ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Would of been quicker to go to the VA in Tucson and back before these m0rons had pain meds ready after a surgery. Handed them the prescription at 10am.. it wasn't ready til after 5pm!! Post surgery with zero pain management from these imbeci1es! Go somewhere else! Like Tucson, it's quicker.

The staff was very helpful & patient. That my insurance pays for over-the-counter items quarterly. Some items that I could get. But there will Mark and the staff showed me how to find them. My address is Winterhaven California so I was very glad that I'm able to use the CVS in Yuma.

Two very rude young men that didn't want to fill a script that had been called in 3 days prior. Told me the placed closed in 7 minutes even though he was aware my daughter needed the med that night. Then tried telling me I was going to have to pay $86. After they realized it was an error on their end it took them 3 minutes to get me the medication and it cost $27. Sad because a couple of the staff are wonderful, but these two unprofessional, disrespectful staff are truly miserable people that don't care about their customers.

I reviewed this once never showed up so here goes again I am new in Yuma went into this CVS and was treated very disrespectful he kept telling me I had the wrong Medicare card I explained that is what we use in my state he filled that prescription went back in a day or two later and he refused to fill my prescription I tried to explain how many years I have been with CVS (so many I can't even remember how long ) and asked him to pull up my records and he would see I've taken the same prescription from the same Dr for years he said he would not pull up any records I asked if I got the same prescription from a Dr in town I have been seeing would he fill it and he said he would call the Dr and see if I really needed it. I told him I only had one left and he said it wasn't his problem. He said none of the CVS stores in town would fill it and maybe the one in the Foothills would. I have never been treated this way by a pharmacy in my life. My family in town I'm staying with "Used" to use him before this they said no more. I went to the Foothills CVS and they were so respectful and filled my prescription without any problems---- plus they pulled up my records without me asking them too. Guess where me and my extended family will be getting our monthly meds from now on?
