So i went there after calling to make sure they could get me in, I told them my car and everything they said I was good to go to just show up they didn't need to know the car details now. So i get there, and the lady helps the person behind me before me. It appeared they were friends. Then, when I was finally helped, they said they didn't have the type of oil for my car and that I would have to pay shelf prices, which was double the amount. Not having a choice, I went along with it. When i was done shopping, I hadn't received anything saying my car was done, if there were any issues durning the prices nothing, so I asked they said it was completed and outside but that my air filter needed to be changed. I said "okay can I get that done now?" The technician said "well it's already outside." The manager that was there stepped in and said "yes we'll get that in for you."Low and behold, they're out of the air filter as well, so I couldn't get that either. I left paying more than I should and upset because I was not being updated as to needing the air filter before they took my car outside. If they're out of something, that should not be the customers' fault, and we shouldn't have to pay extra because someone didn't keep that oil in stock. I was considering using this place as my normal spot, but I'm rethinking my options now due to my experience. I would not recommend this to my family or friends, so save your time and money and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Not once did any of them even apologize for any of the issues I had. I'm very disappointed.

Went to get a flat tire repaired in the morning at 7:00 when they were to open. The associate requested that the cars receiving oil changes be done before my tire was to be touched. I explained to him that the oil change and the tire Bay were too different areas that it was unfortunate that he would make me wait since there were two cars in the oil change Bay. I left unfortunately due to the customer service once again at this location.

Horrible experience at this location. I spend a lot of money at Walmart only to be treated like a crook. I purchased 2 60k mile tires that lasted 6k miles .I go back and was given 3rd degree, and up charged for 80k mile tiers. Both times was charred for lifetime balance I never agreed to. Those tires lasted 8k miles. I was on a trip out of town so went to another Walmart. When they contravention this store they came out saying it's my car and they won't honor any warranty or insurance I paid for. They said to drive on bald tires in rain to a mechanic in a town I dint know on a Sunday, if nothing wrong then we talk about what they'll do. Needless to say couldn't find mechanic and had a blow out next day.i finally got a shop to do check on car and they said it's not my car. The Mansfield said to bring in that letter to close store and they see what they could do. Nothing about being stuck in a deserted area with a cracked windshield now and so knows what other damage because of blow out. Careless people there who ruined our Thanksgiving, possibly my wife's last.

My mom went there for an oil change, she’s been going there for years for oil changes, but just recently she trusted them with her car and took it there. After the oil change it was normal but more and more driving she noticed some oil on our drive way, there was a lot of family visiting so she thought it was theirs. She was driving the car to flagstaff (which is about 50 miles) and halfway her car stalled, she called me because she said her oil pressure light came on before it stalled. We went there and saw there was no drain plug for the oil. She did mention that on her drive it sounded like something small hit the bottom of the car, to which I assumed it was the drain plug finally coming out. It seems like they didn’t tighten the drain plug all the way, and the oil that started coming out was the drain plug slowly loosening overtime. We gave them a call and they told us they can’t do anything about it. So they costed my mom a car for something they did wrong. Won’t be coming back anymore sadlyService: Oil change

Jolene at the front desk, Calvin in the shop, and Devin the manager SAVED MY LIFE with this same-day tire replacement service! I had gotten a flat 20 miles east of Winslow and drove with my spare to this auto center. These 3 individuals (especially Calvin doing the manual work) helped find a suitable tire replacement for me and got me on my way to Los Angeles safely. I am SO grateful to them!! I normally go here when I get my oil change. Mainly because of the convenience of a store full of stuff to keep me occupied while I wait.The staff are normal, never had a rude experience. They give me a status report on my tires and never charge me on things I don't want.

Rates are reasonable, but theres always a long wait for oil change. Wait time is over 1 and half hr or more. Customers service is seriously lacking. They are apologetic but they never seem to try and improve on their customer service. Employees are slow af in the shop. They casually stroll around the shop floor conversation amongst each other. You'll be lucky to get in and out with in a half hr's time.

I like my local Walmart but I did have problems with finding cashier assistance in the department. The phone kept ringing. They seemed short staffed and it took a lil more than 2.5 hours for 2 new tires.I requested my old tires, however maybe cuz of miscommunication, no tires and I was charged a fee for each tire. I'm still satisfied tho, because my vehicle is safer and I depend on that. Thanks

Needed an oil change. Says they open at 7am. No one was there.Have had major issues with the people that are in that department to the point the store manager apologized to my husband on the way an employee spoke to him.Sucks this is really the only place to shop in WinslowService: Oil change

One star is too high. This place is a joke. Waited 45 minutes before even being greeted. Got a quote on the tires the day before I got tires. And they quoted me $116. All the suddent they're $200 per tire. Poor service. Uneducated employees. And lazy managers.

I went to have my oil changed and I wanted synthetic oil. They said they were out, so I had to go to the next one (they lost money there). Then the sign says vacuum, window cleaning, and wiper fluid topped off, NONE were done. I asked the worker (teniel) and she said the dont do vacuum because of covid. I said what about the other stuff and she said it should have been done. I said it was not. And she got snoddy with me and said well its just a courtesy. I told her it should not be advertised on the sign then. She just looked at me. DO NOT GO HERE!!Service: Oil change

After waiting 3 hours for rear tire replacement only then did technicians decide to let us know other rear tire was dangerously worn inner wall as well so next day brought in early (as tire shop was opening) per their recommendation for a 3.5 hours replacement of 2nd rear tire. Was traveling through from CA to IL, towed in with vehicle after blow out on I-40, so I am guessing we got the "out-of-towners" treatment

On 7/17/2016 took my car in for a oil and filter change , after waiting three hours the Walmart service technician broke the clips off my air filter housing unit. Had to wait a addition hour for a Manager to take pictures and make sure a report was done. Now I am waiting on Walmart Corporate Office to get back to me after I have left several messages to get my car repaired. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART LOCATED IN WINSLOW, AZ AWFUL SERVICE INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS.

My battery won't hold a charge! I drive two hours to this Wal-Mart and they inform me that they have to put the battery on "their charger" for an hour and a half to verify that it won't hold a charge (Autozone seem to figure this out in five minutes). That's a battery charging for three and a half hours just to prove it won't charge. The associate informed me that it's their policy "when free replacement is involved". My guess is that some people just walk out not being able to spend an hour and a half out of their day to "watch paint dry" or a "battery charge". I just went ahead and bought a battery in order to continue running my business but will then have to go back to Wal-Mart, return that battery, get the new battery with free replacement, and relinquish the bad battery which has now proven itself unworthy to hold a charge. What nonsense!

Very nice people and they get the job done well. I brought in some tires for them to put on my truck and they had it done in no time. After that my truck rides very smooth.

Was told they had my tires and after 2 and half hours of waiting they said they didn't have my tires. Now there's a large scratch on one of my wheels and was irritated to watch the guy stall my car out multiple times trying back out. These people do not know what they are doing.

I Go To Winslow, Walmart Auto, for my Oilchange, get New Tires, They take care of me well 😊. ONETIME I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY IT WAS LATE THE GENTLEMAN, SAID NO PROBLEM. I WAS SO HAPPY I WENT TO THE LADIES ROOM CRIED. MY HUSBAND IS DEAD I'M ALONE.

Freeway issue with newer tires, purchased at another Walmart with warranty, stopped at the closest Walmart tire Care off the freeway... don't open until 11:00 a.m... Then had appointments before us.

Slow slow slow. Every time I come here they tell me they are understaffed. Average wait time no matter the time of day, 3 hours minimum and that is if only two cars are ahead of you. You have been warned!
