I am so glad we found this business on Google. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had initially gone in to inquire about their prices on tires, thinking we needed to buy tires before doing an alignment. The staff recommended an alignment check to prevent from wasting more money then necessary. The staff was very honest and based their suggestions on the test they conducted and the results. Based on this wonderful experience, I will be doing all my car services with them from this point forward. I highly recommend them not just because of their impeccable customer service, but also their knowledge. Thank you for a great experience. I will be a returning customer from this point and moving forward.

This is an honest business. My check engine light came on. I took it to Big Brand as always. I showed W the code that was thrown. He did his research and recommended replacing a small valve. Price for job, $200. So he ordered the part. I returned the next day. As his mechanic was working on my car he found that a hose was detached and the part that was ordered had been replaced already. They showed me everything. Mechanic fixed the hose. He reset the codes, took it for test drive. Check engine light did not come on. They could have just replaced the valve I would be none wiser. But W adjusted my invoice and I paid $51. He saved me $150. Thank you Big Brand Tire.

I was able to walk in and get my valve stem replaced in under 10 minutes. The man who helped me was beyond polite and extremely helpful and I’m so thankful I used this place to help with my tire. For sure if I’m back in Arizona and need help again I will be using this place again

I just went in to have my tires checked. I had a small nail in one of my tires. They found a very small piece of it still in the tire but it didn’t actually hurt the tire. Then they checked the tire pressure in all my tires. They also checked my spare at no charge! Everything seems good. They were very helpful and nice.

This is a fantastic place to do business. We had tires changed on our fifth wheel trailer. Wilbert was friendly and knowledgeable when I called to book it in. When we arrived he and the mechanic (can't remember his name) were both super friendly and great to deal with (especially with my somewhat confusing instructions!). Can you believe it? The flat tire repair is FREE! Yep, FREE! I went here because a nail was in my tire. I was looking for a tire shop that's nearby and this one popped up. I was shooked because it was really free. Good thing that they had a lot of empty slots for appointment the next day, therefore I had the chance to book one for early morning. For quick repair they were fast and you don't even know that the mechanic is done already.

I was in need to change 4 tires in my car. I went to many places and no other place had the tires on stock. I was really in a rush and BBT was the only ones to have what i need. They front desk clerks were really positive and helpful, even tho I was a bit lost on the information they were giving me, they were able to better explain the process and what other areas needed attention in my car. Maybe their chairs are not the most comfortable but they sure make a client feel welcome and helped. 5 out of 5.

We were on our way to SD when our tire blew up just passed Yuma. I called Big Brand Tire and they answered quickly and assured me they had multiple options for my tire size and they will be ready for us when we got there. They also let our dog inside and offered us water to beat the heat. They helped unpack and pack my trunk and didn't push anything extra on us. Really helpful during a stressful time! Thank you!
