I was here 5mins before they closed I needed to run in for one socket I needed for a project. Very poor customer service. The lady at the door was rude and refused to give here name. I was going to be 2 mins in the store and then leave. Instead they lost a customer. Poor customer service I hope they can do better. I'll update this review once I get here name.

This harbor freight tool store is generally very clean very well organized, and the staff is generally very professional as well too. Every now and then you have employees that don’t do the meet and greet process, they see and fail to address customers in need or wondering the isles and search of products, and for one reason or another, they are system or their pay system seems to go down quite often. When their pay system goes down, it’s a nightmare in here and it goes to cash only for paying for the products or you don’t get to buy anything at all. It’s been a few times where I’ve been into the store and they have had problems with their pay system. It doesn’t happen that very often but it does happen. At least it does. Maybe it’s Murphy’s Law slapping me around lol.

I've bought harbor freight products for over 30 years. When I became a customer it was prompted by cheap prices. Product reliability was poor but acceptable. Through the years reliability has dramatically improved and pricing is still alluring. I've purchased an electric lawn mower that is absolutely fantastic. Tools are on a par with many name brands. Yes, I've come across some failures, but overall I'm a customer forever. However things can change if they forget customer satisfaction.

The cashier about blew a gasket when I told him I wasn't going to share my phone number today. Lines were out the door waiting for a casher. Poor customer service. Easily the worst harbor freight I've ever been to.

This is equivalent to a Candy store for tools, equipment, solar and a mix of sorts... Always discount prices... Much faster service than the two Big box competitors. I Highly Recommend this place 😃

The manager at this store obviously doesn't like his job I went to return a bottle Jack that didn't work from when I purchasedsit didn't like that I didn't have my receipt but had it on my email from my account Then proceeded to start to knit pick the scratches on the bottle Jack and the missing handle which is a airjack and I forgot about the handle and told him to put it in from the other one that we were going to exchange it from and told me nope I had to leave the store that he couldn't do that I drove 90 miles today to get that swapped out and it was an honest mistake and the manager said absolutely not that you couldn't pull the handle from the exchange one I told him I don't need a handle it's an air Jack And then proceeded to tell me I must leave because I'm holding up the line I was like wow you don't like your job

Harbor Break, gotta love their prices cause you won't love the quality of much there. I have yet to purchase any item with an inflatable tires including replacement inflatable tire that holds air pressure. They should give you a free air compressor when you buy a tire cause you're going to need one.

New gimmick is you have to return some things online. Cant return to the store. And they don't tell you that, it's only snuck on the receipt.

Listen, say what you will about their products. But every single time I've ever gone in there any problem whatsoever Has always been taken care of quickly with no headache whatsoever. I have products of theirs that have lasted me years upon years. And then I have products that there's that. Have failed me in 1 hour Regardless of what the issue was the people in there always immediately willing to help. Always great customer service. I can't talk about these guys enough.

I hate going to this store, I always know that no matter how many customers are there it will be a long time to check out. I travel a lot and see other Harbor Freight stores that run efficiently. This one needs a tune up on customer service.Always a line, never enough tellers.Plenty of people working, just not at the cash registers.Hopefully, the manager starts paying attention to what's going on and sends the other employees to the registers when necessary.

Polite & friendly staff who are very helpful.I get around via the use of a power wheelchair and with the help of a service dog and people were very nice and more than accommodating in regards to both.Can find just about anything on Earth here, and without the chain store markup.Pro tip: Do they have a coupon in this week's flyer for what you're looking for? Check the website! :-)

My husband has been a Harbor Freight regular for years. Unfortunately, no more.He bought a small engine that ended up not fitting the equipment he bought it for.The receipt says restocking fee on returns. Doesn't say it's 20%.In one day, we lost $40.Lost a good customer here.

Im going to be brutally honest, this store is not it when it comes to customer service. Genuinely needed to buy a couple things because I’m moving and the lovely store associate couldn’t give me the time of day to answer my questions or give me much information. I hope this issue is fixed soon because I don’t think consumers want to be spending money on businesses that only value profits.

The only complaint I have about Harbor Freight is that alot of their tool sets are incomplete, missing parts. Even though they discount these tool kits it still doesn't help when you get home and find that the one tool in a tool kit that you needed is the only tool missing out of the kit. Beware when buying discounted tool sets.
