Everybody is so great with customer service. Shawnee was making me keys right before closing and went the extra mile with free ace Keychain and even labeled them off my original for me. "Cas" she's awesome

This is almost not a fun place to shop anymore. Used to be an employee greeted you at the door and several others waited on you until I found what I needed. Now I get showed where stuff might be and then they pull a disappearing act. It’s a shame.

My goto place in the Foothills... Great friendly staff. Wish they were a bigger store and a little better stocked. 75% of the time it's a save on gas and time from the Yuma Home Depot.

Went to 99cents only next door. I really should check out Ace hardware though because of our renovation projects. Bet you anything it's better than Lowe's. Probably a lot like harbor freight.

Right down the street, always has what I need, if not they can order it. Deliveries Mon & Thurs. Hours 7am -7pm Mon-Sat. 8am-5pm Sun's, unless posted. "Ace is the place". 😁

We went to them needing a furnace filter. They didn't have the the one we needed. Don was a wonderful help to us. He showed a temporary one while they ordered the one we needed. Love this store.

Unlike many other large stores, ACE Hardware always has people on the floor helping and assisting customers. The free popcorn definitely puts them over the top...lol

Went in looking for a hibachi grill...Was almost disappointed, but impulse buy eyes focused in on some compact Webber's they had that were gas feeds... No prices, ofc...Soon to be Employee of the Month was happy to come help price stuff out for me. Thank you so much!They have all the hook up connectors and but I'm just not sure my set up will work for that. Will be back is it does 🤫Ended up grabbing the classic Webber Smokey Joe, chimney & some Kingsford.. 😉Goid job guys!! 👍✌️

I'm new to the area and I've come to rely Kabat's Fortuna Ace Hardware as a key source for project supplies or products. The staff is always ready to assist me with recommendations and finding what I need. Today, Troy helped me solve a plumbing problem. He listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish and helped me find the right solution. Ten times better customer service than the big box stores.

They will help you! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and they've got crackerjack system for moving the line quickly, front line staff are absolutely ace. But they always have a moment to give your dog a treat. Free popcorn 🍿 😋
