My husband was coming home from rehab. I needed to change the flooring throughout the house to make it handicap accessible. I stopped in this store, met Hector who guided the whole project. It turned out beautifully. What is more amazing is that 3 years later, there was major floor damage from broken pipes. I called Hector who looked up my account, found the same flooring, and once again guided the project. I love this store because of him, how he has made me feel valued, and the quality and price has been great.

Justin Beard guided me through the process of picking the right flooring for our project, getting us set up for measurement and was very attentive from start to finish including follow up phone calls after leaving the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products even knowing what our company colors are and showing us the best color patterns.John Painter made it a breeze to finalize payment and securing the install appt. Great tile at a reasonable price! Even though our project was small Hector the sales consultant who helped us gave us his undivided attention. Once he got an idea of what we wanted and our budget he collected samples and helped us narrow down the choices. He loaned out a couple of sample boards so we could live with them a few days to decide. He even extended a couple days while I was waiting for some other samples to arrive in the mail.When I went to purchase I called ahead and he was waiting. He offered to check out grout and edge samples to help on the final touches. He followed up as promised (a day early actually) and the tile was ready when promised.The guy folks at the pick-up area were polite and efficient.A great experience from start to finish!A great experience start to finish!

Wow! Just arranged installation of our carpet so can’t speak to the installers’ work yet. But we worked with Hector in choosing our carpet, arranging our measure and scheduling. He was great. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very happy with the service thus far.Editing to say: Sergio and Michael installed our carpeting today. They are very professional and know their stuff! The seams between the room and the closet look great and the edge to the hall where the strip is is very well done. They even sent a manager to check out the work and make sure it was up to standards. We are very pleased with the entire process. We chose in stock carpet and the whole process took less than a week. So easy! I highly recommend Big Bob’s.

This is the second time we have had Big Bob's Flooring sell us flooring and installation for our house. They have always given us great prices and superb service in remodeling our floors. The most recent time the estimator told us the job would take three days. The installers, Jose & Johnathon completed the job in two days, including moving our furniture out and back in. The workmanship was superb, our bedroom looks great.We are very satisfied and thank them for their service !

I paid for carpet and installation for my parents home. The installation looks great, and price was fair...However, the installers of this company did damaged my parents bedroom wall during installation. I appreciate that BBFO's management took corrective action to repair which was completed by a very talented and kind handywoman named Sandy (I reccomend her for your repair projects, but I am unsure she'd like her number posted).Buyer beware, although it is in their policy to review the job done, always inspect the area before and after the service is complete. This would be a five star rating had their middle management carried out their policy, followed-up and followed through without giving me the go around upon my complaint.

Wow! I had gone to Bob’s Flooring 5 months ago for estimates on laminate flooring for my home. Was given great prices but was unable to purchase at the time. Today, I went in ready to purchase my flooring and found the same flooring and was honored the same price given to me. And talk about customer service. I had the best experience. We bought a home last fall that was all tiled. Wanted the warmth of carpet but didn’t want to destroy the tile since we didnt have any more original tiles. Our only option was to have a larger area rug made. We went to Big Bob’s to ask some questions and the salesman that spoke with us first said, “That’s not a normal thing we do here. You might as well get something on Wayfair.” We were a bit taken aback but pressed on and asked for carpet options for the project. The salesman didn’t give us any options other than what we had picked out on our own and said he didn’t think there were any other options in the store. Thank goodness another wonderful salesman (John) stepped in and gave us some options/samples that fit our needs. Steve came and measured the space and we ended up ordering the rug to be sewn and bound. Upon delivery the rug looked rough. The padding was too small, the rug was too big and didn’t fit the space and the seam was very visible. I called our original salesman and said it didn’t fit and that we weren’t going to accept it at that time. I told him the issues and he said he could probably fix the pad but not the seam and went on to ask if I had even measured the space. I told him that’s why I hired them. Obviously I didn’t want to work with him at that point and asked for a manager. Steve called us shortly after and was wonderful and corrected the mistakes. Steve delivered the carpet himself about a week later and we are very satisfied with the final product. However, we are not happy with the way our original salesman interacted with us. His people skills and customer service leaves much to be desired. Had John and Steve not stepped in they would have lost a sale. We would probably work with Big Bob’s again but certainly not with our original salesman.

We are very pleased with our purchase of carpeting from Big Bob's. We visited the store, Chris the salesman helped us decide on a couple of choices and we went home with some samples. This was on a Tuesday, by Friday, Steve was at our house measuring and writing the order. The next Tuesday, 2 young men, Adrian and Israel were here on time (the earliest time given) and did a very good job of installing the carpet? Very courteous, hard working and worked steady, right through lunchtime. They started in at 8:30 a.m. and never looked up until they were done about 2:25 p.m. They also moved our furniture with great care. Can't say enough about these guys work ethic, we certainly appreciated how well they did. Best place to do your flooring business.

We purchased tile and carpet from a terrific rep, Carlos, at Big Bob's. I didn't think anyone could have that much patience!! The tile installers just completed the tile work and did a fantastic job! Starting with showing up on time all three days!! If you live in Yuma, having contractors arrive on time is rare. Julio and his assistant Jose were the installers and they were professional, knowledgeable and diligent...very impressive!! Thank you for a great job!

Ditto for their excellent service. Kat helped me find the perfect flooring. Who am I kidding? She didn't help--she found it!. And the 2 installers- Lee and the other guy worked 1 1/2 days without taking breaks. The cost of installation was totally worth it. The job of installing the laminate was definitely not a DYI job. And Steve, the measurer knows what he is doing too.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our Grand Design fifth wheel slide. Went in and talked with Chris Hill. He was very professional and courteous and knew the challenges related to RV carpeting. We needed a unique shape cut… no problem. We needed a finished edge, with rounded corners… no problem. We needed pet protection… No problem! We went with their top of the line carpet, paid a really reasonable price. It was ready when he said it would be and we installed it without any problems since they cut the shape and finished the edge perfectly. We couldn’t be happier!

I had carpet removed from 2 bedrooms and new carpet installed in one and tile in the other, they did a beautiful job.I also had 2 hallway closets a coat closet and a pantry tiled. Today we had padding and carpet installed by Octavio and Sergio. These men were professional friendly and knew what they were doing! They take pride in their workmanship and it shows! Big Bob’s showed no respect for their customer. In a place like Yuma with many seniors trying to fix up their homes, Big Bob’s oversold me double the carpet that could have been used with a seam or two. They said they wouldn’t do that! Then would do nothing to help me when I was left with 150 sq ft of extra carpet. There is nothing I can do with this piece of carpet. I can’t even move it around. I don’t need a medical problem trying to deal with this stuff. Very unhappy with the experience!

The floor help at big Bob's will get you everything you need to know about your floor project a make sure you understand the best ways to visualize you color matching mine was from a gray laminate floor to carpet! Originally placed an order with a big box store here in town for a carpet install thinking they would be the cheapest and the quickest. Because the process was taking weeks I had to go another route. Called Big Bob's and Carlos answered. He was very professional and seemed like he sincerely wanted to help. Stopped by the same day to pick out the flooring. Mario and Roberto installed the next day. I am sure they are not able to do a 2 day turnaround for all customers but I was lucky enough to get in. The process was simple and everyone I talked with from the beginning to end was very polite and professional. Plus, I saved $500 compared to that big box store I mentioned earlier. We will use them again!
