We have been buying our Italian roast coffee for years from big lots and it was fantastic. They recently changed it up and it is the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Disappointing

I love Big Lots! I mostly love the things they have for outdoors. I never purchase at regular price only when they have sales because I think the prices are a little high. This has happened to me twice now when I've gone to buy something on sale that the item doesn't ring up with the discount. The first time I didn't notice it until I had already left the store and I had every intention to go back the following day for my $3 refund but I didn't. I know it's only $3 but still it just irks me if it's on sale it should come up as such and the customers should not have to be checking to insure they got the discount. This last time it was closing time and one item didn't come up as 20%off I asked the cashier about it and she said only swimming accessories which it was it was a splash pad and there were other sprinkler type play items that were on the same racks marked 20%off all the items on the 3 shelves were marked 20% off all three shelves had the 20%sticker on them. She goes and looks and I said isn't it all the items there because it was on those shelves and she said no only accessories. They were already closed by now and I didn't want to argue so I just said ok and the as I was leaving she said pools aren't included. I thought to myself it's not a pool it's a pool accessory but I left anyways but I will go back tomorrow to speak to someone else and get my $5 back because it was there with everything else that was a sprinkler type water thing and it should have also been discounted. Hopefully they don't give me a hassle about it. I just hate that I have to go back now to get my discount. They really need to check into their items they put on sale more and I feel if a customer questions them then they should automatically call over a manager for clarification. Especially since she obviously wasn't even paying attention to what I bought because it wasn't a pool at all and she could have easily seen that if she would have looked closely or just read the box.

Stopped by to get some cat treats and got myself some snacks for the road. Shocking they're actually had the whole entire store completely filled with things not a single empty shelf as many stores do. The staff there was quite helpful it was amazing on some of the prices that they actually had I was quite shocked to see that you can actually get a yoga mat for $5 or $10 that I see every place else that's 25 and $75.

The Cat food Big Lots is really bad. During Christmas time I ran out of cat food, went to Big lots and grabbed a bag. My cats would not eat it. Hours later the cats gave in and ate the food. The cats were running around all over the house, which is not normal unless there is a Christmas tree up 😂All night the cats ran around again which is not normal. So I will never buy cat food at Big lots.

Big Lots has great sales every week. If you wait or see something on sale and think, "Oh I'll come back for that!" It won't be there when you do go back. I find a lot of great items for my home throughout the store. I gave them three Stars bc I didn't clear for a store credit card. Maybe next time? Check them out if you haven't already. The staff are helpful, courteous and very much appreciated.

I came out with much more than I went in for!!! A $10 gift card and $149.00 of my own money!! Lots of things,. There was a few items not marked so I passed then by!... Need more cashier's but the one I went through was very nice and accurate!!

They were very helpful several came by on there way going else where stopped to say hello and wanted to know if they could help me find something or reach something for me since I am wheelchair bound. Very nice people there.Store was CLEAN they were also working their FREIGHT it looked like. It they could have been just filling in.They have quite the food inventory! Don't remember there being so much was just some snack stuff.

It was a typical store visit alot of last minute shoppers in which the store was in a big shamble the cashiers were extremely nice inspite the long lines my cashier was very friendly and courteous had patience because I was trying to use my discount code but my internet was taking for ever she never changed her demeanor she was so nice eventually we got it down loaded and she even gave me a even better discount overall it was a great deal and a good experience at big lots I wish I had her name great hospitality and big lots should be glad they have her as an employee 5 stars 🌟is under rated and the manger was very friendly as well nevertheless this my review of Big Lots...

Excellent store and personnel working here. I Think the furniture and financing they offered me was a great deal. Store is nice and clean and we do grocery and household shopping, I think they have most items we needed to spruce up our home. Most items are a fair bargain. We will be back to this store again and more likely again.

Big Lots had the small fryer I wanted at a competitive price. It also has a specific brand and model of drain strainer that I prefer over other products by competition. There are unique condiments and seasonings in the grocery aisle, too. I am happy with the selection and prices found at this Big Lots location.

The Big Lots in Yuma measured up well when compared to other store locations I have shopped at. Being Christmas time, holiday inventory dominated much of the store and was nicely displayed. I found nearly all the items on my list. Despite there being only one check out clerk with a long waiting line, she was friendly, fast, and very efficient.

Parking lot is kinda awkward and sometimes they don't have enough cashiers. But they still have good discounted health foods and coffee as well as some pretty decorations. It's worth a trip.

One of my favorite places to shop! Great deals on foods and housewares. This store was recently remodeled with a single line leading to multiple registers. This location is organized well and the workers have been helpful.

I felt that Big Lots was an insult to my better judgement as a consumer, their prices, were ridiculously high for most of the items that I would purchase regularly at either a Walmart, or my local supermarket. Personally the only time I would make a purchase there is if it happened to be an item I was unable to find elsewhere.

Big Lots is a store of Discounted Items; Not a store of Cheap Items, for the most part. Some Departments have a wide variety; others. Not so much. I rarely fail to find what I am looking for; usually I find a lot more than I have on my list. I enjoy brousing through the multitude of choices. If I am in a hurry, the knowlegable staff can usually tell me if they have what I am looking for.

Carolina made our visit a lot of fun. Found lots of Christmas decorating ideas. We were looking for a specific set of lights and Big Lots was the only store that had what we wanted. We'll be back.

I like Big Lots for the seasonal closeout items they take drastic markdowns to sell thru quickly. . Their furniture assortment has the size I need to fit into my RV. Prices are usually lower than traditional furniture stores. Like shhoping here.
