I have nothing bad to say about the employees. They are always friendly and very helpful. On the downside, stay away from the BOGO deal shelf. They are horrible quality vapes and burn out within an hour.$30 down the drain.

I visited Dely’s this past weekend and picked up a new device. The item had a manufacturer issue. Dely’s helped me to get the issue resolved. They are definitely worth stopping by. The new owner has gone above and beyond to help me fix an issue that wasn’t their fault in any way.

Recently went looking for a new piece wanted something nice everyday use. Saw what looked like a studdenglass gravity bong. Extremely fake and when I went back to ask why they are selling fake stuff and what he could do for me he immediately said there is nothing he can do. Worst I’ve ever been treated by any business in Yuma would not recommend supporting this dude at all. Oh and he tried telling his employees that I wasn’t aloud in the store anymore for telling them I was upset about buying something fake from them. The next day he started screaming at me because I embarrassed him in front of his worker and forced me out of the store. I had been a customer since I was 14 Deli used to sell me stuff illegally when I was a freshman in high school thanks a lot! It is illegal to sell counterfeit items and authorities have been notified as well as the company your ripping off.I’ve added some pictures so someone doesn’t make the same mistake. You can see how bad it leaks in picture as well.

My experience was great because I got a very nice oil rig for $45 when it was already on sale for $50. The man working was attentive, kind & obviously offers good deals. Love this place!

This is a head shop not a cigarette store. If you Googled low price cigarettes in Yuma like I did don't go here. If you're looking for a nice glass water pipe this is your store.

This is one of the best smoke shops I have ever visited there products are authentic and they alway have the best prices. The owner always takes care of his customers and he will get whatever you ask for. I have been to all the smoke shops here in yuma and I have been to shops in other states I would say Dely's has the best costumer service.

Paid 4.50 for some dutch masters sweet..got home some were broken and were super dry..ran down to the shop and showed the clerk.the clerk agreed that they were very dry and unnacceptable. His next answer was "unfortunately i cant do nothing about it" I said "really?". He says yea sorry about that. So they didnt try to make it right and didnt offer to refund my hard earned 4.00 plus .50 for using machine. I said ok u just lost a customer over 5.00 and walked out.. you wont see me again
