BEST! DAIRY QUEEN! EVER!! There are plenty of benches to enjoy your treat on a hot day. Staff is friendly and customer service is 20/10 (yes, it is meant to be a 20)! One blizzard was made incorrectly and they fixed it with out hesitation or charge. Toppings were full and chunky (not blended into specks). If you want a great experience please visit this Dairy Queen and you will become regulars.

Night manager here is rude and mouthy. She couldn't tell us what was what so she straight out told us to figure it out. I put in my complaint with corporate. We don't need disrespectful, rude people working as managers.

Went to tonight 10/24/23 the night Manger was really rude cause I ordered 7 blizzards different flavors I asked which one is which cause she just put them on cup holders and she said I need to figure it out and when I asked to speak to the Manger she said I'm the Manger and threatened to call the cops she needs to be fired I was shaking up cause she threatened to call the cops got home and didn't know which blizzard was which

Great staff, all very helpful and personable went to the avenue b dairy queen and they were unable to accept my coupon and took FOREVER, these guys hooked it up with fast and efficient service, never go to the dq on avenue b these guys are ten times better!

Delicious Ice Cream! Outstanding customer service the gal went on and beyond. I had already ordered and forgot my 6 year old grandson wanted to place the order.so when i mentioned to her that he wanted to order.right away she directed to him and took the repeated order but assimilated she had just heard the order.Thank you :) for putting that smile back on my grandson because he wasnt to happy that i forgot :)

Tried the new flavor of the month blizzard.It's a cinnamon centers blizzard. Very delish. My partner got the hot cocoa blizzard. It's also new.

I only utilized the drive-thru for this location so I can't comment on the status of the inside. But, that being said, the staff was friendly and quick with my order and got it right first time! They do have a sign in the window that says they don't honor the upside down thing that other places do but, it is Arizona in August so, I can understand and appreciate the heat issues.

While visiting Yuma, and working on small projects all day my sister Linda and friend Teddy Bear went to the Dairy Queen in Yuma on 4th Avenue.We all got small cones dipped in cherry, but because of the humidity and my sister air-condition not working well, our ice creams melted quickly, how-ever not pleased with the kids that work there. They wear no hair nets and they touch everything with same dirty gloves.

Ordered hot fudge sundaes...it's called hot fudge for a reason...I got very little. I asked for more and got literally nothing. When we ordered the little girl at the window talked to us like we were the dumbest people she's ever met. Customer service is definitely lacking here.

This place omg. So I had chunks of old dry ice cream in my cone. I'm lactose intolerant and I treat myself to icecream like twice a year. So this was disappointing. They should clean the machine

Rating a 2 cuz I was told the new pumpkin pie blizzard was amazing and it wasn’t buster bars and the cheesecake blizzard are pretty good
