Attended their latest farm tour this past weekend.Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the owners are open about their experiences and sharing their knowledge on cultivating trees, gardening, and farming, specifically in the tricky AZ desert climate.Great inspiration and information, and recommend anyone just starting out or desiring to expand their own knowledge base in trees, gardening, farming, and homesteading, check them out. Also, they raffled off some of their own mulberry wine (they have several varieties of mulberry trees on the property), and might I add, I won a bottle, and it's pretty delicious!Would love to visit again, and next time, I'll get some eggs before they sell out!....and some more mulberry wine!

Wow! We were so impressed with the Edge of Nowhere Farm when we attended the farm tour last week. Duane and Lori were just as lovely and generous as they seem on YouTube. We were so inspired that we took steps to start gardening on our land, finally. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience so freely!

What a wonderful tour of Duane and Lori's The Edge of Nowhere Farm. It's such an inspiration to see what can be done to grow things in the desert. I learned so much about growing plants and trees with judicious use of water. Also how farm animals can be integrated into the health of the land. I highly recommend attending the tours or just checking out the farm.

Super fantastic! We joined Duane & Lori for a Saturday morning tour of the farm & really enjoyed getting to personally meet them & see their home.We follow them on YouTube & have always enjoyed seeing how they set their farm up & share their successes & failures with raising fruit/nut trees, raising animals, gardening, irrigation, ect. & what aspects we can use for our urban home to become more self sufficient & have food that we raise ourselves. I loved learning about some additional trees to add to our property, such as champagne mulberry & almond & I'm glad that I was convinced NOT to add pecan trees.Duane & Lori are very knowledgeable to Desert Southwest farming & it's wonderful that they honestly share their entire experience...not just the picture perfect stuff. We enjoyed being able to purchase sugar cane starts, moringa seeds & a new onion variety that I'm excited about. They also had farm fresh eggs for sale. We already have laying hens but I was interested to learn more about meat hens & they may be added to my flock. It's a beautiful drive out to their property & we look forward to visiting again soon. Especially when the "You Pick" events are available to gather some fruit from their trees.

A fantastic farm with the best hosts!!! Trees, orchards, gardens, vineyards, chickens, pigs, ducks, turkeys, goats,….. and a llama! (Just kidding, no llamas.). I learn everything from EON and then some! They’re the best! (They also give classes for “saying goodbye” to your meat chickens. )It’s always a pleasure to visit the farm in any season. Everyone needs to go at least once. Highly recommended.

Hello there... My husband and I visited the Edge of Nowhere Farm this Saturday morning (April 20, 2024. It was open to the public, free of charge...We got a lot in return.... I got to taste my first taste of Mulberry. It was the best tasting mulberry, they have many varieties of mulberries, but my favorite was the Black Pakistan mulberry. The fruits are long, longer than the other varieties, very sweet, very delicious. I can eat it all day long.Duane and Lori are very knowledgeable about what they do, when it comes to Trees, Pigs, chickens, eggs. They raise pigs, goats, chicken, Turkeys in the middle of the desert of Arizona. What amazed me was how Duane pruned the fruit trees. Trees are neat, low, but wide, you can pick the fruits easily. Edge of Nowhere Farm is really a nice place to visit and probably stay overnight (hope Duane and Lori will have that in the future as a plus). So many things to say... see for yourself, the next time they will have an open tour to their farm. You won't regret it. Get into their email list so you'll get notifications in the future. And listen to their YT channel, Edge of Nowhere Farm.Thank you, Duane and Lori!God Bless!

This was a great experience, one that I've been looking to attend for several years. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I pulled into the parking area. The information was very helpful to me, and applicable to what I'm doing on my property. I would highly recommend this event to anyone wanting advice on how to garden in the desert area of Arizona.

Had a great time with a group of friends. The tour was engaging, stimulating and I won a bottle of free homemade mulberry wine courtesy of the farm! Will be going again for the education of self-sustainability :)

Great farm filled with peach trees, almond trees, apple trees, grapes, mulberry, citrus and many more edible FOOD trees. Duane and Lori are filled with knowledge and ready to help you learn how you can farm in the desert like they do.

We usually raise our own Thanksgiving turkey, but this year didn't work out. So I got one from Edge of Nowhere farm and it was fantastic. Lori and Duane are very nice , down to earth folks and we enjoyed visiting with them and a walk about the farm.

Two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Their story is amazing and as their new start-up farm grows, it will become quite a rewarding stop for anyone wanting genuinely good fruit, poultry and more. Check out what's available on their site

I am a newly youtube subscriber on Edge of Nowhere Farms channel and since my family is soon looking to buy acreage in Yuma, AZ which is also Arizona dessert I am very glad this Farms journey is available to watch unfold so we can learn especially because land, climate, etc is similar to our future homesteading. Thanks & keep it up guys because without you knowing you are inspiring & teaching others.
