I was recently in Window Rock for a friend. Going to Bashas was an awesome experience. The tie with their language was something that was very prominent and it made me extremely happy to see it. Small home town store with a large variety of goods ranging from nice beverage selections, a large fresh produce area, and even Blue Bird Flour. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

I absolutely love that this location finally has self checkout. The self check out host was very helpful and on top of his game. The produce was pretty and freshly washed. I saw an employee sorting out the good produce and taking out the bad. The aisles were all nicely zoned. The deli staff attended to me right away. The store was all visually appealing and the serve was great.

Bashas' got a little pricey . It's the same as City Bashas' shopping centers. Great selections. Nice employees. Very nice environment.... And it's got history.

Stopped here with my Fiancé after visiting family in Round Rock. This is a very good store! We initially stopped for some famous Bashas burritos however, they were sold out so we opted for some corn dogs, potato wedges, and bone-in wings. The staff is really pleasant and polite which is very nice!

A great market to get the grocery you need. The bakery is also available to make orders for cakes of any celebration. They have a Starbucks in store also.

Use to be a good place to get lunch, groceries, or a snack but lately the customer service has been lacking. Very rude cashiers and you have to stand at the deli for a long time before they even acknowledge you. But the Starbucks is pretty good.

They have dog bones and scrap meat which few stores will sell. Their produce is neat and good looking. They don't carry much in fish and seafood. Their check out service is good. The employees are helpful.

Thrilled to find a Starbucks en route to my destination but extremely disappointed in the service. I noticed a sign posted saying there was a free coffee for all Veterans so I told my dad. This was around noon on November 12. The cashier said "no that was yesterday." She did not offer a resolution for this false advertisement. Another cashier came and took the sign down. We ended up paying for the coffee which wasn't even hot. Please train your Starbucks employees at this location better! Not stopping by again and will tell my friends and family who pass by to just keep going to a real Starbucks!!

The grocery & Starbucks side is awesome but the deli & bakery side needs improvement the bakery needs professionals to make writing on the cakes. But overall the entire market has friendly service!

I love purchasing food from the Deli section. The bean burritos are the best. They have a more variety of food than Lowe’s, but the price of food is a little high. You save more with the Bashas Rewards card.

A great local market with fresh produce, a good selection of foods with an emphasis on healthy eating. Recently remodeled and looking great! Friendly and helpful staff. And...the first Starbucks on the Navajo nation just opened inside!

Bashas has great bakery items to choose from and the cakes are always delicious for birthdays a few times they had rude staff but I would recommend people to go enjoy some bake goods

Honestly they were stocked. Too many signs to read for each product. I mainly went for the Bakery. I got there at 6:15pm. There was this sign at the Bakey register, I waited 10 mins for help. I had to go to the Deli department to ask for help and they said the person went home early. There was no sign saying the Bakery was closed but one that said something completely different. They called the manager and I waited about 10 more minutes. I went back to the Deli department and asked what was going on. The employee said the manager was working on a register. I walked over to the register and waited. After I few minutes I asked another employee about the manager and was directed to the register again. The person working kept their head down and was avoiding me. I just left.

Beautiful in the morning and gets busy after 10 am. Starbucks is average. Baristas not excited to be there, just order and go, don't expect to be treated like a paying customer at Starbucks.

Wow, I really appreciate the clean restrooms, especially during Covid-19.I witnessed the sincere effort to keep ALL, customers and workers, in a safe environment. Much appreciated, Bashas south don't have the same respect the Bashas stores for in Diné have. Starts with committed staff...

I love the customer service at Bashas. We have two grocery stores in Window Rock and I prefer Bashas over Shop and Save. Thank you for showing me where the blueberry pancake mix was at. I would recommend maybe have a day where employees can demonstrate taste testing for any products. That would be welcoming.

Customer Service was Excellent, Keep up the great work especially western union. Thank you so much we drove about 2hrs to recieve money and we didnt have any problems except kindness not like lowes where customer service sucks.

Hate it here. It is always dirty, lots of people solicit outside, and worst of all prices are 10,000 times higher than walmart. It would be better for everyone to just go an extra 30-45 min to walmart in gallup than to go here. A gallon of milk costs $5, it is cheaper at the gas station! 10/10 would not recommend

Bashas is a great place to go for donuts, hot/cold lunch items n a great place for breakfast burritos. The only store anywhere where I can find Johnson's chili.

I have no complaints. The lines weren't busy as there were enough cashiers. Overall, a great experience.Also, they now have a Starbucks!

Basha's in Window Rock. The settings in the store has improved tremendously and I personally enjoy shopping there. My only concern is the women's restroom. It seems minimum time was put into it. There are still only two unkept stalls. There is no wall mounting of tissue paper. What is there is a dirty roll of paper that has rolled on the dirty floor and no hook on the inside of the stall door to hang our bags. I personally do not want to put my bag on an unsanitary floor. When improvements were being made there were a couple of work inspectors or the like of, walking the building. I approached them and let them know my concerns. They stated the improvement was the painting of the walls. With Window Rock being where the central offices are located and many visitors utilize Bashes for shopping needs I feel more needs to be improved with the restrooms not just painting. As for the mens room I can only guess things are the same. Thank you.

In this place they wouldn't let me send money because I'm Central American. I have my consular I'd from my country. The lady who attended me told me that she had never seen a different I'd than a passport and license from the United States that went to another place to deposit money with my consular ID That's racist because there are many people from different countries working and not everyone has the pleasure of having a license oh American I'd
