Extremely rude. Just listen to the voicemail. Take some customer service classes. And your small shop smelled like bleach. I’ve never smelled a grooming salon that was that toxic. Thirty years of having dogs groomed. Also you blocked me on fb so I can not review. After going off on me in a post about sick dogs at your shop.

These folks are outstanding! They love what they do! Of my two little guys, one is a real uncooperative pistol and they very patiently get it done. I learned of Loving Pets Grooming through the Humane Society as both my guys are rescues. Thank you Loving Pets for what you do!!!

When I arrived in Yuma a year and half ago I needed a groomer for my shy dog Daisy. Daisy has major separation anxiety issues therefore so do I when I leave her some where alone. Daisy also HATES to get groomed. I took her to the pooch parlor to get groomed because it was conveniently located next door to where I live. Biggest mistake of my life. They abused my dog and then had the nerve to ask how I knew she was abused. Daisy is 11 years old and needs to be handled with gentleness and care as her bones are fragile. They didn't care about my dog and her issues, they just want to make money. I struggled with trying to groom her myself. That was NOT pretty. Then one day my co-worker Rachael told me about Loving pets grooming. I called and made appointment right away. I explained my concerns to the Husband and wife team (I like to call them Joe & Jo) I felt a little anxiety dropping her off at someone's home to get groomed. When I picked her up 2 hours later Daisy had never been groomed so well and she was happy all afternoon. I know my dog like I know my child. I know when she had a good day or bad day. Any how I have been bringing Daisy to Loving pets grooming for a year now and Daisy LOVES to get dropped off for a groom. Her and Jolynn have a bond and Daisy doesn't bond with anyone. She treats every animal with such love and kindness you can tell what she does warms her heart. Loving pets grooming is the best you'll find.

My little yorkie has had wonderful experiences every time we go here. We started going here when it first opened. The owners are so friendly and take care of the dogs very well. The business offers excellent customer service, flexibility and easy to schedule with. It has grown since it started last year. I would highly recommend them for your pet grooming needs.

Best grooming experience ever. Not only was my “typically afraid of the groomer” mini Bernedoodle comfortable but they also did a perfect groom on him, like they had read my mind about what I wanted. They sent pictures and really made me and my dog feel very safe and comfortable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have a miniature Doberman Pinscher which is 7 years old.. Gracie being a pure bread and the fact that her mother and father were sister and brother she is extremely high strung. Even at the vets office it took 2 to hold her and one to clip her nails..Joleen has extreme patience and a true love for animals. It's been 2 years now that Jo has been clipping her nails with no issue and no teams like the vet did. Last week she was. Able to file her nails with the machine..I love these guys. My other dog Sammy is mix and she makes him look like a show dog. They love going there because she gives them treats for rewards..Go to loving Pets and you will. Be happy with all they do.Great people..

My senior dog is usually very apprehensive for any grooming even before we arrive. He had a great cut and was so calm when picked him up. Highly recommend and will Definitely book here again and again. Thanks 💕

Currently, there are several (feral) cats living in a nearby non-profit that I volunteer at. Among them, one appeared to need grooming urgently. After finding this place on Facebook, I was able to be seen right away. Her work on a cat who had never been groomed was outstanding, and because it was for a non profit, she refused to take our money! My sincere appreciation goes out to her!

My nervous GSDx was due for a nail trim. I usually go to my friend who does her nails, but with all of the Covid-19 stuff going on, I really wanted to support a local business. I called a few different groomers, and all of them told me that they weren't doing nail trims anymore... which I thought was odd. I remembered I had made a facebook post a few months back for one of my other dogs, an aggressive one, needing her nails done and we needed someone with experience. (We ended up getting them done at the humane society when she was fixed) Everyone referred Loving Pets Grooming, and the owner herself messaged me. I unfortunately never had the time to get back to her, but I remembered her message that day. She immediately booked me an appointment for the next availability. She was very kind & responsive. I had car trouble on my way out and told her I might be late, and she was very understanding. The environment when I arrived was great. She made sure to build trust with my dog, and did the nail trim in my car where my dog felt safe. By the end, my dog loved her. We definitely will be coming back for more than just a nail trim next time around!

They had time about a week after the call. Both my girls were filthy and one in dire need of grooming. They were ready in an hour. The Morkiepoo was likely cut a bit short as I noticed she lingered in the shade before going on. They both look and smell nice, however. The price was so much less than home, that I decided to give a big tip. It's a husband/wife operation. They were good with the dogs and businesslike. Paying online is a plus during this Covid stuff.

Outstanding grooming on my one year old labradoodle. Lucky girl. Cut it exactly how i wanted it. And went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve been to other groomers who did it in a hurry and only the way they could make a fast buck and it showed. They take credit card s so in my mind they are professionals and honest people who pay taxes you won’t be disappointed. Jim
