Beware of this place. They would rather put their employees and their customers at risk for covid rather then take necessary precautions. Employee tested positive for covid there was no cleaning done. They are open the very next morning. They didn't even send the employee home for the day or to quarantine themselves!! Be careful going in here!

Always friendly and helpful. clean place and nothing in the isles to run into when your walking around. Never have had a price be different then what OT was marked unless it was on sale and it was less than we expected. Always doing something in that store they never stand around..Prices are ok and the keep on top of the seasons and holidays. Great manager always smiling. 😊

I like Family Dollar! I can usually get what I want at a reasonable price and the Generic brands are every bit as good as the nationals. Today, the clerk was especially nice and cheerful!

This store has way to much inventory for such a small place. I found everything I needed and then some but it does seem crowded with so much stuff and seems to be short staffed constantly

Pretty good stock of items. I found everything I was looking for. However, the two employees on duty talked to each other the whole time I was checking out. The cashier I was at didn't even tell me the total.

Customer Service doesn't care at all.Says clearance stickers on the mugs in the clearance section are not right due to being put on top of price from packaging. It's how I how them!!!! Don't discrimate based on being a Californian in AZ!!!!The refillable water station is Not cold!!!

The Family Dollar in Ash Fork has a friendly helpful staff who work hard to keep shelves stocked. They often go above & beyond to help customers find what they need.

I would rate one star because the blonde cashier looks disgusted with us not sure if it is due to our color she greets Caucasians and smiles at them until she sees us and her smile stops then looks at us disgusted, but I am rating this a three star because a tall young gentleman was very professional and polite. I will be smiling a lot more at her :)

I get my household cleaning supplies here as well as toys for the kids in my neighborhood. For the buck or two I spend to get a kid a toy, to think I am a hero is one of the reasons I love Family Dollar.

In their fridge, it's written that there is no water sold in grand canyon, they are saying this so that they can sell more water bottles. Not really cool of them.
