I have purchased several cars over my lifetime and this has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had! After our test drive I expressed a concern about the negative transmission history of a certain type of car, that we eventually purchased. I was offered an extended car warranty for a reduced price that totally eased my concern. The staff went out of their way to get a second fob for the vehicle as well as taking care of a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. I am from Phoenix but I would drive to Yuma again to purchase my next car! Thank you Michael, Vanessa, Yudi and Jose for all the help you were to my wife and I. We sure appreciate all of you, your honesty and your family business! Thank you for making this experience amazing, you all are awesome!!

So far I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Desantiago Auto. The buying process was quick and easy, we got a very fair price for a good vehicle. About 6 months after purchase we were experiencing some issues and we’re able to get it in to their onsite mechanic who spent a couple days going over the vehicle for us and we were not charged for this service.

I bought a car and I look under the panel and it duct tape gonna tape and I had want there to get things fixed and they made it seam like it was fix but the next day the light came back on and I waited 8 hour that day so now I have to buy a 800 key ignition. I looked under my hood and the caps for it was taped up. They told me that they were going to fix the ac it worked for a day next was out again.

We had a fantastic experience with Artero and Mike! These two have been more than helpful with everything from our purchase. Our relationship didn’t end when we drove our car off the lot. They have gone far beyond to make sure we have been happy. There were a couple of items that we found after we left the dealership and when we called to talk to them about those items, we were told bring it back and we will make it right and fix them. Well the second item required them ordering the parts needed, and then waiting for the parts when they needed to be back ordered. We’ll fast forward nine months, four months in Utah and then coming back. They just installed the parts and the car works perfectly.We could not be more pleased with DeSantiago and highly recommend them to everyone! I know that in the future, when we need another vehicle, we will be going back to purchase our vehicles.

I’d like to give Michael at DeSantiago a shout out, I was having a lot of trouble with my car dying when I was driving it and Michael went over and beyond helping me figure this out, when they couldn’t figure it out, he actually contacted Kia of Yuma And found that my car was still under warranty over there and sent it over there to be repaired I really appreciate everything that Michael has done in helping me get this car up and running again the right way!Great family business would do business with them again and recommend them to anybody thank you Michael for everything that you have done!Now on another note I would like to express my gratitude I recently helped them recover a car, I really appreciate that they help me in the way that they did for helping them! My best friend recommended this place to me several times and I always pass by it when heading towards 4th Ave and I've been looking for a car for over 2 years so I decided to talk to Mikey and talked about my payment options and looked around. They have really nice cars but if you're looking for a car with low payments they can and will make it work. I bought myself a 2006 Honda Civic and it's such a great car. The team made sure that everything was good to go before I took my new car home with me and discussed my payments options and it all worked out! So if you're looking to start out small come to this place they will take their time to work with you and make sure you are satisfied because I sure am.

My experience with this company has truly been, invaluable. Although my credit score was not what it should be, they took their time and dedication to make it possible for me to drive off in my new car. So, I bought from them.Later, when the clutch needed to be replaced, they honored that warranty with no hassle! Thanks especially to Michael!!

Is it true what Traci Gomez (above) claims? I'm reading the reviews because I'm considering taking my daughter to De Santiago Sales to find a car to purchase. I read everyone's review and saw the ones that just threw you 5 stars for unknown reason. Out of all the reviews there is one review that throws every 5 star review out the window. The Traci Gomez 1 star review. I want to make it clear, the one star is not whats bad its the reason behind it and no response from your company adds another red flag. A consumer gives you business and in return you hand her havoc. You put your customer in a situation that gets way more complicated then just having to pay 2 late fees. Good credit is everything. It will take her months to years to get her credit back to what it was before she walked through your doors. She may not not be able to make the payments on dates that she didn't agree she would pay on. No response to her complaint tells me you screwed over your customer and so what. You cause havoc to your customers. You sell a vehicle to a young girl that broke down on her 2 weeks after driving it off your lot and continues to keep breaking down after leaving your mechanics shop. A good part of her route she travels has no cell phone service and little traffic. You've been in this business a long time you know if a car is a lemon or not. The way you handled this case, you have customer bring in to your mechanics, change one part to fix multiple issues she had stated. Tell her she can bring in in again but this time you are charging her because you claim EXTENSIVE DAMAGE had been done on front of vehicle after she purchased it. Customer complained that there were scratches on her hood that wasn't there before. Your mechanics worked on it again still breaking down. In your response to this customers review. You bagged on the customer, you claim these problems are from the extensive damage to front end which customer claims are scratches that happened when in your shop. You also stated that this customer is a slow payer. Irrelevant to the situation. Have you done anything to fix any one of these 2 situations?
