I am leaving this store as a customer after almost 7 years as a very devoted customer. This is a trust issue, a few weeks ago I accidentally dropped an expensive item that was very important to me personally. I watched go under one of one of their machines. The clerk got the onduty manager, who fished around a little with a coat hanger, but couldn't find it. She said she would have the night crew get it out and have it for me in the office. After not hearing back I finally was able to get a hold of the G m who had some do a good check under there for it with no result. So this only leads me to believe that someone one the night shift now has a very nice and expensive handmade pocket knife. I can't handle this kind of dishonesty, sorry.

This store smells like hammered a$$ and rotten food from the second you walk in the store. The produce department is doing a great job keeping their area clean and neat so that's a plus, but be prepared to hold your breath throughout the rest of the store.

Got this tiramisu cake for my birthday and it was fantastic! The people in the bakery were super helpful. 3 people stopped to ask my boyfriend and I if we needed help finding anything or get anything from the refrigerated display cases!Everyone was masked 😷Everyone was so nice to us!Cake was super tasty!10/10 in my books 👍

This place doesn't provide freshly made sushi like the ones in other states. They do have a deli which is okay

They store is always clean and stocked. A few employees stand out the most: an employee that wears thick brimmed glasses, another employee at the self checkout with slicked back hair that is always respectful, a guy who works out at the checkout whose name I think is Robert, and the manager who I always see on the floor and making things right for customers. I would give the store five stars if they didn't force a "digital coupon" and the prices not marking down until after the transaction is nearly finalized making it difficult to be sure sale prices are honored until after the transaction is made.

They always have pop on sale. I also love their homemade meatloaf, ribs and chicken in all varieties. I love the deli selections and the bakery. So many easy, ready to prepare food choices now!

The most ridiculous policy on the rug doctor pro. The first one’s motor gave out in the middle of use and left my carpet grey. Exchanged it for another one but was missing a piece so not usable. Went back to swap it out but they said their policy was that they can’t do a second exchange. Not very helpful staff and apparently not good at their jobs. Their policy should be to not rent out faulty merchandise with missing pieces. The most horrible experience. Spent over $80 and my carpet is still dirty. Save your time and money; just hire a professional.

Very good price and product good deals. But the bread 🍞 does not last long, I will check it out before I pay for it because we can get sick! Please don't trust Albertsons store in 24th St and Ave B !

I have never been a fan of Albertsons anywhere that I have lived. Not the case here in Yuma. I had been a Fry's shopper for years wherever I had lived. I am in the foothills so Fry's was an obvious choice for several years. Then the store changed this year. Not sure if it was a new manager or what, but I was willing to find a new store. Albertsons had the variety of choices that I liked. It is well staffed and well stocked. I will miss the fuel points and gas station at Fry's

Purchased chicken salad, both my husband and I developed digestive issues.....nausea & diarrhea. HorriblePurchased the tortilla chips from the deli, they were greasy with a terrible after taste. We could not eat them.Purchased chicken strips & potato wedges that were also greasy with a bad after taste.We threw everything out....Will never purchase from Albertson's again...

Things I don't like. Vegetable/fruit section regularly does not display prices. Some of their vegetable sources need review. Not the best quality. I have complained to the manager about this but nothing happens.Goofy product placement. I am accustomed to it by now, but why would you place ribs and seafood in the dairy section away from the meat.Sales, they run out of sale items. They were out of 3 item I wanted last week. I asked for rain checks this time. Took forever to have them completed. For two weeks in a row they've been out of the same product. I like the Dannon yogurt multi pack. It is almost always the same "sale price" also known as regular price.Meat, good and bad. Have gotten excellent cuts of meat at good prices but many of their cuts are not presented well. They sometimes look smeared.They are convenient and I can shop rapidly. Some of their standard items are great. Their staff are friendly and professional. Mostly clean. Could do better.

I shop here all the time. I more often than not have a great experience. Only time I've ever really had anything negative occur was when dealing with one of the managers. Everyone else is usually very helpful.

Nice store to go shopping. The ads had some very good prices. What I really appreciate is when I check out there is a cashier and a BAGGER PERSON. Why can't Walmart have baggers to speed things up? I appreciate stores that value their customers.

They tend to have very good deals. Older store, could use a remodel. But, staff is friendly and I have been an Albertsons shopper in L.A. then in South Florida. I enjoy this chain greatly.

We signed up for the Albertsons free app. By use of it you can get some terrific bargains. More than once with this for 97 cents each!!. About four bargains a week are posted on a Wednesday. Log on click on them give me your telephone number at checkout save tons of money. Recommended

The employees that work here are all very polite. The managers are friendly and the specials they have on meat are insane. The best deal is their Buy one pack of (chicken, beef,or pork,) get three free! I'd always ask the managers for the specials of the day

Albertsons is a great grocery store with decent selection. You can find whatever you're looking for, maybe only 1-3 different brands to choose from at this location but still a good variety.

If you don't have a loyalty card...GET ONE! Albertsons has some truly exceptional saving for loyalty card members. They had a fair selection of different fruits in produce. Since cows have apparently become endangered beef prices are pretty unreasonable but Albertsons seems to at least be fairly close to the competition. I don't know that I would recommend them for all your shopping needs but I definitely advise shopping the specials.

Usually don't shop @, Albertsons except the vhic when I get a craving for their fried chickenThe store itself was beautiful, clean, and we'll organized. Prices of course were outta sight which is true for all grocers. The only problem was (much to my disappoint) the chicken was way over cooked.Took one look to see it was really over- cooked!

Clean and well stocked just like I am accustom to from any Albertsons Grocery Store. Though I wish they still carried Blood Orange Tea Bags! Best tea I ever tasted, however very hard to find.

They are never very well prepared for the items on sale. The service deli have 5 similar styles of potatoe salad and some mac salad but nothing exciting and different. Very generic . I never ever see management on the floor. The store needs some DM and merchandisers to get things on track and more desirable . Please .

I don't shop there very often they do have cheaper prices on meat when they have their sales. I just constantly watch their ads and I check online.
