They accused my friends daughter of stealing a drink but she decided she wanted a snack instead and because she did not return the drink back to the cooler but left it in the snack area, so she is not allowed back. Also they never have the nasal spray, just saline, some people come from the cold and suffer from sinitis and can only afford the $2 nose spray, they never order it. Not everyone can afford gas to travel from store to store just to look for nose spray, we live down the street from this location and sometimes don't have the gas to travel to food city on 16th street just for nose spray.

Convenient location. The Cashiers are always pleasant.Plenty of parking, including a few shady spots (depending on time of day).The isles in the store are very narrow in places, so it can feel a little cramped.

Everything about this place was awesome except for parking in front. There is enough room but the parking lot is terrible. For me this is a well stocked store excellent help the prices were very reasonable. I will absolutely go again.

This location has absolutely no logic behind the store layout. It is extremely difficult to find items in this store due to them being placed in various locations. The staff there have very little knowledge of item placement. Spent 35 minutes looking for one specific item. After failing to find what I was looking for, I asked 3 different employees where this item was located. All gave me different answers and none of them were willing to help me search. Item prices are still reasonable. But this store needs a complete overhaul

10/01/22 time 6:40 pm /// went into the store to ask a Question if there were any other family store around yuma, and i had to ask the man casher twice, and he still did not understand the question then some lady who did not work there was very helpful and told me were there was one on 16th street, then i told the casher a customer was better then he was because he could not answer a simple question i had to ask him twice,.. then two transit boozers or drunks butted in and i told them to go home and drink there beer stupid drunks the conversation was between me and the casher, if you dont know what your doing, Quite and find a job the suites you, clearly this one does not,... terrible costumer service ever

All these "dollar" stores have certain items we should not buy like batteries and ball point pens. So why did I buy Bic pens? Bic Soft Feel. I got 4 pens with less than an inch of ink in them. The pens were actual size, just almost empty. The ink cartridge shows clearly thru the walls. After you open the package you can clearly see they have no ink in them. But that's covered up initially. Bic is in partnership with these dollar stores to bilk the public this way. There ought to be a law against this..

I love Family Dollar. I buy things at this store that I can't get anywhere else. Best prices on lots of items. National brands and great prices on their generic stock.Better than Walmart anyday and sometimes better than Safeway. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Now bad only thing I would say I have a complaint with is allot of the products are mispriced. You think something is 5 dollars and it ends up costing you 11 or something. So pay attention to this hustle..

The other day a cashier walks up to the register, scans all my items, bags em up cashes me out, I leave, all without having said a single word to me..not even a hi or a bye..awkward/rude to the fullest..and today I go to buy some of those kool stickers they have but it wouldn’t take my 50 cents…so I ask this other cashier “your sticker machine doesn’t work?” And she says “I don’t speak English”……🤦🏽‍♂️what!?…obviously she said it in Spanish but come on now..what is she doing behind the register if she can’t assist anyone that doesn’t speak Spanish..other encounters have been just as lame..all in all their parking lot is a reflection of their customers service..garbage

Excellent store for home cleaning and bath supplies. Condiments, eggs, milk, butter and snacks are sold here, but Family Dollar is not a grocery store. I cam use the Family Dollar app for digital coupons, but iBotta savings app doesn't offer much that this Family Dollar sells.
