They were the most unprofessional people. If I had not needed to have my spare put on to go across the bridge and up the street to Wal-Mart, I most certainly would have never used their services. They charged 20 to put my own spare on, and they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tire. This could have done so much more than just a lost damn tire. Seriously, all because I spoke on how unprofessional they were from the moment I got stuck there. Even if you had to walk to Wal-Mart from there, it's far better than using this place. Worst customer service in automotive, ever.

Went there to get a value stem replace on a small boat trailer tire. They charge me 20 dollars to replace it. It was not mounted on trailer. I don't recommend doing any business with these crooks. If it was possible I would have given them no stars. But its the only tire shop in town. Seeing how they treat locals I will not do business with them again unless a real emergence .

Broke down on the side of the highway had a company bring me to them due to they are the only ones that had my tire in store. The man's said be here by 4:45 or we can't do it today. I was there at 3:25 asked him to call me when they get it I might want to do both tires. Walked across the street to get something bro eat came back at 4:27 and told him to do both tires was told we can't wr don't have enough time. Even tho the one they are doing now is not complete they don't have enough time to do 2. I am a paying customer and you don't want to do 2 tires really. Will never go back here and definitely never suggest anyone to go. Terrible customer service.

I was really glad to find them open on a Sunday, they were busy but worked efficiently to perform my tire repair quickly and did a great job at a fair price.

Garbage. All that they are missing is a ski mask. Quoted $180 for oil change and $80 more to rotate tires. Huh?? Go to hell O’ripoffs. This is how we treat long time locals I’d hate see bad visitors get bent over.

I was towed there when my left front wheel seized. Roadside service set it up and talking with the great tow company(TRI-R) driver also recommended O'Haco. Dave got right on my truck Monday morning and confirmed my suspicion that the front hub bearing was the cause. Parts were ordered and installed next day. They were friendly and got me back on the road quickly. I watched locals using them for everything. I highly recommend this shop.

Do Not use this Place! I had a nail in my tire and put a plug in the tire. I was losing very little air. I was trying to mitigate the air loss and went to this place for a used tire. There, they suggested I should just let them repair the tire correctly. I drive off get about 12 miles away and it starts losing air way worse then my repair. Mind you I work on roofs and I am not a mechanic. Don't not go here. They are a tire spot that doesn't even know tires. I wanted a used one. Now I'm stuck somewhere with no used tires forced to buy a new one. I definitely wouldn't use this place for auto repair if they don't even know tires properly.

On vacation. Had a low tire. Chose this company at random. They added air to the tire, and said they found nothing wrong with it. Didn't charge me a dime! A rare occurrence these days.

Im here for the 3rd time. Bought new tires a few days before I came in for an alignment. Days after it felt like the tires wld fall off! Tires were ate up on the inner side, & I didnt complain. Brought it in for 2nd alignment & tech didn't say nothing to me. Now the alignment is off again, and I brought it up! I was asked for the keys & I simply asked why? She yelled at me & said, I'm not buying tires for you without looking at it‼️‼️ I'm apparently delusuon if I think the tech didn't do a good job if I'm here the 3rd time!? Owell, I pray for a good outcome. All our native people shop here, and that's bad business if Ohaco's isn't making things right w/customers.

The guys@O'Haco-Big O in Winslow AZ were exceptional! I ordered a lift kit thru Rocky Road Outfitters for my 07 Honda CR-V which comprised of springs, strut shocks, and adjustable control arms. Also, I purchased all the tools to do this job myself,.. but realized it was going to require that I cuss, spit, and maybe even start a fight with mama!? So? I called and went by the shop and showed the guys what I bought and what I needed. They were more than accommodating! IDK there exact hourly rate for labor, but 350 sounded like a great deal to install all of the parts I purchased from a third party! They did exactly what they said! And now my car rides and hauls like a brand new vehicle!

They were suppose to fix a small nail in my tire.They switched it out and did not say anything about it. My tires were all new.Now I have an old worn one. I did not check there work since I was in a hurry. My fault there. But really who does that.Now, I am 7 hours away and can not do anything about it. Till I'm headed home.if they even still have the tire and remember me.

WOW! I was traveling through Holbrook, gassing up when I noticed a HUGE! Tear forming along the sidewall of my tire. I quickly googled the next closest tire shop that would be open on a Sunday and found o’Haco. Drove there and thankfully made it safely. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and got my tire replaced. I was in and out within 30 minutes thanks to their quick & efficient service. Great customer care and service! Could not have been more pleased! Thank you!

Hello, my name is Lance Hubbard, I was headed to town with my family for an appointment and family time for the weekend. I decided to get the tires balanced and rotated as we were entering Winslow. I pulled off the I-40 to a place called O'haco Tire & Auto to see how much it'll cost and how soon they can get me in. After the 20-minute wait, they started service on my truck. When that was completed and it came time to check out, the guy who cashed me out seemed to be in a bad mood and treated myself and other customers poorly. He had informed me that my front tire on the driver side had had a bent rim. This may have caused the shaking as the vehicle was being driven. He stated this particular rim/tire was rotated to the back driver side, which should stop the shaking. When I had a question, he got more upset and told me I just told you! I replied OK and proceeded to pay. But the nextday, as my wife drove it to the carwash while I was at my appointment, she expressed a bit of concern that she felt a bit of tapping and an odd sound when the truck made a turn or slowed down. So we had another mechanic take a look at what could be causing this. He jacked the truck up with his jack. He started to take a look around, and he immediately found that the front driver tire was loose. Then, he proceeded to check the rest of the tires, which were "all" loose. The lug nuts were all improperly tightened. The mechanic stated that this could have been dangerous if my family and I had traveled home like this. Especially the long distance.Today, I called to get ahold of the Manager/Supervisor but he won't be in till Wednesday.As a customer, I will not be returning to this particular shop for any services at all.

When I was in fourth grade, Jefferson Elementary School decided to have a special program where every fourth grader would draw an advertisement, and the best one would be run in the paper. However, at the time, there were two fourth grade classes - Mr. Newman, and Ms Gonzalez. Two businesses, Denny's and O'Haco were assigned to these classes with the instructions to run the best ad and to provide a reward for the winner. Denny's was assigned Ms. Gonzalez class, while O'Haco was assigned my class - Mr. Newman's. Every single kid in Ms. Gonzalez's class got 20 dollars from Denny's. O'Haco gave only the winner a pencil. That's it. A pencil. I swore to never shop at O'Haco that day and have kept that commitment seventeen years later.

I ordered a rim for a Chrysler Town & Country van (general info). The rim arrived but it was the wrong style. I tried to return it but was denied saying it was a special order. When I ordered it, it didn't sound like anything special. Everyone suggested this place, I called and asked if they had my rim size. He said it wasn't in the store but he could order it. Now I have a brand new rim that can't be used and out over $200+ dollars

My dad is on a cross country road trip to visit me here in CA and he ended up blowing a couple of his tires near Winston. I quickly googled some places and sent him here. He said they were amazing to work with. Very sweet and extremely helpful. They went to a fair amount of trouble to find the odd sized tires dad needed for his custom hot rod. They also let my dad use their shop to quickly fix some other issues on his road weary car. Great experience. Thank you so much, O’Haco tire and auto!

O’Haco is a really busy place! They were able to repair a flat for me while traveling. The price was super reasonable and they were quicker then they originally quoted. While I was waiting there was probably ten other people that came in for help and repairs. They were present and helpful and just took the customers as they came in.If you need help with your tires head over to O’Haco.

They were fantastic. When we arrived in town we needed a replacement tire for our camper. They were fast and friendly. Getting packed up to leave this morning we found another tire with a bulge, called them, they got us right in, on the road in less than 1/2 hour and they checked the others before we got on the road. Highly recommend them.

I came out of work to a low tire and saw a piece of metal sticking out of it. I didn’t want to drive the 60 miles home on it. They took me in right away, patched the tire quickly, and barely charged me a thing. Thanks again, guys!

They're honest.We had a minivan break down Sunday morning. They were open. We towed it in. They were packed but looked at it Tuesday. They worked on it for hours on Tuesday, put a throttle assembly in, tried spark plugs but couldn't get it to work, so they took out the throttle and didn't charge us for the parts, then send us to the dealership. Total charge was under $100 for all this. Problem was ultimately a worn camshaft, something only engine specialists and dealers should work on.

These guys were amazing!! We had 2 flat tires on our travel trailer so we decided to replace all 4. They were friendly and accommodating. We were done in about an hour and back on the road. Plus the price was right!

I was disappointed in the way it looks inside. Its very dirty, it use to be clean. There chairs are pretty disgusting like they were bought at a second hand store. I didn't even want to sit on them. I haven't been there in years. Especially with the virus still around it should be kept clean. Tire technician wasn't there, we waited almost 40 minutes when he arrived. I got there at 10 a.m. left at 12p.m. I dont think I'll go back again.

Traveling. We went in, got our name on the waiting list, when to Walmart to take a nap until she called us. When we went back we had to wait for 3.5 in our car in the sun with a cat in the car. We told them that we didnt have AC and that we had a cat, they said they would try to get us out quick as they can...... We drive off almost immediately noticed that the tire we just had "fixed" was going flat.All in all, 4.5 hours and $95 later and it was almost a complete waste of time. We called the business again to let them know what was going on and they simply don't believe us.
