I had been travelling Route 66 and I was bitten badly by an insect and had to find treatment quickly. Chuck, who worked at the pharmacy couldn’t have been more helpful. He took a look at the bites and escorted me to the aisle to get exactly what I needed to treat it and reduce the pain / swelling and discomfort. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This Pharmacy is on the ball, they are professional and have a good supply of medicine in stock. I have delt with Kelly on numerous occasions and weather it's a prescription issue or insurance issue, she will get it done if it can be done. She is compassionate and treats patients with kindness. Everyone in the healthcare system needs to be more like her.

1/24/19 this place is the rudest place ever!!! Just went in and seen they were still open at 8:07. The lady at the counter (dorreen) was laughing with the man she was waiting on. She looked at us with a look on her face like what do you want. Then said rudely what?? I said we are here for my husband's medicine. She turned mad at patty and said are we gonna give them theirs too. Patty said no. She turned and said she said no. The man she was waiting on was turning around and looking at us. I felt very embarrassed. This place has NO customer services at all!! Feels like no-one there is ever happy and enjoys their job!!! If you have a choice do not go here!!!All staff are professional and nice EXCEPT for Patty. She is rude!! I do not recommend going when she is there!!

The phone never gets answered and getting prescriptions can take much longer than you would expect. Always a line at least 3 - 5 people deep. The pharmacy folks try, but it's very frustrating when you have a chronic illness and you need the pharmacy to be competent with the regular scripts.

Employee s always nice,, nicely groomed. Was nice to see Lock, Patties son who winslow lost first victim of covid-19. I prayed for them and his family. I gave him candy told him I was sorry for his loss, patty cared for my father and mother. He took Time to share about what they went thru. Was nice to know there ok and he'd working. I told him his mom is an angel looking out for them and we lost her but we survived ww111. If it affected the whole world it was a enemy we could not shoot at. But he'll we ain't toxic or glowing. Y'all keep going in Jesus name. Amen.

Surprisingly this Safeway was in Winslow Az. It’s not What you would expect from a typical Safeway. It is located in the oldest part of the town and the area looks a little suspicious and sketchy. I wouldn’t visit that one again.

Very slow service and they DO NOT answer the phones. Maybe if they weren't socializing with there family and friends somebody would be available. They rarely have perscriptions ready in time and you have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes.
