The salesman recommended this stove as it was nearly half off. We picked a matching microwave and fridge. When I got home the invoice said electric and I called to confirm that we had ordered gas since we had multiple discussions about hoses and additional fees for installing a gas appliance. I was informed that the tag was incorrect and the actual price of the stove was $1899, not $899. The manager could only offer a small discount, so I cancelled my entire order simply because they would not adhere to the advertised price. This is false advertising, a scam, AKA Conn!

Went to buy a stove, as I had good luck when I got our freezer there. Had many questions as we have propane, everything I asked the salesman had to go ask someone. He did tell me that the 3rd party was going to come and hook up the stove. On the day the stove was to be delivered the 3rd party installers called to tell me they would be there 4 days later. Now what am I supposed to do to feed my family for 4 days? When I called Conn's the manager that I spoke to was very short with me. Telling me that they can't help when the installers come. And he knew they only came on Thursday and Friday. So why did you deliver my stove so early. I felt like he was just reading responses and could care less the problem they were putting me in. Not going back.

Even their sales r expensive. They get u n there thinking there gonna do a soft check to get you credit at first. Not for the average hard working person. They have a lot of appliances they let go to their heads. Sales people were critical, pushy couldn't even offer a water. We tried to find a happy medium

Purchase and delivery went great. On the day of installation nobody showed. Made contact with Conn’s and they stated that nobody was home. My wife was home all day as she works from home, plus I have 3 dogs that hear anything that comes through our front gate. They even stated that they tried calling me, I have no missed calls. This will be my last purchase from this business.

Really nice people. No pressure to buy. The hardest part was which living room set to choose from. The sales manager and team offered great support without being pushy. Prices are fair without ridiculous markup's.I truly can't find a fault. Even the delivery team waited until everything was just perfect for me. About a year ago, my past partner and I purchased couches from this store. Now, I have the couches and I am moving. Didn’t remember how they were assembled so that my movers and myself may disassemble them. I called and a gentleman by the name of Phillip was a huge help with providing instructions on taking the back rest apart from the main seated part of the couch. Thank you for going above and beyond.

worst customer experience ever! Employees were rude, incompetent and would not help me. I was attacked and harassed by multiple employees all unable to do an adequate job of customer service. In particular, Eva Bistoie. I was very unimpressed with her ability to help me as a valuable costumer . I left the store an extremely unhappy customer and will never be shopping at this establishment again.

The sales floor person Alex lied about reporting the payments to the credit bureau. I purchased furniture for $1777.00 and I paid it off in less than three months from purchase. I spoke to the manager Phillip and I asked if he could help me with reporting my payments to the credit bureau and he stated he couldn't. I personally wouldn't buy anything from this store again.

David the salesman was very helpful and accommodating when we needed to make some changes to our order. Only concern is that they over charged on the Conns credit card for an install that never happened. Have not been able to get a refund as of yet. Filed a dispute of charges on the credit card. But No one has been returning my emails or calls after I spoke with a manager last week. He said I should get a refund. But nothing yet.

Purchased a couch and loveseat on 12/13/2021. Was supposed to be delivered today. I called this morning 1/21/22 and now they are saying 3/7/22. Not happy. If they knew this why am I the one calling them? Not good customer service.

had a bad time dealing with customer services over the phone. But the local store manager came through and made everything better. Honestly he out did himself and I can thank him enough. Will definitely be returning thanks to Oped the floor manager I think. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the over the phone customer service needs to handle issues better. Yuma store 5 star.

The worst experience ever! I purchased a Tv. And decided 14days later that It was to big for my living room which I mentioned to the sales man prior to buying it! And of course he was very pushy and forced me to get it anyway. He told me If I needed to bring it back it will be a 15% restock fee! I called a spoke with the general manager and he said that I can bring it back but my payments will stay the same which is unbelievable because your payments are based on the loan amount and if I’m returning half of what the loan amount is why would my payments stay the same? I called Customer service and they said that they CAN rewrite my contact and my payments can get lower! So then I called the store back and they still have excuses to why they won’t be able to rewrite my contact! How ethical and legal is this? How are they going to keep me locked into a higher monthly payments when my actual loan amount went down? This can’t be legal!!!

I was really hopeful for my experience with the Yuma store. After looking around at some other options and talking with sales reps at other stores I really liked the Yuma Conn's staff and selections. I bought a washing machine, dryer, and a new T.V.. I did not however buy the protection plan, the way I look at it if something breaks in a year or so it would have almost paid for itself by then and the manufacturer already has a 1 year warranty on it. We'll it turns out that after TWO washes within my first week of owning the machine the machine broke, called conns, they worked out the manufacturer warranty, called me and said they found someone to fix it and gave me their number saying they would be in contact with me. A couple days go by with no word, I contact the company and they told me it would be over a month till they could come out to fix it and that they told the store that. I couldn't believe the service department didn't tell me this originally, I called then and they said they were trying to work something out. Another few days goes by, I call again, upset, and this time someone hands off thr phone to the rep that helped me. He told me that because I didn't buy the protection plan there wasn't much they could do. CRAZY. I grt that I didn't buy your plan that's literally sold on everything down to the smallest thing you can think of but you CANT help a customer out at all with something so uncommon? Anyways while also on the call I brought up that when I bought the items I didn't know that I was signing up for a credit card, I thought it was a financing plan with synchrony. The rep then proceeds to tell me a made up story of how I called him wondering where my card was and that I was worried that someone stole it. HOW would I have that worry if I didn't realize I signed up for a card till I received it in the mail?! Needless to say I will never be shopping here again. An extreme conn.

Great first time experience buying furniture from a store. Everything we've had up until now has been hand-me-downs and craigslist furniture. We bought a 7 piece king size bedroom set for $3,000 and got a free 50 inch TV with their current offer. Not a bad deal at all. No penalty for paying it off early, which we plan on doing. The employee helping us was Iris and she was very honest and straight forward with all of the deals and catches and didn't crowd us or pressure us to buy anything. She was new but very knowledgeable about the inventory and ongoing promotions. Strongly recommend asking for her if you decide to shop here. Our furniture set will be delivered on Friday so if anything happens I'll update this review but for now I give them a solid 5 stars.

Found a recliner and love seat to purchase (at full price) and they weren’t willing to deliver for free....seriously? So give up a $1600 sale instead! And the kicker was.... if we wanted to purchase an appliance over $700 we could get free delivery!!! But a $1600 purchase wasn’t enough 😡
