The owner was so friendly. I felt like we had been friends forever just from our initial phone interaction.When entering her little quaint dog grooming shop I was amazed at the peacefulness. Most dog grooming shops I’ve visited are very loud and hurried. What a welcomed treasure in Yuma AZ!!

Always love Bowzer’s! Only place I take my dogs. I have one dog that’s a little aggressive and both of my dogs hate getting their nails done. I always bring them home happy, clean, and nails perfect. They’re so nice and helpful at Bowzer’s!

Awesome experience. The two ladies did an excellent job clipping my senior dogs nails that absolutely hates her feet being touched. I'll bring her back next time for sure. It's been very difficult to find someone here in town that's been able to clip her nails.

THEY CUT NAILS TOO SHORTThey let my dog bleed out in its kennel from a short nail. Did nothing to stop it. I had to drive home with blood all over my car seat to stop it myself. Groomings are SUPPOSED to have ways to care for a dog if it sustained an injury by their hands. Accidents can happen but the fact that nothing was done about it is borderline criminal.

Last time I came here on July 27, 2021 my dog was returned to me with a bleeding claw that was cut WAY too short. It was almost completely gone and to this day has not grown again. Didn't notice until I got in the car and had to immediately go home to stop the bleeding. I was not notified of this accident during pickup. No visible steps were taken to stop bleeding-- He was in a kennel then handed to me. It's made me lose trust in the business and worry for my dogs well-being. Haven't gone back again but thought it should be said.

My two dogs had their nails trimmed. I like that Bowzers allows walk ins for nail trims so when they need it I can go and get it done without appointments. They actually enjoy it and leave Bowzers happy and calm. Excellent service and nails look nice and smooth.

Just showed up with Bentley for a nail trim. They stopped what they were doing. Took him to the back. Quickly cut his nails. Used a nail grinder to smooth them. We were out of there in 10 mind. Great job. Bentley had fun. They were nice.

I was thrilled to get in the same day due to a cancelation. They did a great job on my mini sheepadoodle. She had gotten into the burrs on our road trip. I will definitely use Bowzer's while I am in the area!

I used to take my dog somewhere else and every time I picked him up he looked sad and really scared. It always took a couple of hours before he started acting normal again. I switched my Him here a few months ago and I've never had an issue. He always leaves really happy and he likes the little bandanas they put on him. He also likes to walk over and look at the horses next door.

I adopted a Kitten that was riddled with fleas. Called every groomer in town and no one could give her just a flea bath sale day. These nice ladies said no problem bring her in. Best groomer in town for sure
