I needed a refill for my daughter's seizure medication. I Went at 2 pm and they told me to come back in a few hours so it could be filled. I Went back at 7pm and they told me I needed a prior authorization for medication. We called the insurance and doctor for prior authorization and they told us it was good to go. If they would have told me this at 2pm that we needed to call insurance again, we would have fixed the issue. My daughter now has to go through the weekend without her meds. Martha I believe was the pharmacist. Extremely rude lady. She seemed to be angry at something and was very unprofessional. She said pay 2000 dollars right now if you want your daughters meds. Instead of helping find a solution like an emergency fill or seeing what options there are, she kept repeating that she told my daughters mother how to get the authorization. We did that but something went wrong. Go to another cvs or walgreens or Walmart. This lady is the worst

Horrible customer service and do not follow through. I called the pharmacy almost a week ago to transfer prescriptions. Never got a call or text to see if they are ready, go to check on the status and there are no prescriptions in the system. Why tell someone it will be done in 24-48 hours if you are not going to do it at all? And also i have updated my info so i can be properly contacted and the info still has not been updated. Employees do not care and do not ask questions on how to fix it. Cvs lost my business completely and i will never go back into one.

The woman working at the checkout is an idiot who can't figure out what Sodium Cloride is and where it is located on the shelf, they are salt tablets, the same salt we put on our food. She's not qualified to work there.

Terrible pharmacy. “Promised” Rx would be ready next day for my sons ADHD meds. 4 days later and he’s now out of meds, pharmacy doesn’t have rx and can’t transfer rx or give any help as to when they may have it available. Pharmacist was very rude and we will not fill future meds at this location. If you can go elsewhere I’d recommend different pharmacy.

Fine. Nice helpful employee but the pharmacy closed an hour earlier than posted on line and on the entrance door. It is kinda understandable during the pandemic but it's been long enough for them to update information on their websites and the front door. Especially the pharmacy hours as people really depend on their meds and for some getting there to pick them up can be difficult enough. Advise calling to check the hours before a wasted trip.

CVS had everything we were looking for. The selection was plentiful. The employees were helpful with items I could not find on my own. The check out process was quick. In addition to being helpful with finding items in the store, the employees also were friendly.

They are lacking in knowledge, however, they do seek to learn. Be aware.....you may receive a call telling you that your prescription is ready, arrive, and then it is not really ready, especially if you need to go through financial coverages.

I am beyond upset with CVS. I purchased an Amazon gift card last week as a gift for my nephew. Turns out the gift card had no money in it, yet I did pay for it. I went to CVS, and they said they could do nothing about it! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Had surgery and I was prescribed Percocet for pain and was really out of it. I'm so glad I had my sister with me almost took someelses medication. This new pharmacist needs to really check was his doing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Bad customer service. all I'd got was a sorry. I sure miss DJ he was a awesome pharmacist explained everything well and great customer service.

First time to reach out CVS. I was trying to call to get into Pharmacy. The phone was ringing but suddenly someone hanged it off. I attempted to call again a few times but it did not ring anymore, like someone remained the phone hanging. I wasn't even get a chance to inquire my concern. Looks like workers here are not willing to entertain calls.

This pharmacy is a joke it completely closes at 1:30 to 2pm for lunch maybe they have irresponsible workers they don't trust or don't know how to give individual lunch breaks I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone... nothing will ever change my mind about this inconvenient place...

I am new in town and went to Ave B cvs to get a prescription filled I gave him my Medicare card and he kept asking me for a different one after he kept asking me he showed me a card and I explained the one I gave him is what we use in my state he finally filled it. I went back a day or two later to the get another one filled and he refused to fill it I have been a Cvs customer for so many years I cant even remember for sure how long---at least 20-----I asked him to pull up my records and he would see I have been getting this medicine for years prescribed by the same Dr filled at cvs. He said he was not pulling up any records no cvs in Yuma would fill it and I may get it filled at the Foothills I asked if I got the same prescription from a Dr in town would he fill it and he said he would call the Dr and make sure I really needed it. I have never been talked to by a pharmacist like this in my life my family in Yuma "used" to use this cvs but not anymore. I went to the Foothills filled with no problem. They pulled up my records without me even asking them to.

I dropped off my prescription on Friday at 2pm. I was told to return after 5pm to pick it up. I looked online before going and it states it closes at 4pm on Friday's. This is par for the course now a days no customer care sadly.

I placed a call at 6:40 p.m. requesting a transfer of prescription. I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes at which time the call was connected and hung up. The time was 8:00 p.m. That is the time this particular CVS closed.
