Green Tree grocery outlet is not fancy but everything is clean and organized. The staff is always helpful and you can find some great deals as long as you don't mind some items being a little out of date. Many items are in date.Update - Greentree has their own new carts now & updated computer Registers making shopping & check out easier..We made another stop today, some good finds: dates in the fridge rater section, baby back Ribs for &$10. in the freezer section & much more. Every time it's different. Grab it now because it may not be there tomorrow!

My first time there. I bought frozen ribeye and a day later was ready to cook it but once I opened the package it stank very bad, it was bad! Also bought some chocolate candy that was stale... I will never shop there again. Not worth it. A lot of the food is expired.

Twice I was overcharged. The first time I told her she hit the wrong price and she ignored me. Had to come back and prove. Second time I challenged the man and showed him the box and price, and he said the box was wrong and no apology. Will not goback.

Leave your shopping list at home. You don't come here thinking you're going to find everything you need for the week's shopping. You come here to find out what they have that day and stock up at ridiculously low prices. The first time I went there, I walked out with four heavy bags of canned foods and sodas for about $12. The place will get no awards for decor. Walking in, you get the sense that the day before they must have been selling discount recapped tires. Nothing lined up neatly on shelves. Just cardboard boxes set on racks waiting for you to sort through. Some would cringe, but I found it charming. And considering the savings, they can set it up anyway they please.

This place is awesome but don't tell anyone! Prices are unbelievable. Damaged canned goods, over stock, some expired, but who cares. Tons of Starbucks coffee for $3, some frozen meats, fresh produce and miscellaneous. Bargain Hunters dream.

Great little place when you're short or tight on cash. It is an outlet, so some items might be a little pass their expiration date or the packaging may be damaged. They do have fresh produce and frozen meats available. They also have some household items, as well as pet and cleaning supplies. I myself, came up on a cookbook for $3 from the TV show Modern Family. Not such a bad place. Worth checking it out, but I don't recommend it for picky shoppers though.

Dented cans. Outdated can goods and ex. Cookies. Meat is frozen. Excellent prices just choose wisely. Grocery items vary from week to week. Never know what they will have. Some produce in bad shape.

Great place to shop at affordable prices. They except EBT and are located right by the mission. You can donate or if you can not afford food they will meet your needs too. The greentrees we are talking of you can't say bad about. They need more k cups.

It's cool the younger girl cashier was nice. I felt the man there maybe the owner unloading palet was watching me cuss I look kinda thuggish. And was with with 2 big black men and 1 white dude haha I'm a pastor haha

Been going here for several years now. Staff is always friendly! Just like any discount store it's hit or miss. Just gotta take a chance and find out. Like this trip I scored persil laundry soap for $4!! Never know what you'll find!! :)

They are good, but they really need to replace food like mayo, I saw one yesterday that expired since October of last year, it needs to be replaced, but other than that the meats sold there are really greatly priced.

The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The store has amazing prices!!! This is my 1st stop when I start my grocery shopping. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it isn't always the cleanest place, but there is a public restroom, which is nice when shopping with young kids.

It used to be where I could go and get most all of my monthly groceries list from this store without hardly any of it being expired. Now more then half of the store's bulk inventory is normally a year or more expired which should be not even allowed by law to be sold past so much of an expiration date due to causes of food poisoning.
