The worst store we have ever been. Carts all over the parking lot and in front of the entrance. The man behind the counter was reading newspaper. He did not even looked at us when entering. Dirty, messy shelves. Impossible to find whatever you are looking for. There were big, unpacked boxes in the middle of the aisles making it impossible to pass with a cart. I am not sure how the corporate office left this store operating in that way considering the multiple negative reviews. For sure, we will never go there again.

The worker told me an under $7 item was now $10 more now. I asked $10 than the price marked? She says yep we have to get thuis product from overseas now. I told her she can keep it! She then said she was kidding . I did not find it funny and wonder if she simply would have overcharged me had I not voiced disagreement.

Nastiest customer service I have ever experienced. When I commented she said, I'm in a hurry.I guess she was store wassupposer to open at 8 but at 10 after everyone waiting for it to open.Have left ONE REVIEW in my life but was treated so nastily I felt the need to write this. GO TO FAMILY DOLLAR. much better experience.

It took 10 mins to figure out what 70% off of $10 is, still didn’t get it right. The manager got upset and went and took the discount sign down and said “ the sale is still going but not here”. This has nothing to do with the merchandise and everything to do with how much this society has been dumbed down. 😑

It was okay, the employees weren't very helpful. We weren't greeted when we came in. The cashier didn't say one word to us through our check out. Poor customer service.

Went in here 3 times to stock up because doordash wouldnt do it. The first day, they gave me grief over my ID, which i had like a million pictures of, kept telling them so, and my student id and other documents. But they told me that i wasnt listening. But they took my money anyways. Next day? Same thing over food. So on day three when they pulled this over OTC medication that I was attempting to get to replace my one psychiatric medication (which i still dont have)? At first, I assumed that it was my fault. Nope. Apparently, in Arizona, when you give a business money? They can just... keep it. They don't have to give any goods or services. Even if theyre dollar general

Great place and recently remodeled, the employees are all helpful and nice. Always welcoming but seems to always be short on water and dog food or it must just sell quick as its a travelers store basically for the whole town

The store looks so much better than it used to. Ever since it opened, management has been pretty much non-existent. The aisles were always blocked by new product that was never put away. But lately since Wendy Baker came to work there, things have changed. The store looks great and the lines are shorter to check out. I used to hate shopping there. But not any more.

Nice cashier. Store looked like an army visited before I did. She did say getting reliable help was a challenge. I guess so at poverty wages to staff. Plus people who won't properly mask up. Not covering their nose or under their chin. Or no mask at all.Sad. People only care about #1.

Mary the cashier was awesome. She greeted us down the aisle and was chatting with my friend about different products in the store. She was extremely personable. She truly made me and my friend feel welcome and like family. Mary rocked!!!

I love coming to this Dollar general because they have a lot more than the family Dollar in town. I enjoy their prices and the variety that they have. The only downside is that the store looks like a hot mess and they never have anything in their place like they should.

Dollar general is good for gotta gets and need nows. But I've always found their stores to be pretty grungy and messy, merchandise tossed here or there, wherever someone dropped it because they changed their mind. This location was no exception. I do appreciate their being there when I'm in "desperate need", but I don't shop there unless I have no other choice.

I used to live in the ghetto in Fresno California and the store in Williams Arizona has got to be the filthiest store I've gone to in my entire life. The floors are dirty, merchandise is scattered throughout the aisles... Truly disgraceful and I'm amazed that they're able to stay in business. Corporate management should make a surprise visit and clean house and hire a crew that knows how to perform their duties

I have spent 33 yrs in Grocery Retail and this store is is dirty. Not organized and customer services are at best horrible. They have no respect for the customers that make their jobs and pay checks possible. Also I believe they discriminate against the the elderly. I would not recommend.

It is the poor, lazy, unprofessional management at the Williams, AZ location of Dollar General which prompted me to write this review. One of my bank's features is the ability to deposit money into my account from any Dollar General location and I have stopped at this store every other Saturday to make two deposits into my bank account for over a year since GoBank limits it to two deposits according to Dollar General. However last night, the current manager named Adena (this store goes through managers like I go through socks) decided she couldn't remember ever doing this for me and said they couldn't make any more than a single $500 deposit for me. When I left the store and called my bank I find that there is NO SUCH CHANGE and later realized that the manager is simply very lazy and blamed the store's District Manager for making the change, although it isn't her change to make since it is a corporate agreement. Avoid this store and AVOID THE MANAGER ADENA! She's apparently only doing the minimum she has to in order to keep her position so she can hide in her little office and pretend not to hear any problems going on in the store. The store itself is always filthy and horribly organized - the only real value I found here is the perk of depositing cash into my bank and now the management has become so lazy she can't even be bothered to swipe my card and charge me their fee for making the deposit. Now that I know that Adena lied to my face then I don't mind talking about her horrible service online. FIND ANOTHER JOB, GIRL! You don't bring anything to the table where management is concerned...

Not a place to go to if you're in a hurry, chances are that nobody is at the 1 register that's open and you'll be waiting 10-20 minutes for service unless you go hunting for the cashier. It'll be faster to just go to the family dollar downtown.

I love their pumpkins seeds and pecans, which are Clover Valley Dollar General Brand. They have a great selection of foods and many, many other products. I make a point to go to Dollar General every time I go into town.

Very unhelpful & condescending employee named Mary, said on two different occasions that she wasn't trained to do returns or accept APS payments-which turned out to be untrue upon investigation. All employees are familiar with doing returns & she ignored me when I explained to her that to take an APS payment, you simply need to scan the barcode on my payslip. Very rude cashier. Always questioning me about my purchases. Very boisterous about it too,and I would like my purchases or what I purchase kept quiet,not going publicly. This has going on for almost a year. The isles are always blocked too,and the bathroom is very dirty.
