Brian @ Geek Squad at Best Buy was amazing to us. We were a walk in and while he was running diagnostic tests on our product he kept my 5 year old engaged because my son was "bored". He even game him a little super hero pin ! It's nice to have that kindness to the youth. We appreciate it !

Tried to purchase a TV on sale, but it wasn't in stock at the store. They said I could pick it up in 10 days at the store. 10 days go by and the order is delayed and it's no longer available. I go to the store and they can't give me any details on shipping or where it is in their system. They offer a much inferior TV for the same price, and it's in stock. I'm told the one I purchased would not likely be delivered as it's no longer offered for sale. In addition, an email I received said my credit card wouldn't be charged until the item was shipped. My credit card was charged the day I put in the order. I did get the charge reversed when I canceled the order but looking on line the next day I noticed the very same TV on sale again but at a higher price than my original order. Bottom line. If you can't pick it up at the store the day you purchase it don't bother with their ordering system because it more than likely will not get delivered.

Disappointed with their non-existent Customer Service and Subpar Product Selection.My recent visit to Best Buy left me thoroughly underwhelmed and utterly disappointed. I entered the store with a shopping list and cash in hand. The list included a Microwave, an LG widescreen monitor, a new router, and a new sim card for my 5G mobile hotspot.I'm assuming now that it was Best Buy's annual "Ignore all customers day". Despite the presence of over a dozen employees scattered throughout the store, not a single one bothered to greet me or inquire if I needed any assistance. With only around 15 customers present, it was evident that the store wasn't bustling with activity, yet the employees seemed preoccupied with their own conversations and tasks, completely neglecting their role in customer service.As I navigated through the aisles in search of the items on my list, I couldn't help but feel extremely unimpressed with their product selection. Many of the advertised sales items were nowhere to be found, and the overall organization and layout of the store left much to be desired. Despite my obvious need for assistance, I found myself ignored for a frustrating 30 minutes, along with other customers who appeared equally lost and in need of help.Eventually, I stumbled upon a Sim card that seemed suitable and proceeded to the register. However, even at checkout, the dismal service persisted. The cashier muttered incomprehensible words at me, displaying a complete disregard for basic communication. When I sought clarification, I was met with further indifference as he diverted his attention to another customer before completing my transaction.While I understand that employees may not work on commission, basic courtesy and attentiveness should still be expected in a customer service-oriented environment. Unfortunately, Best Buy failed to deliver on both fronts. The combination of poor service and inadequate product selection has left me with no choice but to seek alternative shopping options, perhaps online where customer service is not a mere afterthought.My experience at Best Buy fell far short of expectations, and I would caution others against expecting anything more than frustration and disappointment from this store.I hope your experiences fare better than mine.Sincerely,Rob

Recent visit , sales associate Brandon was Excellent, Knowledgeable and Professional. My laptop was broken and I decided to upgrade since Best buy was having a sale. Eric was the Geek Squad associate and said my information couldn't be transferred because Microsoft had encrypted my files. Luckily we were able to get my data transferred after all . I highly recommend Brandon 👌

Terrible Geek Squad home repair for my Dryer. No contact, Canceled my appointment mulitple times during the holiday. Had to wait over 10 days for no one to show up for the appointment. The call center states they are waiting for parts. What parts? no one has even seen my dryer! I had to call another service to come and spend a couple hundred dollars to find out that my moister sensor had stuff on it and needed clean. Now I know how to clean the sensor but no thanks to Geek Squad. I would never buy their protection again. Terrible service!

Very awkward staff, came in and grabbed a few things. Stood up front for awhile waiting for someone to man the cash register. Said hello to a guy in customer service and was ignored. I guess the hiring pool isn't that great at this location.

Same as any other except I was invisible to all employees. After searching for 20+ minutes, I found what I was looking for and went to check out. I felt like an inconvenience to the two cashiers that were in conversation.

My boyfriend went in looking for something very specific and he was successful in finding it here at Best Buy. I was browsing the phones and cases, when I noticed the associates in that area clean the phones on display after being handled 👏 Thank you for doing your part in keep us safe 😌🙌 Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

I would like to express my gratitude to Avani for her exceptional customer serve and going above and beyond. I had to exchange an unlocked phone and there were so many steps, but she was so patient and pleasant. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help…Best Buy in Yuma is lucky to have her!

Not the greatest Best Buy that I have shopped at. Couldn't find anyone in the store to help me. So I left without getting what I wanted, bought it elsewhere. I guess they can afford customers shopping at the competition.

Don't apply here. Don't even go in if you are having a good day, unless you want that to be changed instantly. Ernie the general manager was very dismissive and abrasive during my 10 min interview. Waste of my time. Felt very embarrassing to stand in that store and wait idly while they figured out how to interview me. Sorry I showed up a few minutes early. Your little interviewing office is creepy too. Bad management and today's experience kinda ruined this local store for me

I was looking for a laptop to screen homes for sale in another state. I need to buy a home and this laptop will be very helpful. I have looked at homes inside and out. I can also look at the surroundings and make a judgement call of the neighborhod. This laptop was very reasonably priced. Wish me luck in finding a home.

After some confusion with our Best Buy TotalTech membership, we were finally sent an email that our broken GoPro was eligible for a replacement. We went to the store, per email, and were told we had to wait a few more days because the guy who approves the replacements was out for a few days. Jimmy with the Geek Squad was able to figure it out and we were able to get our replacement GoPro. Thank you Jimmy for your help.

We came for new phone cases and left with one phone case, a 58" TV and a tripod.4 stars because they don't have a music/drum room and they didn't have a single case for my Motorola Edge Plus. They carry several cases for the iPhone and Samsung but if you have a smartphone, you're out of luck.We picked up a 58" TCL TV for $330. If you've never considered TCL, do it. I first tried one out in an ambulance station and was impressed how fast the TV responds to the remote, no delay like many other name brands. It's fast, affordable and has a great picture. Best part is we got it on sale/clearance for half the normal price. I like it better than my Samsung and Vizio TV'S.The employees were top notch, friendly and very helpful. When we purchase our TV the employee access what vehicle we had, we told him a Jeep Liberty. He then got out of his phone looked it up and said oh yeah this TV will fit in your Jeep no problem. After paying for it he took it out to our car and helped load it up.Other than not having a drum room or a case for my phone, I really like this Best buy and would definitely recommend coming here if you need electronics.

The worst customer service ever! Bought an I Pro tablet. Wasn’t in stock so they ordered it. I travel the country so stayed an extra week here in Yuma. No big deal, weather was nice. Ordered on the 26th told it would be here on the 6th. Go to pick it up today on the 7th. Said they forgot to order it. No order number on the receipt. No apologies, just issued me a refund and shopping again. Surprised this store is still in business!

Was trying to figure out how to do it on the website but couldn’t. Oscar Ferguson was the absolute best today! I live 30min away from the store and was in USMC uniform so I couldn’t go into the store. I’m pretty sure he was headed home, after his shift, but he still helped me to get my order since it wouldn’t let me make it curbside and I would have to spend 1hour driving just to pick up my order. Thank you so much I wish all employees were as helpful as him!
