Stopped in for lunch with friends. The food was a hit and miss. The French toast was delicious but the chicken fingers were just ok. Liked the decor and atmosphere and lots of gifts to select from when you first walk in. The prices are reasonable and the menu has a large selection to pick from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the washrooms were not clean.

The food was delicious, fast service, excellent wait staff.Biscuits were warm, soft, and fresh. Friendy atmosphere, the gift shop had so many unique items.....The only thing that was on the downside was the water glasses had dried on water spots and the rim of the glass had smudge ( greasy ) marks.I noticed that while I sipping on my straw.Silverware was also covered in water spots...Not sure if that could be prevented, 🤔

I will do a new review another day. I believe that every establishment has good and bad days... no parking spots, one hour wait 😞 we left so I can't give a review on the food. Today is my update... There was parking, we were there for breakfast. Staff friendly and professionalOur waitress Norma was Excellent!!! Drove from San Diego to Yuma just for dinner (got a new, to us, vehicle)Ordered the Southern fried Chicken plate with hash brown casserole, and coleslaw.I'd choose different sides next time coleslaw is... Well, Coleslaw ... which I like.Country fried pork chops with mashed potatoes and corn. Absolutely recommended!Childs pancake ... plate wouldn't recommend.

The food is always tastes excellent at Cracker Barrel and this visit was no exception. I frequently order the chicken and dumplings. The reason I did not give a five star rating for food this time is because, compared to other visits, there was little chicken included in my chicken and dumplings. My wife and I both ordered a side of broccoli, and we both noted that the portion size was smaller than at other Cracker Barrels. Everything tasted great, but the portions were lacking. The service was only average this time. The initial service was prompt and our meals were delivered promptly, but our waitress never came back to check on us until it was time to bring us our check. We sometimes request additional biscuits or water refills, but never had the opportunity this visit.Parking: We had our RV and they have four spots in the back marked "RV Only". However, two of the spots were taken by cars. I don't know why, as there were plenty of car spots in front.

Off I-8 in Yuma, this location is nestled among hotels. Busy on Sundays, so expect a little wait for lunch/dinner-we walked up and waited almost 30 minutes. The store is great for shopping to pass the time. Something for everyone. Dining room clean and accommodating for groups or single tables. Menu for special diets or good ole country, down home, cooking. Wait staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ours was remarkable. She didn’t forget anything we requested. We had the Sunday chicken special and other diet restriction choices. Delicious! Would return.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

I am greatly saddened and my heart is broken. I have always loved cracker barrel. But this morning you have let me and my family down.I understand you are understaffed but someone should have just told us that our table wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes.Someone needs to close down one section of that restaurant if there isn't enough staff to provide quality service to that whole restaurant.I have loved cracker barrel for as long as I can. Remember I make a point to stop there for dinner when I come back to Arizona and for breakfast whenever I'm headed out to San Diego.I drove an hour and a half, sat at that table for almost an hour to get our food, to have somebody insult me by what was placed in front of me.It arrived at our table cold. Plate was cold. Even my grits were cold. The eggs had not been fully cooked and I can see bits of raw egg when I went to eat them. While the top side of my French toast and my wife's French toast, both looked halfway okay, The bottom side of it was burnt beyond recognition.I had looked forward to stopping at cracker barrel ever since we decided to come back to San Diego for the weekend. This indeed was very upsetting and made for a lousy rest of our drive.This is still one of my favorite restaurants and we still bought many wonderful things from the country store. I hope to stop by on my way home so that you could try to instill a little faith back in me.I'll be there Sunday for dinner. Please don't let me down.

Cracker Barrel has always been my favorite southern comfort food restaurant chain. This location didn't disappoint. I had the fresh water trout with fried okra and mashed potatoes and corn muffin. Everything was delicious, and service was great. The mashed potatoes tend to be too thick and dry without the gravy, but it's still good. The corn muffins are most wonderful with honey, so be sure to ask for the honey, as it's not automatically brought without your asking.

This is a regular Cracker Barrel with all the trinkets and country decor, which is what you go there for. But... the food was beyond dismal. I ordered meatloaf and it tastes like and had the consistency of dog food. I sent it back and ordered Chicken Fried Steak. I guess they got it from the same cow because it wasn't meat, horrible. Never again, their food quality was honestly the worst food I've ever eaten. Waitress was great, felt sorry for her serving such terrible food.

What do you do when you need to buy creative gifts and you want some catfish? You, head on down to your local Cracker Barrel.I've never been disappointed when I visit. The staff is always amazing and the food is always well prepared. But, on a recent visit the waitress went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and even felt like family.The young lady's name is Darcy Siva and she's absolutely a sweet heart and a very hard worker. I plan on nominating her for our local hospitality award, the Sunshine Award.Miss Silva is charismatic, attentive, and funny. I hope you get to sit in her section next time you visit.

A chain of restaurants themed after old county restaurants, southern food, and a county store gift shop. My middle school and teenagers love this restaurant and their food. I think the food is just ok, fried foods, not the healthiest and average sized portions but the prices are reasonable. Our waitress Heather was fantastic, juggling a lot of tables, but kept our drinks refilled, was prompt, and friendly.

Overall, my experience at Cracker Barrel was enjoyable. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. However, I did have a negative interaction with one of the girls working at the front desk. She seemed confused and was a bit rude. Despite this, everything else about my visit was fantastic. I would still recommend Cracker Barrel for a good meal and great service.

You can never go wrong with Cracker Barrel!Our server, Tiarra, was absolutely the best, kept our drinks full, and offered us to-go drinks when we left.The food, as always, was delicious and plentiful. We split a Grandma's breakfast and couldn't finish.The cashier was polite and offered extra treats for purchase as we were leaving.Always clean bathrooms!

Cracker Barrel is always like a visit to a relative's house! Especially on a long trip home/1 i had a lovely young lady, Daniele, who made me feel quite at home with her lovely Southern style hospitality. I was totally refreshed and ready for the last leg of my trip. Thank you Cracker Barrel for always having the most delightful people representing you.

On this particular day that I went, the food was absolutely fantastic! Service was quick and food came out hot and biscuits were baked perfectly! Love the Maple & Bacon glazed grilled chicken breast! The lemon pepper trout is always cooked perfectly. It does seem as with many places tho, sometimes the busier they are the food or service suffer sometimes but this visit was superb!

Excellent, but you need flavored creamers for you coffee. My eggs were prepared just as ordered scramble soft and the bacon was no too salty! We will certainly return.Dietary restrictions: Limited sodium and sugar.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was close and accessible, so I assisted my sister into the restaurant.

The Yuma Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is absolutely amazing in every way possible. There is ample parking, even for a limited amount of recreational vehicles, the facility is clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the customers and environment, and overall they are running this restaurant well and efficiently! To find this Cracker Barrel location it is a bit tricky, as the restaurant is somewhat not the main road. But if you are using Google Maps then you will have no problem finding the restaurant. I definitely recommend people who are traveling through Yuma to use this Cracker Barrel as a good way point while traveling into or through Yuma, Arizona.

My chicken and dumplings were under cooked. They pulled the item from the menu after they confirmed they were under cooked. They had me order another item.i picked the fastest thing they could cook. The others at my table went ahead and ate their meals by the time my meal came they were almost done. Any good restaurant would have comp'd all our meals but they didn't even comp. mine. First and last time I will go to a Cracker Barrel.

Absolutely LOVE this place!We're from San Diego and we plan trips to Yuma around visiting this restaurant!The breakfast is always super yummy, the staff is amazing and the store is always changing and charming.We've never had to wait but they do become pretty busy for breakfast so plan ahead!

Horrible customer service decided to take a drive. Just because I had nothing to do and wanted to enjoy a meal because the roads were horrible I decided to call and let them know that I will be a little late and they refuse to still give me my order and said they close a 9pm and they are not opening the door for anyone. The crazy thing is I just took a drive from San Diego. That's 2 hours and now I have to turn around. Because they refuse to serve me unacceptable, terrible service. What's 15 minutes Pass close time just to hand someone and order. That just drove 2 hours. Wow
