The changes are refreshing!! Loving the new crew and menu options... The manager, Sandra, was very knowledgeable about the menu options... Her personal recommendations were absolutely on point!!! The store got very busy, very quickly and it seemed like the crew was familiar with most of the other people in line with me. Sandra was able to talk to quite a few of the customers, on a first name basis! " Are you getting your usual,bor are you going to change it up on me today ?" The two gentlemen behind me in line both replied, " the usual on a 12"!". They both then walked away and like a professional she just started making their "usuals"!! The other employee that was with her seemed to be very new ....she gently guided them through the next customer and was attentive when the customer asked a question that they weren't quite sure of. This store is a diamond in the ruff . A bit overpriced but what isn't nowadays. I don't mind paying a little extra for the service and the environment is of good quality . This store is that and then some...so stop in and talk with, Sandra...u won't be disappointed.!!!Vegetarian options: They offer the veggie patty...u just gotta ask for itKid-friendliness: Kids meals boosters and high chairs available upon requestWheelchair accessibility: Yes there are 2 wheelchair accessible tables

The workers here are not really knowledgeable. They get irritated easily. They won't accept any bill over $20... no ifs ands or buts! They are usually out of alot, so have a few options on your mind before you walk in. They get my order wrong about 2 out of 3 times i go. But they're isn't anything else in Wittmann. It's attached to the shell gas station... cheaper to buy your drinks at Shell!

Ben and Skyler were terribly rude. Not just to me but to everyone they interacted with during my visit. They should not be in a position dealing with customers.This location was out of quite a few ingredients. I did not wait, walked right up to give my order and they expressed rudeness that I did not read a sign they had posted on the glass folded down. They expressed this same shortness and entitlement to every customer. Please re-evaluate these two employees immediately.

This location has great food and great service. They have consistently given my family and I quality food for years. Everyone here is smiling and quick to make your order. Ingredients are always fresh, and I love how they now do pizzas! There is also indoor seating available, which is awesome, and the restaurant is super clean. I’d definitely recommend stopping by and getting a footlong or a personal pizza.Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies available from lettuce to olives to peppers to cucumber! You can also make a salad if you’d like and ask for the meat to be left out.Parking: Parking can be difficult to find during peak hours. This location is inside a gas station, so it’s pretty busy.

I’ve been going to this subway lately and the person that happen to always take my order is Mercedes. She always get my order right every single time and is always super friendly.I am so glad she is the manager there now because whenever I had someone else take my order they always look like they didn’t want to be there. However now I see a different change in atmosphere and the staff is more welcoming.

Food normal subway, atmosphere good thanks to ladies at the shell.However the attitude I received from Skyler was almost one of the worst ever.And I drive truck so I see alot of Subways.When I asked him to change his gloves after returning to his work station after going through a metal door he copped attitude. And told me they don't like us changing our gloves so much....... Well maybe don't leave your work station before preparing someone's food.

Willie helped me today and he made two very nice looking sandwiches. There was no wait and he promptly helped me. I appreciated the fast service and how he carefully prepared my food. I also bought some cookies and they were excellent, nice and soft. Haven't had a good meal from subway like this in a long time!

Very Bad experience I have done, me and my friend we ordered two sandwiches, one non veg & one veg, there was an lady staff(old lady), she was not treating normally, it’s like rudely, she was not listening us properly, when she gives us the sandwiches she put the wrong sticker, green to non veg and red to veg, I am vegetarian from my childhood, when I took one bite then I came to know her mistake, I felt vary bad.

Love coming here! Staff are amazing and go above and beyond. My most recent visit, as I was waiting to place my order, a woman came in with her kids (around toddler age.) Of course they quickly started crying. It was very loud and me and some of the other customers started to get annoyed. But, out of nowhere, a worker came out into the lobby, holding 6 loaves of bread, Italian Herbs and Cheese, and fresh out of the oven. He seemed pretty cool. I don't remember his name but I believe it started with an S. To everyone's amazement, he began juggling all 6 loaves at once! He was very skilled and the children loved him! Just when I thought he couldn't be any cooler, he went behind the counter, picked up slices of ham and started blowing them up like balloons! He made me a dog, and my daughter got a flower. Amazing. I will never go anywhere else. That big guy is exactly what the world needs right now.Vegetarian options: VegateblParking: Yeah

I use to strongly dislike this location due to the customer service I use to go out of my way to stop wickenburg which lately has not had the great service it once did . I decided to give this subway another try and I ran into one of my favorite servers that is no longer at the Wickenburg location although she did not make my sub I noticed a change in the customer service with her here! Based off of that I believe the service in wickenburg has changed with her being gone possibly . I will definitely be coming here more often thanks to mercadies

I stopped by for a sub after a heck of a day dealing with my RV and Cristy helped me. She has phenomenal customer service skills! She She was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. She and her co-worker had amazing smiles and really made everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend this Subway as their food and service is well above par 👏👏

Worker does not listen to customer. Asked for footlong to be hollowed out he puts into toaster. Other worker tells him to take bread out of middle. Then same worker doesn't put meat on correctly nor the right amount of meat. Very disappointed in sandwich outcome. Will Never go back to this location.

Myself and sandwich maker, were the only one in store. I was on my way to work and stopped in. She started three online sandwiches while I stood there. Sorry, Im not waiting, nor do I have the time to wait on 3 invisible people. Someone needs to learn to multitask and fit in the online orders while you promply and politily wait on people standing in front of you. The server did neither, she seems to always be in a bad mood and hates her job. I left, no $15.00 sandwich sold today. I stop in about 3 to 4 times a week.

This subway has got one of the greatest, an hardest working teams, the fact they do their best and maintain their greatness to the fullest really shows the heart in the art of these people. Most people don’t realize the hard aches of what it takes to be more then just a subway artist, it’s more then just making a sandwich, those who complain must not know the game. Don’t suggest from others who rarely care for themselves, see what it really takes when dealing with all different types of customers. Everyone isn’t going to be satisfied with the work, but nobody knows how much work it takes to keep this place in top tier shape. I Ricco the great of this company will expand further on my greatness, I love my team, we don’t have the most of everything, but we do the best to give our customers the best experience. We use what we got to the best of our advantage, and if everyone isn’t ok with us trying our best, that’s ok, we won’t be able to satisfy that everyone has the best experiences, we have only so much control over our destiny, the only way the best comes out of everything is if we work together.Peace& love to everyone who enters, an with all, we can become our greatest version, by understanding each other.Ps haters are gonna hate, but greats will always be realer than fake.

I don’t really write reviews, but wow, the 11:30AM team had prepared one ladies order of about 10 sandwiches, and with only two sets of hands working, that ONE order caused a huge line. All I gotta say, is that this is the fastest team I’ve seen in the food industry, despite the long line (customers all understandably waiting), the workers remained calm and friendly under pressure. Really good job guys, ima come back and leave a tip.

I was treated rudely by the staff mainly the manager. She treats the customer with so much disrespect that I even wrote the corporate office. Then I found out it is owned as a franchise store. I even contacted the owner with no reply. I am not the only person that has been treated rudely by the manager, I have found many others with the same feelings.I will not be going back to this location until they change some of the employees with people that respect the customer.UPDATE:New manager and employees. Maybe things might change.

I'd steer clear of this location. Flys everywhere even underneath the lid cover over the veggies and meats. Lid and counters are filthy, needed wiped down. One of the employees wasn't sure if the knives where clean. The bread was so stale. Ended up throwing my sub out the window.

December 23rd went in there one hour before closing. And they informed my friend and I that they were closing up. I mentioned that they are open for another hour he says it doesn't matter they're closing up. He wanted to get to his six friends that were at the table waiting for him. So they decide to close up early. This happens way too often at that Subway.
