86

The store was clean but there were some bare shelves. They might be gearing up for Easter. My wife had a question and the clerk went out of his way to try and locate what we were looking for. All in all a good visit.

The lady at the register was kind and helpful. I had an issue with the Michael's app on my phone and she was quick and knowledgeable about how to help me. During my shopping experience, I was approached several times by 2 separate people even though I didn't need any help. I was able to locate the items I needed. I would visit this store if you are in need of craft it other supplies. I think you would be surprised at the inventory they have on hand.

I love shopping at here. You can always find some kind of deal or coupon. Great place to get you crafting supplies. I love bringing my kids to the kids classes, hopefully they will start up again soon.

I love that they have an area to where you can use their equipment and just get your supplies that is wonderful wonderful thing to do I'll be back. JUST AN UPDATE I WENT TO USE SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT AND WAS TOLD IT'S NOT SETUP TO USE YET I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK I WONT

Although the store is well taken care of, the staff was nice enough, but they didnt have what we were looking for.No fabric section at all, and for the four different projects we went there for the only things we ended up buying were nick-nacks .... ended up having to go to two other stores, not sure if this just isnt a big hobby area or what but even my wife was disappointed

Location is very convenient. I was able to find a few after Christmas markdowns, but Items seemed expensive, even at 60 percent off clearance. There was only one cashier working so it took a little bit to check out. But looking for crafts, they have a good assortment.
