Old Trails True Value and Pat saved my first trip to the Grand Canyon! My SUV experiences a shattered rear window on our way, there was no possibility of getting it replaced until Monday or Tuesday, our only hope was covering it up somehow. Pat not only recommended the plastic and all weather duct tape to use, he measured the window to ensure we got the correct size. AND he helped us two old ladies apply the plastic! It held up to wind, rain, snow and 82 MPH until I could get a proper replacement! Forever grateful for Pat and his above and beyond service!

The store is well stocked and organized. When I asked the cashier if they have a rewards program, the manager overheard me say the name of the company that I work for. He offered us a 10% discount.

It's awesome having this local hardware store in Williams. They carry a surprising amount of items. Staff is always friendly, so expect to be asked if you need help a few times. Prices are higher than the chain box store, but as long as it's not too much more, we'll pay it for the convenience of not having to drive to Flagstaff.

Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Cashiers not so much. Prices are a little high, but it's the only hardware in town.

Nice huge building with lots of items. Being Williams is such a small town was really impressed with the size of this place. The staff were really helpful and curious and had nothing but good comments on my project which gave me confidence of it going smoothly. Recommend this place to everyone in the Ash Fork area much better than going to seligman for hardware needs. Plus the prices were fair which is rare being so far away from a big city

Great hardware store with the big ticket items as well. This place had everything I needed to help remodel from insulation and plywood out back. There are also items you wont find in big name stores and their remodel is amazing especially the nuts and bolts section so well organized.Staff is very helpful and if they don’t have it they can order it.

I really like this place! The staff is great & they have such an assortment, not just hardware! Hummingbird feeders, pet stuff horses...check it out! Oh & ice cream & fresh tortillas ! Prices are good too.

Very expensive! Bring lots of money if you plan to shop here. Don't expect to be able to return your items either because they do not honor their own return policy! I guess that's what you get in a small town. A business that takes advantage of people's hard earned money & then are incapable of Taking back an overcharged item just because they don't want to.

You need it they'll have it anything from a screw all the way too paint or lumber or even an led rgb bathroom fixture down to handmade items and every business card you can imagine from local businesses. This place has it all even icecream.

I ran in with a shopping list of strange stuff to make the bike rack on the back of our truck stop bouncing. List: shims, large hose clamps, small hammer, nut driver. A guy walked me to everything I needed and I was done in about five minutes. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Got me fixed right up. The store is very clean and organized.

If you are in an emergency situation I would still drive to flag. Their high end is flagstaffs bottom end but you pay more than flags premium prices so not worth the irritation in my mind. If you like price hikes and very limited options this place is for you.

I have shopped here before since June 2021. From what I can see this store has a little bit of everything. There are plenty of employees to assist you in locating the items you might need. Prices seem comparable to a one hardware store town.
