I always do really good at the CVS @ the Foothills location. Maybe once in blue moon are they out of my meds, but I can’t remember when the last time was really was. I think they pharmacy does really go above and beyond to work each station very organized, so when “snow bird” season come around they are prepared. Same with the store as a whole. Good job all around.

I am so impressed with the pharmacy Manager Khoi Nguyen! He has taken the time to personally help me with the problems I have had trying to fill the prescriptions when I return to my seasonal home here in Yuma, AZ. as well when I travel during the summer. Restrictions by policies, legal and my doctors methods have made it take up to 3 weeks at times to fill these prescriptions. I am fortunate I do not have to take every does so I have been able to not run out.Thankfully Khoi has helped me work through the problems and has contacted me, so I can also contact him directly. To say the least the whole process is quite complicated it seems and not something the employees can be able to do which has led to an hour wait and even another trip back to even get these filled.To me it is amazing to have the manager take the time as only even a couple of pharmacists have ever even taken the time to speak to me rather than dealing with a tech that does not seem to have the knowledge, experience or authority to process these prescriptions and get the pricing and billing correct.This has been the best experience dealing with pharmacies that I have had in over 10 years since I became disabled and have needed these prescriptions. All of the staff are very professional, polite and helpful enough to take care of most needs but the complications of mine just required more and it has been provided since I chose this to be MY pharmacy. There had never been a CVS where I have lived but they are far more affordable than any other in the area with better service staff.

Pharmacy is useless. Management is trash. Avoid this place unless you are one of those people who need to learn on your own. Nothing but problems here.

This pharmacy is a joke! Zero stars. They are trying to hide the real 1 star reviews that should be zero stars. They come up with excuses and dont want to do anything. Go anywhere else!

Nice clean store, nice staff. Watch for their deals and specials. Make sure you join their rewards club - sometimes amazing discounts just for buying stuff!
